Busted app
I don’t know what is going on, but when I go to pay it glitches and doesn’t let me. Please fix your app. I have decided multiple times not to eat Popeyes because your app is busted.

They refuse to give food or money back
I placed an order for pick up. I didn’t realize it went to the wrong store no where close to me. I asked for assistance while I went to the current store no one could help me so I reordered food . Where I was at and went to the other store that was out of my way. I asked if I could pick up my order from the other day, I was told no I had to use the app to request a refund. I have tried that 2 times now and they say that I have to ask the bank to refund the money. I went through Apple Pay and they don’t do refunds on 3 rd party purchases.

I believe rewards should not expire. Money was spent, let me use my rewards when i like. Bad choice
They Block Their Own App
Popeyes forces you to download the newest version to even check prices in the app. I don’t have time to download the new version while I’m inside the store about to order.

Dropped iOS 15 Support
Screenshot your rewards QR! Popeyes locked me out of my app having iOS 15 and now their app requires iOS 16.4 which my iPhone is deemed not worthy. Not buying a new iPhone to use Popeyes app. Customer retention failure.
Good food trash app
Guess you dont want my money. How complicated is a fast food app that my phone cant run it anymore and i need to upgrade my phone to run a fast food app. What a joke.
App crashing keep double ordering
It’s not the first time app crashed on me during confirming order. It makes you think you didn’t order and when you order again, you find out you get more food than you want. This waste of food and money outweighs the little benefits of the app
Scam
The app isn’t affiliated with the stores. If you have an issue the stores can’t help. And customer service doesn’t have a phone number they make you go through email after email and they don’t help at all. They stole $40 from us that we can’t access now that it’s on the app and there’s nothing at the restaurants can do to help us and there’s nothing the customer service to help us so now we’re out $40 for this garbage app so beware and don’t use the app just pay in store it’s garbage

My food got here late and after i ate it i started breaking out in hives and my lip began to puff up.

I ordered two piece combo with beans and rice and fries. They were out of rice. So I ordered just the beans when I open my container with the beans, there was nothing but juice and two beans. Forgot to give me my fries. Food was cold. She did give me a free dessert based on the fact that , they had none of the other desserts. I tried calling 10 times and got no answer. Very disappointed.
Very slow
The store line is so long they don’t speak English and they ignore you when you talking to them they talk over the food no manager in store an no organization I aired 20 minutes for a take out order that I placed on the app ahead of time

One of the most tasteless meals I have ever had. Whole meal was cold. Fries were soggy and not much seasoning on them. Chicken was tasteless. Very disappointing.

The app allows you to order food that’s unavailable at the restaurant. The McDonald’s app (and others) will gray out anything that’s unavailable. As far as I know, there’s no way for the specific restaurant to message you in the app. I recently picked up an order, and on bottom box, the restaurant wrote in marker, “No shrimp. Extra chicken.” No one spoke to me about it in person and definitely nothing from the app. I wouldn’t have ordered and driven there if I’d known. I ordered some tenders for my kid, but no cuts of chicken, so “extra chicken” wasn’t the answer.
Orders being moved
Why does the order always switch to my “closest location” when ordering this is the third time it’s messed me up and caused me to drive back across town after getting off work to get my food because the app doesn’t keep the location that I choose.
