Not great just frustrating
Tried to get this app for raids to get achievements but I can’t even screenshot or screen record and I put my Pokémon info in and it didn’t put any of my stuff on there it doesn’t work and is too complicated to just be playing a game. Considering deleting Pokémon go now that I can’t ever get a raid thought this app would help but it just frustrated me more and more.

The recent update makes it nearly impossible to host legendary/mega/popular raids.
Recently, there was an update that timed out raid wait times at 50 minutes. It uses the excuse that it is “mathematically impossible for lobbies to be filled after 50 minutes. This is simply untrue.
Eggs hatch for one hour, and then are active for 45 minutes. So if there’s only one legendary Pokemon in rotation, I can start to host a raid immediately as an egg pops up, giving me 1:45 for a lobby to be filled. With how long wait times are nowadays, you must upload before the egg pops, and it has been timing out at 50 minutes recently when there are 15-20 minutes left of time to raid.
It’s a stupid system with a stupid explanation that ruined the game for people who want to host raids for others.

Waste some $ with low lvl players
Only do little raids with this. Don’t try to do hard battles. Especially gmax. Ppl are low lvl and lie. “Only proceed if you have a strong team” they say o yeah I do. Then bring a rookadee to a gmax pikachu battle . Pokegenie does not care say it’s your fault read the fine print. People want participation trophies for not doing anything - and this helps give it to them. Lazy , can’t read , can’t follow even the most basic Pokemon guidelines.

Frustrating unless you pay
constantly timed out of hosting raids when im less than 3-5 away in the queue. hate waiting a full fifty mins and then getting cut off when im moments away. (update: they responded with why this happens, as if it addresses the issue that ½ of hosting attempts are a waste of time if they can't implement a boosted re-queue for hosts or a "stay in queue " check-in for hosts with longer wait times to eliminate this issue. i understand why it's happening, just not why you haven't fixed/addressed the issue)
What is happening to this platform?
Have enjoyed using Poke Genie with my son for several months, paying for upgraded options along the way. But ever since my Ultra membership ran out - every single raid I try to join ends up with the host leaving or not showing up to the raid. There is nothing wrong with my actual PoGo account as I still interact with other players via trades and gifts, battles, weekly research goals, and parties. But every single time I try to attend a raid, the host leaves the queue or doesn’t show up to the raid. Has this system been overtaken by bad actors or what? Have tried reaching out to Poke Genie for other questions in the past with no response, so I don’t believe much will get an answer now. Sadly have to begin the search for a diff raid platform as we are rural players that would rarely get the chance to raid without apps like this one. I hope it is fixed soon. :-(

The “level requirements” is awful and you get suspended for a day if you play a raid and forget to press certain buttons.
Figure it out
For any 5 star raids, the few times that I can actually get a lobby filled, someone will leave with 6 seconds left and I either
1. Do the same and have to retry the queue
or
2. Go into an under filled lobby and try to win with no repercussions to the raid evader

When it works it’s great
Biggest issue by far is reliable hosts during big raid weekends it’s an absolute mess. You get horrible hosts and that don’t invite the group properly which means the group is to small and then you get kicked to the back of the line it’s absolutely ridiculous. Makes you insanely angry because they never ever fix it or hold the bad host accountable. So you waste a raid pass or MP and then have to go through another hour of wait time. Fix the goddamn system.
Bug
I waited for 2 hours to get to do Regielecki raid. Then I was not able to do it. Fix this. Because this is ridiculous. I’m tired of wasting remote raids on y’all.
