Good idea but unfair play
If only they would fix the die roll to be truly random!!! So frustrating because the app is fun there is some bad coding that regularly awards one player a huge advantage. Multiple games have very unbalanced dice rolls. If you don’t mind playing games like backgammon and watching the opponent roll 8-10 sets of doubles in a single one point game, while you roll maybe one set of doubles, then this is your app. Once another player pointed out how rigged the doubles rolls are on backgammon in particular it became impossible to miss.
On Ludo the app will choose one number for someone to roll and that number will come up a third of all their rolls for the game. If it was fixed so it was truly random this app would be great.

When you playing any game that involves dice the results are not random but follows a poor design script where dice numbers keep repeating over and over like in a script. It is designed to let you win a few times and then lose many times. Would not recommend this terrible designed of an app. Thumbs down

This guy was asking to have *** with me I don't like or recommend this game it is very creepy, weird and inappropriate. They have limited games to which are only like card games and random bourd games. And finally it is very slow.
Broken and Garbage Game Platform
Trash app. It’s rigged and or fixed especially when the opposing player is on a winning streak or used virtual currency. Also, the player base tend to be pretty toxic. Normally bots or loser foreigners that don’t live in America. The app sucks. I’d rather stick to 8 ball Pool or something similar. I have no interest in continuously losing to a broken rigged trash game then get threatened by some Indian or Arab. Get a life loser. Your behavior is as cringe as my ex. 😂👎🏻

Your app took my coins for an item, but I never received the item. This is unacceptable. I paid for it and the coins were removed from my account, yet the app keeps asking me to pay again if I try to send the gift. Fix this problem and return my coins immediately. If this is not resolved, I will report the issue because this looks like a scam.
Monsterpedia is missing + decline in Plato’s quality
I go into the app, Monsterpedia is missing from the Match Monsters game category. Can’t access it on browser either but I used to be able to search for the Monsterpedia on google and could use it through the Plato website. But now when I search for it on browser, it says the page doesn’t exist.
Please bring Monsterpedia back. There’s already so many issues with this app** and this would be the last straw for me if Monsterpedia is permanently gone.
** Issues with the app 🎲
•Hackers/ cheaters/ bots. If you’re new to Plato, I would recommend using anything else. This has been an issue for years. (I have used Plato since 2016-2017).
•Users drawing inappropriate images in Draw Together. Please give users the ability to report drawings, including the users who choose to write the word instead of drawing it.
•The change in items being primarily sold in Pips instead of Coins. What exactly are the daily challenge coins going to be used for when this company plans to make coins obsolete? Maybe we’ll stop getting currency as a reward at some point and that is disappointing to think about.
•Users frequently leaving a game after just joining, which is more common in the less popular games and is a nuisance. Please have a system that punishes this kind of behavior.
•Nowadays, if you’re looking for an authentic gaming experience, it would be best to simply add people you know outside of Plato as friends and play private matches. However, this would completely defeat the purpose of this app which is to play casual games and connect with people around the world.
•Finally and most importantly, Plato most definitely uses generative AI. This app is too greedy to charge what they do for work that isn’t theirs. But I guess it makes perfect sense for a company lacking in ethics to only prioritize what little money they can squeeze out of not paying artists. I miss the old days when updates were actually worth getting excited for. They were few and far in-between, but at least they weren’t slop.
All of these issues I listed make for an inferior experience compared to Discord games, Game Pigeon, and simply playing the physical counterparts of these games with people in person. If anyone sees this review and has made it this far, I beg, please just play something else, anything else.

I HATE LANDSCAPE MODE!!! - iPad version
I’ve had this game for over five years, I’ve got so many friends to download to play with me over the years. It has no ads and i never want to delete it. BUT this newest update is forcing the app to stay landscape mode? When it’s been a vertical only game this whole time…. And now when you’re playing, there’s a giant chat window taking up half of the screen! I don’t even use the chat feature in game so this is super ugly and inconvenient. Why can’t I at least hide the huge chat window? The game is so small on my screen, I might as well be on my phone, how would this be an improvement?… this made playing on my iPad worse, not better, I hate it GIVE ME BACK VERTICAL MODE PLEASE. I DONT EVEN WANT TO PLAY ANYMORE 😭 at least make it rotate based on screen orientation like c’mon, I’ll give u a 5 star if you give me back the vertical version….

Why pips and not coins?
Why are all new shop items sold in pips which cost REAL money? This app is fun but make it so daily rewards wins pips instead!! Or go back to coins.

This app has become more and more of a cash grab over time and has even stooped as low as using AI-generated images for their shop. Imagine the audacity. Not even paying an artist but making you spend even more than you would have in the past for real art. Absolutely pathetic. Nobody should be wasting money on this app.
Trash competitive
Every game of competitive I have a teammate who either doesn’t play or play the infect move every turn. This app is just a troll to people who don’t spend money on additions. Very rude.

Horrible. Played it for years almost all games a rigged. I like match monsters, but when I’m playing and they get 6+ extra turns every single time from matching one thing it’s ridiculous. Full of weirdos no moderation. Been told I’d be killed raped so on. Full of hate.

When I first downloaded it i got it as an alternative to game pigeon because my sister has an android and we wanted to play games together online. I downloaded it and from the start it was a little glitchy, but it fixed itself quickly
and I immediately started playing games with my family. We played for a few minutes and then we stopped. The next time I opened it (a few hours later) it never loaded and none of the games would pop up. It just kept churning and saying “connecting”. Hon I’m no rocket scientist but I don’t think you’re connecting
I’ve tried everything to get the app to work. Deleted it, reinstalled it, MULTIPLE TIMES. Logged out of my game account, created a new account, updated my phone, turned my phone off, and googled how to fix it. But all it popped up was YouTube videos for different apps and AI told me to do all the same stuff I’ve already tried.
But I really don’t know why it won’t work because all my other family members Plato works just fine.

Fun to pass time
Have plenty of options for different games however it gets very annoying when you try to play a game and everybody quit quits and there’s a long time to wait. Seems like like I’m spending more time waiting than playing..
And it tells me there’s over 40,000 players, but I’m always playing with blocked players.
Again, it’s not bad if you like to play different games just a lot of quitters and time wasting.

I don’t like how you can’t bring deleted chat’s back after redownloading or after accidentally deleting them. Lost some good ones :(
needs portrait mode on ipad
there’s no reason why i should be forced to hold my ipad in landscape mode while the chat takes up over half the screen.
Decent gaming app
I really like the games and how you can play with anyone at any time. The only thing I don’t like is if I finish a game of ocho quickly, I have to wait at least a minute to play another game and this causes a domino effect where once you join a game, the other player is most likely afk.
