If i could give this review a 0 star i would i asked for help in the chat box and they said they’ll get back to me and it’s been a full day no answer i deposited 100$ 2 days ago and it says transaction complete and i haven’t gotten my 100$ and i contacted support which said they’ll help me with it and the AI bot told me it’ll take up to 4 days but it says transaction completed not pending so i asked for a contact specialist and i’ve been waiting for a full day with no answer horrible customer service horrible app horrible experience using this app .

Quality
The app doesn’t let u bet or predict market when u are on a winning streak and it glitches alot, even when u win you can only withdraw what u won without ur initial deposit. I suggest to use another apps there are plenty of them.

AVOID AVOID AVOID I messaged support and it’s just an AI chat bot. This app needs to be shut down. Legitimately stealing people’s money.

I have waited 21 hours to hear back from customer support regarding an issue with my account. 21 hours! That is outrageous!

DO NOT USE THIS APP, ITS THE WORST
First of all they take forever to transfer your money unlike other apps that are instant, secondly they have constant glitches and downtime since their system can’t handle the load specially during busy time. And now it’s even worst, I have deposited 250$ yesterday to take a position, money taken from my account, it’s 24 hours later and I still have not received the balance in this app, and there is no customer service , no one to reply to me as to where my money is, there is just an email and nobody replies to. As this point I don’t even know what I can do. It’s really horrible , don’t use this app at all. Sent many emails and asked for help they are ignoring me completely.

Missing money & “maintenance issues”
I had $40 disappear from my account, so I contacted Polymarket support. They told me they were “looking into it” and that an agent would reach back out, but it has now been 4 days with no real update or resolution.
On top of that, yesterday the app went through maintenance multiple times, and because of the downtime/issues I missed out on potential big payouts. When money is involved, users need the platform to be reliable and support needs to actually follow through.
Right now, I don’t feel confident trusting this app with my money. The lack of communication and account issues are extremely frustrating. I just want my missing funds handled and a real explanation for what happened.
Until this gets resolved, I would not recommend using Polymarket.

Customer support is trash
I opened a ticket in their chat, only to stuck in circles with a chat bot. After waiting for about 10 hours, I was connected with an “agent” they said they’d look into my issue then ended the conversation with no further elaboration and no recourse for me but to attempt talking with the chat bot again.
Account approval
I waited more than a week to get my account approved. I reached out every day to see what was wrong with the account and no answers so far. Im done, not worth it

They keep telling my instant apple cash deposit that was taken out of my account can take 4 days to process. The app also keeps crashing and customer service is non existent. I would recommend you use any other app to bet.

App crashed mid game removed my position I was up when my position disappeared reached out support immediately to fix it no one helped when my position finally showed back up it was down 70% and I am still unable to get help from anyone do not use polymarket go to kalshi instead

I tried to put 25 in but it was crashing and it wasn’t working so usually I just try again and it works but it didn’t, so I tried a couple times and it wasn’t looking like it was working, I couldn’t even get past the start up screen loading, when I finally got back into the account, it stacked the 25 bets that i was trying to make into 100 and it was too late to cash out, this gotta be suable, yall stole 75 dollars from me cause your app is an inconsistent crashing mess. It’s pulling teeth to get your money out for withdraw. First time worked fine. Then after it keeps “denying” withdraw. CUSTOMER SUPPORT DOES NOT RESPOND. You are left wondering with no answer. I have HUNDREDS of dollars they are just keeping on the app without any explanation or attempt of helping!
Worst betting app
One of the worst betting apps I’ve ever used. If you enjoy having your money tied up for no reason, questionable moneyline and spread pricing, and virtually nonexistent customer service, this is the app for you. The lack of timely support only makes an already frustrating experience worse. The only reason I’m using it is because BetMGM isn’t currently available in Texas. Otherwise, I wouldn’t recommend this platform to anyone.

They have issues while betting
I was betting japan vs florida and they had an issue with the system when i tried to cash out, couldnt cash out and lost all my money, and with brasil vs scotland they took forever to give me my money that i won to bet on mexico, scamming daily

Horrible app, many times encountered bugs and this app had yet another issue not allowing me to cashout a current bet I had and then for an hour was not able to edit or place any bets or existing bets a total blackout of the app during live matches of the World Cup.

Warning: when the app works it’s great but these last few days/weeks there has been constant bugs, full system crashes and account locks on trades stating “$0.00 discrepancy detected in your account.” This is obviously not ideal for a betting system based on realtime trading.
