Out of all my Spotify playlist(about 40) it only sees about 13 of them. Also free trial is bogus, charged me $10

If you purchase a free trial and decide to cancel it before the trial date ends, you will still be charged 8 dollars. Do not purchase or download this bs app they scamming and it’s super misleading.
i want a refund
first of all they say 1 week trial and then once u actually get to confirming purchase they tell u its a one week 9.99 trial. obvious they are trying to trick you and it worked.

False advertising
I was offered a free trial and was charged right away. I canceled before the trial was over when i saw the charge. I disputed the charge and was still denied.
What the heck
It charged me right away even though I’m supposed to have a week trial and it keeps failing to transfer my music.

I’m so glad that I am smart enough to not get into just any trail I see because it seems that this app is a scam. I knew it had to be because it kept prompting me to buy the trail. Sketchy and stupid on apples part. I deleted my account and the app. Not gonna get me losers😊

I bought this and paid the money to transfer songs from SoundCloud to Amazon Music and after I paid, I found out that they don’t even transfer music to Amazon Music. Ridiculous

This app is a scam, it doesn’t pull your Spotify playlist. It fails to connect to YouTube. I bought premium and none of the features work. App is 100 percent a scam and there’s no way to dispute my charge.

Be aware, got charged despite canceling during trial. Apple wouldn’t do a refund either
Rip Off
Beware, if you’re the kind of person that uses Apple Pay to subscribe to things, know that this isn’t gonna be a subscription actually managed by Apple Pay. They coded as a simple debit card purchase and then they start you on a subscription that you cannot find any way to cancel. I would love to hear from the developer with explicit instructions on how to cancel a subscription.
Update 1/21/26: developer provides a response. They’re sorry I don’t like their software. They clearly did not read my complaint.
I finally had to have my bank block payments and get them refunded to stop this. You were charging me $10 a week and provided no way that I could find to stop it. And I didn’t ask for it in the first place. You are a scam.

Awful
I e-mailed them three times for help/assistance with my issue - they advertised a free month, then charged me 7.99, then refused a refund after I told them how their app didn’t even work - it wouldn’t even transfer 1 song. Then they asked me to change my review lol. I never write scathing reviews like this.
Predatory subscription model
*EDIT* do not download if you’re switching TO Apple Music from another service, Apple Music will do any and all transfers automatically at your discretion and MUCH FASTER than this app.
It took a payment block on this developer within my bank to stop payments. The “free trial” was not in fact free and kept attempting to charge even higher $10 payments every week.
I did however receive the same canned response from the developer as they’ve given all negative reviews so it really shows they care very little on implementing change or taking into account the many customer complaints of the same issue.

WARNING - FRAUD, SCAM
They charge you over 10$ a week and I warn you - it’s impossible to cancel. It will not show up in your subscriptions under Apple apps. It’s predatory. I’ve tried multiple times to cancel and even emailed and tried everything. It’s a scam. It’s predatory. I should be refunded. But I will be reporting this as fraud.

It worked but at what cost?
It worked but now I’m stuck doing so much leg work trying to get the weekly 10.75$ cost to stop. It doesn’t show up in my apple subscriptions and there’s no way to cancel directly through the app or their help team. Paddle, the payment service middle man has been no help either. DO NOT USE THEIR PAY SERVICE. In trying to get this fixed with no help or quality response from anyone I’ve lost 32.25$ just TRYING TO CANCEL THIS SERVICE. BACK BUSINESS PRACTICES

Wish I would’ve read the reviews
Apparently multiple users experienced deleting their account or canceling their trial and the app simply continued charging. Unfortunately these transactions have been ongoing for weeks without my knowledge. My subscription through Apple comes out as one charge so it sneakily made it past me. I hope this is fixed for future users i won’t be using this service again.
Deceptive scam artist
This app does not provide a link to your account info in the app or on their website, and offered no customer support. When you sign up for a free trial it will hide your subscription info and uses an auto generated relay email address, so you cannot search their third party billing processor (paddle.net) by your actual email address to find and cancel your subscription. You have to go into your Apple ID / iCloud settings to find the relay email address and forward it to your actual email address in order to find your transactions on paddle. After several hours of frustration and lack of customer service available (other than a bot that will take you in circles resolving nothing) I was able to find info from another frustrated customer’s review to locate and cancel my subscription.
This company is GARBAGE and just handily helped itself to 50 of my hard earned dollars before I could find the correct info out how to cancel. It also doesn’t work with Tidal to transfer playlists and thus never helped me to begin with. Use the Tune My Music app instead, and screw these con artists. And kudos to other jilted users for posting info to help!

Straight up did not work
Took several reloads before the program would even work, then it only found a fraction of my playlists and artists to transfer. Going from Spotify to Apple, nothing weird. Don’t waste your money!

I signed up for a free trial but it ended up charging me 8 dollars and it didn’t even work properly and on another note i canceled my subscription and deleted my account but it still keeps charging me 10 dollars and month

Sleazy business practices
I downloaded this app because I wanted to transfer my music between Spotify and Tidal. Not only is Tidal not offered but they charge for their “trial”. After looking at it they have several tiers of subscriptions. The “trial” is just a less expensive version of one of their tiers. I think it’s really sleazy to offer a so called trial only for it to be paid. Most people assume a trial is free for the first week, month, or certain period of time.
I reached out to the company for a refund but I plan on disputing the charge with my credit card company. I’m not the only person who’s had these complaints. I think it’s really shady and sneaky.
