This happened to me more than once. They will restart your acct over out of no where if you cash out they will start it over honestly at first I loved the app now it’s BS

Wrongfully banned my account
normally, i don’t give reviews but if i could give 0 stars i would. they banned my account because i progressed in game (yarn loop) “faster than they deemed possible”. i’m sorry i play that game 2-3 hours everyday? when i reached out regarding this they said they are “not able to” unlock my account after review. first, i am accused of cheating when I didn’t and i provided proof of this as well and then i am permanently banned for doing absolutely nothing wrong.

They will have you reach the level of the game and complete all tasks and then customer support will tell you they can’t pay you out because the game creator paused the reward. Meanwhile the offer is still on the app so you can keep playing the game. How is this not a scam can’t believe I wasted my time here.

They grabbed me with “complete first game offer and get $20”. Well, that game offer turned into a 3 part offer that once I completed the achievement, was then told I was one step closer. The next offers only offered one game I had never played before so I chose it. Part way through the app stopped tracking. I double checked and my phone still showed I was allowing tracking. Customer service told me I should have reached out when the first milestone stopped tracking, BUT they also tell you to give the app up to 48hrs to update tracking milestones before reaching out to customer support… HILARIOUS OXYMORON!!!
Customer support responded with unhelpful emails with no solutions other than, oh well, try a different game. DID YOU EVEN READ THE QUESTION I WAS ACTUALLY ASKING?? Nope!!!

I’m not getting credit for the game I downloaded
You won’t get your payout and you’ll never get a reason why or a resolution.
I followed directions for offers, abided by all requirements of ToS and rules only to be told that my account was flagged by an “automatic fraudulent review process” the moment I attempted my first withdrawal. I was told that Playful Rewards needed to wait and hear back from their gaming partners and that I would be updated when they did so.
A year later, despite attempts to contact them several times, no update has been given and when I attempt to log into my account is banned.
Posts on social media indicated then, and still do, that this is an on going issue. I don’t know what I possibly could have done to trigger their AI fraud review, except attempt to withdraw my rightfully earned money.
I’ve used plenty of other apps and websites, but this one is a scam!
A year later, despite attempts to contact them several times, no update has been given and when I attempt to log into my account is banned.

I used this app for over a month: downloaded and played new games, completed offers, took surveys, and spent real money working toward the rewards. Right when I hit the $50 minimum cash-out, my account was locked. Customer service couldn’t give me a specific reason; Just vague, boilerplate responses. There’s no real appeal process to recover money you actually earned.
The frustrating part is the business model still benefits either way: they get paid when you download games, sign up for new accounts, spend money, and take surveys, regardless of whether you ever see a payout. Locking accounts right at cash-out time means users do all the work and spend the money, then get cut off before collecting.
On top of that, when I asked them to delete my personal data, I was told to just delete the app. That doesn’t address my data still sitting in their database.
If you’re considering this app for the cash rewards, know that reaching the payout threshold doesn’t guarantee you’ll get paid. I wouldn’t recommend it.

I was in the middle of playing two deals when all of a sudden my milestones and coin balances disappeared. I reached out to customer service several times and they only seem to respond once and that’s it. I have to keep resubmitting new tickets to get someone to answer me.
This evening I got response from the last ticket I submitted early to delete the app and redownloaded the app again using the link they provided in their email response. I did that and logged into my account this time, only to see that my account was banned?!?!!!
This company is trash and unprofessional.

After prompting to download a game with expectations to get to a certain level for a reward this app did not properly track my progress because it was supposed to be through a website instead of the app? Waste of time, Takes forever, and they only let me redeem twice. After that they took my points and I couldn’t redeem because of “a discrepancy” but would not respond at I asked what the discrepancy was! It’s tells you that you’re qualified for the survey then kicks you off after taking the survey and you don’t get the points for it!

Would not recommend. The app claims you can earn rewards by playing games and completing milestones, then cash out once you reach the minimum withdrawal amount. In my experience, it seems like they will find any excuse not to pay.
They ran a special event that was supposed to boost earnings for completing milestones within a certain timeframe. During the entire event, not a single milestone tracked correctly despite me completing them as required. As soon as the event ended, milestone tracking suddenly started working again.
I kept playing and eventually completed a milestone that would have put me over the minimum amount needed to cash out. Instead of crediting the reward, they accused me of “cheating” by “completing levels out of order.” The problem is that the game literally requires levels to be completed in order-you can’t just skip ahead and complete random levels.
I followed the game’s normal progression, completed the requirements, and earned the reward. Rather than paying the $50 owed, they denied it with an accusation that doesn’t even make sense for how the game works. Extremely disappointing experience and a waste of time. Use caution if you’re expecting to actually receive the rewards you earn.

My progress disappeared
After working on my account and inching closer to 50 dollar payout my account is gone my progress reset. Also got screwed on another game and wasn’t granted coins and was told to just go onto a different game.
Don’t bother reporting issues
I was loving playing games and getting rewarded but it was hit or miss on getting my milestone rewards. Every time I put in a ticket I got canned response that this application is no longer awarding. And they say they can’t give you any missing awards even though you can clearly see you earned them before and after. I even played one game to another level to see if what I was told was true and it was a lie. I was rewarded for every level after. I would suggest anyone to find another game reward if you want to be paid for milestones and not be lied to by support staff.
Absolute scam
I only downloaded this app because it said in doing so I would receive rewards from the first game I downloaded if it was not one I’ve already had. I picked a new game, downloaded, and completed progress before seeing it reset completely on the app and tell me to download a new app and start the process over completely. I reached out to support for help, to which they lied and told me there’s no rewards account associated with me, but “i can keep playing for rewards”, completely ignoring the fact that they owe me already for my progress completed. I have deleted the app and will never return, wouldnt want anyone else to waste their time either.

So I downloaded this and you can get your payout when you reach 460,000 points which is $50 and I did accomplish that and put in for my payout and it said I would receive it in 24 hours but I didn’t so I emailed them and the message I received is that my account was locked due to fraudulent activity so in order to not pay me what is owed they lied! I think not , pay what you advertise rather than lie . I spent money, time, and energy on this app just to be disappointed!

Starts off great until you hit a reward or milestone then magically they put you through hoops to get them. They literally ghost you and make you feel like you didn’t just waste hours trying to build up enough points to get an actual reward.

This app is starting to seem more and more like a scam. I have been playing for a few months and I did receive 1 payout of $100 to my PayPal when I did my first cash out I did the identity verification and then was asked to verify my email once that was done i received my payout however now that I have requested a $500 payout they are making it more difficult now they are asking for me to screen record my progress and enter the traveltown game and show that progress which makes no sense to me my milestones for travel town were already tracked IN THE APP and that game is no longer listed it has expired it seems they are making excuses not to pay me this is why I will be reporting them to BBB I spent money to hit milestones all for nothing save yourself the trouble and stay away from these people EarnStar is way better and they pay pay you immediately

It doesn’t even track my progress and they don’t even have support on the app. How are you suppose to message them? Cant even get help on it not tracking my progress.

It takes a long time to load it up, it doesn’t give me my coins even when I am well over the milestone, and you need a large amount of coins just to get a small amount of money

Deep into completing milestones for a game and close to reaching my goal then poof, all progress deleted and no way to recover it. Does that sound like fun to you ?

I really enjoyed this app in the beginning but it has been nothing but problems for the past couple weeks. It will track a game when it downloads but the next day won’t track anything anymore. I’ve contacted support and they gave me my coins from meeting the milestone but tell me the app does not seem to be tracking and to try a new offer and when I do the same thing happens again. Not worth my time at this point since it doesn’t seem to work correctly.

I got paid for the first 50.00 but I worked really hard and got enough to get a 200 dollar gift card and have not received it. I contacted them and they are doing everything not to pay. They wanted me to send them a video of the game to show my progress. I did that three different times and it’s never right! I played the game through their app so why does anyone have to go through that? Then all of the sudden my app changed and doesn’t look like the same and I can’t access my milestones. So you may get your first 59 but anything above that they won’t pay. The last message I got was “we haven’t heard from you in awhile so we are going to close the ticket “ Ha, I e been in constant contact. I can’t give them what they are asking for now because they changed my login so I don’t have access to their request. Same as all the other apps that make claims they don’t live up to!!!
