Can’t identify my plants
Land scap picture
I use my phone for this app and i can only get as far as how to snap a pix. If there is an ok button to advance forward i cannot see it. Very frustrating !

Constant nags
Wanted to try the app to identify one plant. I got no fewer than six pop up / subscribe / “join our community” nags before I could take one picture to identify one plant, and the ID failed completely.
Never gets it right
Hundreds of snaps. No identification
They are crooks.
Your company robbed me. I already purchased this and then you made a new app, making the original obsolete. What about all of your original customers, you want us to repurchase something we already own? You’re crooks and I’d like my money back.
Sweet Potatoes Are Not Trees
Look, I’m a novice but I know sweet potato’s are vines. I still don’t know what the plant is but it’s not a 10ft tall sweet potato. This app gets things REALLY wrong. A LOT.
Old version better
For the last year I’ve used this app and loved it. It was accurate and easily pulled up the info that I found helpful about a plant. The new version is so much harder to use free (and I’m sure are making ad revenue) and it clunky and doesn’t pull the most helpful info on the plant description. So disappointing. Unless they revert back to the old version I’ll likely be moving to a new app.
AI doesn’t work for the most part
This app would be great if it actually worked when it’s supposed to. The AI companion doesn’t work most of the time and the diagnostics are generalizations as opposed to other apps I have used. It’s frustrating when you’ve spent money on these premium features and you can’t use them.
Suggestions Make Me Wonder
A lot of times your suggestions aren’t close to the best of my pictures taken. Therefore, I can’t save the suggestions.
