This app told me my plant either was overwatered or underwater. I knew that, I wanted to know which one. Very useless. Deleted and canceled within five minutes. Sorry I fell for it.

Contrary to what they have responded, despite canceling the subscription the same day as I started ( while they advertise 3 days of free trial), my card got charged. Ultimately my bank had to block charges from this company as it kept charging repeatedly !

Lost access to my paid annual subscription
Two years in a row I have lost access to my annual subscription mid year. Last year they were able to restore my purchase after I had purchased a second one. This year, they have nave not been able to get it to restore my purchase. After the third attempt to restore I requested a refund. They have not responded.
Misread plants and double charged
I tried the 1 week free trial, got charged immediately instead of after the first week. I scanned a plant in my yard and it identified it as wild cabbage when it was clearly milk thistle, so I decided to cancel and delete the app. I am again charged today which is only a few days later.
Bad app
The app hasn’t been right about anything yet. Hasn’t correctly identified a plant. Just me a brand new plant is unhealthy when it’s beautiful and perfect and identifies it incorrectly. Deleting it and requesting a refund!!

I went to sign up for what I thought was a monthly charge when I was prompted to pay what I thought would be a one time charge of $49.99 only to learn the app was charging me $6.99 every WEEK on top of the lifetime charge of $49.99
Disappointed
The app makes you pay extra for advise. It’s misleading that you pay for the app, and then have to pay extra for advise about your plants health and how to remedy it. $20! Per consultation. It’d be cheaper to buy another plant.
Caution before purchasing or doing the trial.
They tried to charge my card after I canceled my trial. I had to call my bank to stop the payment. Then they went around another way to charge me today and it went through. If you cancel you might have to get a new card to stop them. This is unethical.

I used this app for the free trial and purchased it for $24.95 but did not see anywhere that they charge $6.99 multiple times. I CANCELED the app. I reached out to the support team to cancel and submitted my charges several times and no reply. I want all my money back of $104.85 (from the reoccurring $6.99 charges). I tried to cancel thru my Apple subscriptions and ironically it’s not listed there either. I’m contacting bank fraud department because I’m not getting assistance with the app support. I urge people to please read the reviews before committing to this app with hidden fees.
Multiple billing scam?
My annual billing got charged and now I’ve gotten 4 months of additional monthly billing- I am so done with this type of vendor.

Every response I get says “ maybe too much water, maybe not enough water, maybe disease…”. I knew that without the app. Never a definitive diagnosis.

the cost is per week, and not month like most, making it stupid expensive. It’s not linked to standard transactions in the App Store, so there’s no clear way to cancel. It functions fine, but is not what I thought I signed up for.

I have been trying to cancel for over a month and the prompts referring to my Apple subscriptions isn’t valid as it’s not there. Please do better.

Money grabbing app - beware
I cancelled the app the same day I installed it- but they charged me for 2 weeks!! Beware. BTW, AIBY, I was charged for 2 weeks- so definitely was not the yearly subscription - so you did charge me for the free trail week too!! Just FYI.
WARRNiING!! Do Not Purchase
Do NOT PURCHASE ThIs App!!!! The charge you twice for a subscription, the phone number listed on their payment receipt is disconnected, they Do Not responded to customer service emails. I sighted up for VIP at $29 and an also being charged weekly at $6.99. I have repeatedly reached out for help. I have had to cancel my debit card for fraud to stop the reoccurring weekly charges.
As far as the app goes- it doesn’t know what a tomato plant is, a Boston Fern, a sea grape or hibiscus! Useless!

Keeps charging me even though I cancelled
I purchased this, used it for a short period then cancelled the subscription. It kept charging me and also another person on my Apple Family Plan… stay away.

This App is one of those Apps that makes it impossible to cancel the membership.
Ripped off
What a con. It’s basically a plant identifier (you can get for free elsewhere that likely works unlike this one that couldnt identify bougainvillea ). The health diagnosis is their system linked to a google search - not even pertinent. And the timers - nothing more than a calendar alarm - doesnt even utilize the watering schedule it advises (via their google search) to set it up properly. So if it says dont add fertilizer in dormant season - your alarm would still go off telling you to fertilize. Pointless. Waste of money. They have many payment subscriptions - so confusing and none good.
Impossible to cancel
I signed up for a free trial and forgot to cancel before the charge period. I then went to cancel after the first charge and found it is virtually impossible. In fact, I am still trying. The FAQs tell you to cancel within Apple settings but it is not listed there. Within the app there is no option and actually states I have a free subscription even though I continue to get charged. I tried to find a place on the website but could not even find a page to sign-in. I was able to submit an email to support so we’ll see. I highly suggest choosing a different service that isn’t trying to trick you into paying $7 a week.

I downloaded this app trying to identify what was wrong with my Monstera. I signed up for the free trial because that was the only way to access any features and now I cannot figure out how to cancel the subscription. It’s not showing up in the subscriptions setting of my phone and I never received any emails or information about my subscription from them except receipts for the charges they processed. There’s no information about it on the app or on their website and I sent a support request, but you don’t even get a confirmation of that either, so I don’t have high hopes of them replying to it. Overall very sketchy and all for an app that couldn’t even solve my issue.

Not impressed. It did identify the plant and the problem but no suggestion on how to fix it. I had to look at a different website to find a fix. There are better plant apps that give you more information.

I thought the app was FREE, got it then I get an email stating my free trial was up & I’m being charged $6.99 weekly. I try to cancel it on my iPhone in my subscriptions, there is nothing there. I try to cancel it from going to it through the app. It says free & when I click on it, it takes me to a discount price or try for free.

I’m very dissatisfied with your app and customer service. No response to emails. Yes emails. I’m being charged 6.99 a week and it’s been impossible to get an explanation and cancellation. Only gave it one star because I couldn’t submit review without it. Would not give one star.

I can’t even cancel this app, and I’ve been charged weekly. This app is designed to take your money with no options to cancel. If I can give zero stars I would. I couldn’t even upload pictures or take pictures because “it’s too big”.

Don’t upload, you won’t be able to cancel free trial or modify your subscription, as the app won’t be listed under the active subscriptions at your Apple ID account.

Between June 19 and July 21, I was charged a total of $111.04 by this app. I finally decided to call my bank, dispute the charges, and put a stop on any further charges.

Just stick with the basic functions of the app. It's fun to use and decently effective at giving you basic info about your plants. Do NOT give them any money though. You will just throw your money away and will never actually hear back from their "plant experts".
