Worst app of a useless bank
NRI options
Very poor. I can not change TPIN. Says need to go to branch to change. How can a NRI go to branch in India? No option to update personal info from app and request a debit card which is expiring and is asking for TPIN which I cannot update. How this bank even survive boggles my mind.

The PNB One app is extremely disappointing. It is poorly designed, making navigation complicated and frustrating. The app is very slow, causing unnecessary delays. For NRIs, logging in is a major struggle as the app often fails to accept our registered cell numbers, making access nearly impossible. Overall, it feels useless and needs significant improvements to be functional and user-friendly.

The app just never logins. Wrote multiple compilations to PNB and they claimed that they fixed it, but it still doesn’t work. PNB IT department needs to get their act together. Who would want to bank with PNB if customers can’t even access their money when needed.
Very unreliable service
When the application works, it works pretty well. Unfortunately recently the login page just does not open. Never mind any other functionality!

Why does it not support older apple phones?
Latest version now refuses to work in old iphones. This is ridiculous.

PNB net banking
I am wondering if PNB CEO has ever used its own net banking. He needs to open one account and try setting up net banking. PNB management wants to make sure nobody can access their net banking. Even their own employees gives up.

To those kids who developed nationalized banking app called PNBone, Please get yourself into some other profession other than App development. This is very poorly designed and not even tested app.
Terrible App
So many bugs in the system. It fails at the very first step of trying to register as a new user. Very frustrating. On top of that when you call customer service… there response is that the systems are down!

Buggy and unreliable
If something works fine and you get your task done, you should assume yourself to be lucky.
PNB should start acting like a mature bank and deliver a working app, not a buggy student app project. This app is a shame for Make in India.

If you’re the first time user, trying to sign in and 40 years old then you press 40x12 times on calendar back button to get to your month and year of birth. 😂 how ridiculous.

iPhone 6 not updating
I have iPhone 6 and your update is asking for version 13.0 or upwards. How can I update when apple doesn’t provide version 13.0 or higher. Kindly make app which supports lower version as well

This is the worst banking app i have ever seen because i have tried many times but it is not even allowing me to get in the app, whenever i put my mpin in the app it just show some four lines making a pattern and then they just disappear and not let me in

Full of errors and crashes.
Useless app. Tried multiple times to do a transfer but failed. This is during pandemic time. I am trying to pay monthly maintenance bill for my apartment and PNB is failing. It is a shame that in this day and age a bank cannot get its app to work. PNB should be ashamed of itself.

Refuses to login. Unable to process at this time error. This is rn during the pandemic when online banking is more important than ever. Have even posted on your Instagram asking for help but have yet to receive a reply. I’d like to make transfers and stuff sitting at home looking at the current situation.
