Pocket Insight Psychic Reading

I have purchase coins twice and was able to get a short read. I want a refund IMMEDIATELY. For my time and wanting to service that I was unable to obtain. This site is a ripe off and I am very disappointed.

Be careful these advisors can cause more harm than good also try to con you off of the platform to do business only with them and if you don’t agree will block you from using the platform

The only reason I gave this app 1 star is because I can’t give 0.
This app is full of bugs, and the company itself feels extremely dishonest. I’m not talking about the readers - I’m talking about the APP and the platform behind it.
Their “new customer promotion” is completely misleading. The app clearly displayed a rate of 10 credits per minute, but after I topped up my account, I was charged the reader’s full regular rate instead.
At first, customer support admitted this was a technical issue on their end. But after making me wait for several days, they suddenly changed their attitude and came up with a bunch of weak excuses to deny a refund.
Save your money and stay away from this app. And if they reply under this review with some generic copy-paste excuses, don’t blindly believe them.
Consumers need to protect each other.

Unfortunately I wasted a lot of money on this app getting “readings” about situations in my life. It took me a while to realize they were all just telling me what they thought I wanted to hear. Nothing they said came true, regarding love, finances, work or family. It was complete smoke and mirrors. Please just use caution. They also try to upsell you on services, claiming they will help your situation (they don’t, trust me).
These readers built my hope up so much, they really did have me believing. Although I absolutely believe real psychics exist, I firmly felt only 2 out of the two dozen I spoke with on here had a real gift. The rest were just really good at telling you what you want to hear.

There is no way to delete this app. It’s annoying

This is a terrible app. Awful customer service (if it even works). It’s not working today so I’ve wasted money (again) in this app and have no resolution. Not worth it.

Every app I’ve looked into literally has to be paid by the minute. I don’t get paid by the minutes at my own job so why should I have to spend literally a whole paycheck on a single 5 minute reading??? The more I scroll down the worst the prices get!! I wanted clarity not a scam
