Bad Glitch Hard to Enjoy
I play often but lately there’s been this weird unexplained glitch where I think the app is opening other apps on my phone - everything from maps, Facebook, and sometimes random ads etc. open while I’m in the middle of playing a game. Very odd and disruptive.
Scam
I have been playing this game for 4 years and never had had a problem till the last couple months . I have spent a good amount of time and money of this game . When you purchase chips and it’s taken out of your account and they do not give you what you purchased is not cool in my book . I have sent many emails complaining about this issue and not one was sent back . I have met some amazing friends of this app . I do not recommend this app to anyone at this time . I will hope this review gets to the right person and they do the right thing .

Played this game for 4 sit and go tournaments. I’ve never seen so many 4 card straights and flushes in so few of boards ever. I don’t even think this app uses an rng it just spits out whatever cards make for the highest pots. Ridiculous app that I deleted right after this and I suggest not downloading and wasting your time with it.

App keeps Crashing
I have an account linked to my Facebook and this is the second time it is locked me out and said error and the company is going over it and all chips will be accounted for the first time I’ve lost over 400 million and chips and just recently and I’m locked out with over 1,000,000,000.1 and chips that I paid for and earned.

New update should restart from scratch
So this game had a “update/remodel” and I think it turned more people off this game than ever before.. that being said they added a “battle pass” which after unlocking each tier gives you up to 6billion chips (if you buy the expensive one) but you’ll loose a whole lot more trying to get your tasks done. They pass ranges from 20.00 and 50 I think with the 50 you get champagne flute emoji (again if you buy expensive version of the pass!) which only allows you to have it for a week then you have to buy it each time which seems like a complete joke to me asking me for 50 bucks a week for a emote.. I wish they would ask some of the long time people for ideas and help but they never respond back to you here and/or customer support… better off going to met poker

Loved the game until now I can’t play live gave the app access to camera and mic still can’t play I’ve been emailing them they are unresponsive poor customer support
Live video poker mode is not working
The live video poker is not working. I talked to other people who use the app and they told me they are also having issues as well. I also reached out to customer service about the issue and the issue still has not been fixed.
Lost every thing 67 billion
I just lost all and the app started me over at 0. How can you do that I paid for many on my bank. What a rip off

Be prepared to play with Bots. I report them but the developer doesn’t follow up. Like another review said, you will win a lot and then all of a sudden, you’ll lose it all to 4 of a kind and straight flushes! The coders/developers can change the algorithms to control the cards to ensure you’ll lose no matter what. You will notice that you’ll push all in with 4 of a kind and magically a “player” who folds every hand decides to stay and gets the royal flush. I lost over half of my earnings to coders cheating and or bots. It becomes frustrating when you know the cards can be changed so it eliminates any chance of fair play.
You will develop bad poker habits messing with this app
This app like most other apps, is ruled by an algorithm. The algorithm tries to get you to lose all of your winnings, then prompts you to spend real money to play with fake money. I’ve been playing poker for over 15 years and I’ve never seen so many people winning with royal flushes, or straight flushes. I’ve never seen AK suited, QQ, KK LOSE SO MANY TIMES. as soon as you lose all of the chips that you won. The app will instantly ask you to buy more chips. If you are a seasoned poker player you are going to be frustrated by the amount of people who don’t know how to play but have billions of chips I’ve never seen 2-9 off suit hit so many times. In real life, cards do not fall like that. In real life, people do not call those type of hands. It’s like this app is trying to make people develop bad poker playing habits and spend real money. If you play poker in real life, do not download this app. To the app developers, I say stop coding the app to make people lose hands that have a 80% chance of hitting and letting people win hands that have less than a 15% chance of winning. It’s obvious what is happening here and I’m not the only one who sees it. I like the aspect of playing live. But everyone on the live says the same thing the only difference is I’m smart enough to know when to delete an app and continue on with my life. I hope this review helps someone.

Game is great; FB log in is terrible
Apparently these fools can’t pay their FB bills. So there are chronic log in problems when trying to log in with FB. So all history from when you set up your profile is lost. This is not a new problem apparently.
Not a great game anymore
After countless fails to return accounts to linked fb users, I’m personally fed up with this game.

Locked out can’t get my 200,000,000 chips
Past 2 days I’ve tried to login, but Facebook or apple comes up to login with them, if I do it , it freezes up. Can’t get out? Need help getting back into app. Havnt heard from anyone , HELP

I’ve been playing the poker game for well over a year and In the beginning it was fun. You would lose some hands and win some hands like normal poker and as of late I haven’t been able to win any hands what’s so ever. I feel as if this game is trying to bait me into buying chip due to never winning hands. I wouldn’t recommend playing this poker game if you are just trying to enjoy your time while playing a poker game. There is a game called poker face that is more realistic I would give that app a try if you get fed up like I am.
Facebook break-in ny Poker Live 👹
These people are truly insidious. When I connect this app with my Facebook they actually trird to break into my Facebook account. How do I know this you ask? Because I got a notification from Facebook telling me exactly that. Also, be careful with their SLOTOPOKER machine, that will give you free rolls so after you’re done using your freebies, you may accidentally bet a large amount of money on it and lose it, thinking it’s free. they are constantly finding ways to part you from your poker money. How many games I have noticed that I have a noticed that I have one hand and they just give it to somebody else obviously a bot or one of their players. please don’t spend your money. There are bots everywhere! and they are moles everywhere.
This Game is a Cheat
They just want you to purchase more coins, I had the same hand as another opponent we both went all in and the other person won, I’ve never made a purchase on this game I just utilize my free coins.
Poker is rigged
I buy coins all the time but I just stopped today. I spent over 75$ in three days in still manage to loose all my coins within a few minutes. It’s rigged so you can buy more and u can bet 50million on one pair in the cowboy vs cowgirl game and it will automatically hit on the one that a little money is betted on. I’m done buying coins and won’t spend another cent on it

A total ripoff. Just wait until you earn a few chips. Then the bots kick in. You’ll lose practically every hand. And beware of the 32 billion chips they give you. They’ll take it right back claiming it’s an accident. 100% rigged. I wouldn’t trust this app or the developers. Beware!!
Scams and Errors
These people make frequent errors with chips where they'll increase your chip count randomly, then reduce it and take away more than the chips they accidentally awarded you. Fun for a quick couple games but given the frequent mistakes and how they mess with your chips not worth spending time on it, and certainly not worth spending money!
These people are scam artists
Evidently they claim to offer monthly drawings, when you win that drawing as I did they let you play with the money on many different games. Then you get an email saying they made a mistake, then they take them money back, and do not reimburse you for the money you list or the time you spent. Wow, they just lie to take your money.
Bait and switch
Wow this game sent out a notification and an award of 32 billion chips. 2 days later they took it all back. Never have I seen ANYTHING like this. Are you going to give me back the money I paid for chips and lost? Bye bye
Bad business decision!
You took back over 32billion chips that you say went to the WRONG email address on 7/23. Yet, I never received any chip from you on that day. Your system as you say it, is what was in error. I have been a loyal player, I’ve even spent money on chips when I was low, came in 4th in my league and are at the Master II level. You REALLY think that I will continue to support a game, or business that punishes players for the apps mistakes, even when I never got those chips????? I saw the email but it was to a different person and the chips did not register to me. Good luck screwing your customers. I’ll take my business elsewhere!!!!

This game is not worth anyones time. On more than one occasion I received messages and was given chips but then sent an apology that there was a mistake. Instead of leaving me to play with the chips given they were taken back!

This game is more rigged and set up with fake bot accounts than Zynga Poker ever was. Horrible horrible game. Play for free only. Do NOT spend a dime. I spent 2.99 and it was not even worth that.

As a ‘guest’ not buying chips, game is stacked against you. Just know this going in. You will need to watch videos, a lot of videos, for ‘free’ chips. Said videos also have a tendency to freeze. The experience is not that good.

I was really excited to try this game until I realized that the app created a fake profile for me. Since I don’t (and WILL never) use the Conservative-censoring facebook or any of its other platforms I signed in using my AppleID. To my utter shock and disgust, the app created “my” name and avatar without allowing me to enter any personal information and/or photo. My profile included a female name and photo even though I am a male. Not only is this ludicrous, but it is also reckless and negligent. Any nutjob can hide behind his or her fake “profile” to mislead other players. This especially could endanger minors who believe they are talking with someone else. I will be deleting this garbage app until this issue is addressed and resolved!

Log out and lose playing chips
I downloaded this game today, was enjoying it but I had to log out to run a errand. Logged back in a poof all playing chips won were no longer there, had to start all over. Then had to watch them darn videos over and over and over to get enough to play again. This is not the game for me. If I can’t keep the chips I won I don’t want to spend my valuable time on this site.
