Every time I open the app the last few days, I have to log in. It used to be about once a month, but now it’s every time I open it! Can you get this fixed ASAP? It’s so annoying! I do like the game though.
Daily streak bonus 📉
I am tired of losing my streak because I don’t go to my daily bonus within hours each day. I have had multiple streaks over 120 days, each time they have been broken because I didn’t go to the app within a certain amount of time. Today, a 150+ day streak was broken because I didn’t log in until 4 hours after the daily bonus was ready.
“CONNECTION ERROR” forever/Worst support EVER!!! RUN
I have had connection issues for over six months. I’ve tried multiple times to get someone to look at my account as I can’t connect through Facebook but I just get a canned follow these troubleshooting instructions. If those don’t work they refer you to FB but FB has said everything is fine and I can sign on to everything other account but this one. I’ve opened 6 tickets with no response other than the canned response. I have billions of coins and saved outfits that I can’t access from over the years but absolutely no customer support to help get access. I would run as fast as you can from this game and any game from this developer. Everything is ok until it isn’t then you’re on your own. Good luck!!

Very rarely do you win. You’ll have to keep buying chips to continue to play. The higher you make your bets, the less likely you are to win. Not fun when you’re constantly losing and forced to purchase chips. Purchasing chips is the only time you “win”.

Entertaining bottomless money black hole.
This game used to be fun when it first rolled out around 2013 or 2014.
Now, it’s a bottomless money pit. The tier levels that have been introduced are blatantly unfair. Yes, your daily bonus is bigger (tier 8 is a few billion chips), but the semi-hourly bonuses stay at the same level as they’ve always been. (55 million).
This game forces purchases to play. It’s quite literally impossible to complete quests or challenges without making several purchases. If you’re a tier 7 or 8, sometimes this means hundreds of dollars. Minimum bets to qualify are cranked to trillions per spin. For some of the group bonus games (like the cruise ones), the minimum bet will jump to 10-25B.
Worse, purchases in the myVIP website don’t get you items to complete albums. Even if you buy expensive packages ($80+) you only get duplicate items.
Smaller chip offers offered using the chip store at the top center of the screen no longer include stamp packs for albums.
I quite literally probably nearly $1000 in in-app purchases trying to complete the most recent seasonal album and mini-pops. I didn’t achieve either.
I’ve deleted PopSlots numerous times over the years. Yes, the games themselves are fun but this game honestly deserves a class action lawsuit for absolutely screwing their players over more and more with every year that goes by since the tier system was introduced. 5 star black packs are nearly impossible to get without spending horrific amounts of money, and even when you get them, they almost always are filled with duplicates.
I hope a class action lawsuit brings this app to an end at some point because it absolutely screws over its users more every single year. After well over a decade of mostly loyal use, I am permanently deleting this game. It went from fun to blatant theft.

Great place for slots
I love the graphics and how real the game is almost as good as being live in the casinos. So much variety of games to choose from my favorite place to play slots. So much to do here plus the rewards are the best.

The games are fun but I signed up with my apple account and unlike Facebook accounts it doesn’t import the avatar. This really sucks when you enter bonus rounds and there’s a bunch of stock avatars and you have no idea which one is yours. So many times I’ve thought I got higher bonuses only to find out it was for another apple user. Importing avatars is basic coding that a child could get them to show up. For the amount of money this game gets out of people we deserve better. FIX IT NOW.
Reset Account
This is a horribly unstable app with incompetent support. More than once, my account was reset and their support was useless in helping to restore my account. I lost years of play progress and billions in coins.

Gets worse and worse
I’ve been playing this have for a decade, and it has gone from the best slots game to one of the worst, because they can’t figure out how to scale with levels. I’m level 1065 and my 1 billion dollars bet hitting jackpot is 10x while a thousand dollar spin hitting jackpot gets 2500x

It sucks because I really like popslots. Unfortunately at some point, they increased all of their bets and basically require you to spend an arm and a leg to win anything substantial. For whatever reason, the worst games are put in quests and the only way you are ever gonna complete the pop stories is if you do the quests or pay for chips/packs. The daily and hourly chips have increased as well, but not nearly enough to keep up with the bet requirements. Really disappointed in how popslots has turned out.

This game basically gets old. They do things like switch games on you in the middle of a bonus. And then when you try to get back to the bonus, you’re on a different game of the same type, then you hit spin. After a couple spins is when you realize they had you at Max’s bet, can you lose all the money you worked hard for. It’s not worth keeping up on it anymore. And the “Rewards “ you might get a little off of free rooms, but the you can’t use any of the other stuff.

Started Fun, but..
It started out fun, but quickly turned into loss after loss, games glitching, payouts decreasing for the amount waged. No one wants to play a game and not win.

I have noticed that in the bonus rounds that one minute you can have more coins and then they take them away. Hence I had 9.6million then went I was watching it went down to 8.9 million. This isn’t the 1st time either. Everyone needs to start watching the bonus rounds.

10-Year Player, Now Locked Out of My Own Points
I’ve been a dedicated player of POP! Slots for over a decade. I achieved VIP Level 6 and accumulated millions of VIP points through consistent play. After a break from the game (life happens), I logged back in to use my hard-earned points, only to find I’d been downgraded to Level 1.

Stopped Working
Won’t connect to Facebook anymore. Just forcefully deleted a 700 day streak and over 2 million gold coins. Don’t bother, MGM will delete your wins and make sure they never pay their rewards programs. Should be a lawsuit.
