The apps shows my purchases in “total in” section and my deposits in “total out” section and a makes it super confusing to track my expenditures. Needs to be fixed asap.

Worst mobile app ever. Not at all convenient . It was very convenient before. If there were zero rating, I would have given zero rating. I like PNC bank a lot and I liked all previous mobile apps. Latest app is the worst. Hope it is reverted back to the previous one.

Glitchy app
Every time I attempt to look at my account transactions this stupid mobile app freezes. This is Day One of the PNC take over from our awesome bank, First Bank of Colorado. I hope it gets better.
New bank
This new bank sucks and I have no interest in continuing forward with it. I’m going to be charged for my account, the overdraft protection is not the same and everything in general is not great. I will be switching banks in the next week or so.

Yeah I want to go back to the old first bank app, I shouldn’t be charged a fee to use MY savings money I earned to pay off my credit card. That is ridiculous.

The “Available Balance” it shows on the app is a scam and fraudulent. It can NEVER be trusted, it has burned me so many times, where I end up overdrawn. Also, when I did the app update, it still shows the old design, I have uninstalled and reinstalled many times and still the same. So PNC needs to revamp their internal system, so as customers we can trust it the important information it gives us on our account.
Entire App Freezes
Entire app freezes when you try to press anywhere on the virtual wallet box. Pressing the 3 dot on the side of box is fine. I assume when you press it you can see recent transactions. But instead the app freezes. So only way to check transactions atm is going documents.

Your phone service is the world’s worst it takes forever to get somebody on the phone that you can’t understand. Went into a branch before waited 45 minutes for them to tell me they couldn’t help me. Can’t wait to switch banks Monday morning.

Logging in just got a lot worse
With the recent unannounced merger of PNC with the bank in Colorado my wife and I both had to go through updating our login credentials and now when we log in the log in screen is slow and flashes multiple times before opening the app and giving is access to our accounts. It would have been nice to have advance warning of the change and the glitches with the current log in process need to be fixed.
Mobile deposit not working
Since the new mobile app replaced my old one, I can no longer make a mobile deposit. The camera will capture the first image but not the second. I have tried multiple checks and nothing works. Please correct.

New update has brought the inability to log in. “Accounts are timed out”. Whatever you did with first bank has made this app inconsistent. Does not work properly. Can’t even log in.

When i check my balance on the weekend the balance is always wrong. The balance on the app during the week is wrong alot as well .so you are just guessing unless you keep track of your expenses. Do not rely on this app it will cquse you to overdraft and other issues. The app does not refresh or update or something frequently enough to be accurate

I can’t use this app because my phone is too old and it won’t work on my outdated system. Even though I have an account and they have my money. This app won’t work on my phone and the can’t help me

This bank is the worse one to date. Application never works. Locations never had WiFi. Always locks my account after every transaction. Moving to another bank that has updated technology!

Takes forever to load. Then gives a “service is temporarily unavailable. Have to refresh a hundred times to get it to work just to check my bank balance. Fix this!!!!

This is the worst bank ever when it comes to customer service! They are so slow and don’t take stuff seriously. The fees are atrocious when it all comes down to the transactions processing, it take more than what I have in my account putting me in the negatives. It doesn’t make sense and that’s how they get more money from you.

PNC don’t bank with them if you hate being in delimmas. They will lock you out your card soo fast and tell you they can’t do anything about it. I don’t trust nothing that will not let me use my own money and keep locking up my card.
I miss BBVA
PNC purchased BBVA and I have been unhappy ever since. The first experience as they rolled in was letters telling me what I needed to do(NO!) next they took away my LIFE TIME FREE CHECKS next they changed my account numbers I have had since I 13 years old and my checks started at #100. My interest rate dropped significantly in my savings account that was earning a decent amount per month to just pocket change per month with no notification and a guy from my local branch called me about a new product they have which would earn him a commission so I told him about the interest rate drop and it was clear he was only interested in his agenda and not about customer service nothings changed with my interest rate he just blew me off. Next they require me to update my app to 18.0 to continue using online banking and my older I Phone 7 that is still going strong will not get this update so should I get a new phone or a new bank? Now and I think this is going to be the final straw I've had enough, when I get notices from bill pay it doesn't tell me who it paid anymore just an amount so I have to log in to see but now I can't. That doesn't help me nothing this Bank has ever done has helped me. my bank has changed hands two times before this time and I didn't have to do anything and I did not lose anything. Thank you William Demchak (CEO)for your fine oversight.
Do not use this bank!
I had a merchant take funds out of my account on May 22nd. I filed a dispute they told me it takes up to 10 days. It’s been over 10 business days. No one from the bank has even called me! I called them and received nothing but pushback! Go to Wells Fargo, Navy Federal, or Frost! Do not give your business to PNC! Their systems are outdated! They do not care about their customers!

Your changes have added a number of new screens to enter info and click through when logging in. Isn’t there a shorter way?

PNC IS A SELL OUT
Sad that FirstBank chose to sell out to a major company. Not only did PNC decide to change everything with our banking, THEY LAID OFF 700+ COLORADO LOCAL EMPLOYEES DUE TO OVERLAPPING. PNC IS SCUM. Chose another bank

This app always seems to be unavailable a few times out of the week. I very rarely have issues with my other banking apps or apps in general.
HELOC
Making transfers to your HELOC has challenges as the systems don’t communicate with each other. This is very much a challenge that needs to be worked out. Thank you.
