Can't withdrawal and if you can after the 500x it takes like a week to hit, doesn't give you player props and can't parlay. By far the worst "prediction market" app. Kalshi is 100x better don't waste your time with this one.

My first withdrawal was processed successfully and reached my account in about 15 minutes, which initially gave me confidence in the platform. However, I submitted two additional withdrawal requests using the exact same payment method I had previously used for both deposits and both requests were declined on the 6th day after initiating withdrawal without any explanation.
To make matters worse, after two chat inquiries, the platform would not allow me to open another support chat, and my previous inquiries have gone unanswered. Between the unexplained withdrawal denials and the inability to obtain meaningful customer support, my experience has been extremely frustrating. Based on what I experienced, I cannot recommend this platform and believe its customer service and withdrawal process fall well below acceptable standards.

I don’t even write reviews but I’ve been ghosted by support and there emails for over a month for a technical issue on there side regarding a passkey glitch. No answer no nothing and I can’t get access to my account with over 10k in.
Horrible cheaters
They changed my picks and told me they didn’t know what happened. I was live betting and I have proof of everything. I contacted customer support right after the game because it said I have lost my pick. No one answered until days later. They told me I chose something else but I clearly have proof of what I chose.

This app glitches and crashes when trading is involved. In house team has placed and recorded over 100 wagers and transactions. We have recorded app caused losses as well as missing funds. Over 350+ signatures here in California and will be pursuing legal actions. THIS APP WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY.

Polymarket sends me a bonus code. Deposit $20 and get a $50 bonus. I didn’t receive the bonus and support said that they “ couldn’t find the bonus”. I then decided to withdraw my deposit because why would I continue using a product that can’t even verify their own product bonus. Now I can’t even withdraw my cash deposit. I would be very careful using this app. I will be closing my account and deleting this app once or if my issue has resolution.

I deposited 4.7k and then 500 in quick succession and was only credited with 3.7k in cash meaning I am owed 1.5k total. I have opened a ticket 2 days ago and also emailed 3 times updating with documentation and have gotten no response.

Misleading Bets/Markets and 5+ Day Withdrawal Delays
I had a terrible experience with Polymarket. The way some markets are worded can be extremely misleading and make certain positions look like a much better bet than they actually are. In my opinion, the wording is confusing enough that it feels designed to encourage people to make bad trades while Polymarket continues collecting fees.
What’s even worse is the withdrawal process. It’s been over FIVE DAYS AND COUNTING, and I still haven’t been able to access my own money. When you’re dealing with real funds, waiting nearly a week (or longer) to withdraw is unacceptable.
A prediction market should prioritize clear market rules, transparent wording, and fast access to customer funds. Instead, I’ve experienced confusing market structures and an incredibly slow withdrawal process.
Until Polymarket improves its market clarity and withdrawal system, I cannot recommend using this platform. Use caution before depositing money here.

Horrible Support
Never got my withdraw from Thursday on my card and even contacted support that said they would pass it on to a specialist team and the I get a prompt that says it’s gonna take a couple days? And now I’m unable to withdraw or place bets my account is basically useless until the full review and I been reaching out to support to see the status and no reply back stay away from this app

Customer service is nonexistent. I’ve sent emails and chat and have no received responses for weeks. I had two withdrawals declined and the money disappeared from my account and did not transfer to my bank. It’s constantly down/under maintenance. Now my account is frozen. I can’t even sell my positions. It says my account is under review. It has been for over 3 days. The only response I got from support was they’ll send me to someone else, which has yet to happen. All this over a $0.25 discrepancy on my account, which is their fault in the 1st place.

Scammers! First time I’ve ever written a review.
I put in a bet for a game to go over 6.5 runs total, the game finished 4-3 therefore 3+4=7 which is clearly over 6.5 runs. It was a $325 bet and they settled it as a loss. Haven’t heard a single word from the customer support and continuously have issues within the app that are not addressed. If this issue is not resolved I will be seeking legal action and filing a claim with the CFTC. Do not recommend!

Promo codes don’t work
To start off I used the code FREE50 when I joined Polymarket and once I deposited the necessary amount I did not get my free $50 betting credit. Not only that but support is extremely slow and unreliable. And cashing out isn’t guaranteed, which seems extremely scammy. Overall I wouldn’t recommend Polymarket.

The contact support team never responded, and it took so much time to cash out my money. They froze my account because of an error, and I lost all my money. I asked customer service about this, and she just escalated my issue and never responded to me. This app is a scam; it doesn't want you guys to make money and takes money from you.
