Completing an order
It would be helpful to get the order completed at the very beginning ea downloading images as part of the book not delaying the order by asking the question afterwards. Than confusing to place the order. That by already having placed and paid for the order by accidentally being conned into a second order.

Watching the ads, it appears the books are much larger than they appear. The only size available was 8” x 6”, roughly a half sheet of paper.

Bought the small picture frame tiles. I cannot believe how cheap the plastic frames are. I ordered 6 of them. They are thin, lightweight plastic frames that should cost like $4.99, but instead cost much more. I will not be ordering this again.

“An incredible waste of money”
Firstly, the app does not have any photo editing features at all. You can choose your border, the layout as per page (not aspect) and you can add text. Otherwise any photo submitted should be edited prior to using their app.
Secondly, the advertised “promotional rate” for installing the app goes away should you add extra pages or get their medium (smaller than a children’s book). This means, you will be charged their regular price plus your additional not, their advertised rate plus their fees for additional photos, book size, etc.
Thirdly, even if all photos are noted as a 10 for print quality using their app you can still get very fuzzy, low color quality and completely off centered images.
Their response to my questions regarding these points was, we can reprint your book and send it out to you again however, it will be exactly the same as you used low quality images (each of the images I submitted were graded a 10 by their app). There was no response as to how the vibrant colors in my photos were dull in the actual product or, as to why the photos were crooked in the final product.
Basically, their app leaves a lot to be desired, their customer service and happiness guarantee is up to their judgement and if you’re not satisfied you might just be stuck with it, and, lastly, this is not their fault, it’s all yours.
I spent far more than if I had gone with a different tried and true company and found their customer service quite lacking in courtesy and honesty.
I have responded to their email with absolutely crickets for reply.

Christmas delivery
I ordered an ornament for Christmas, I know I was late in placing my order, when I ordered I was told it was guaranteed to be delivered before Christmas, well it’s now a week after and still have yet to receive my order. They have not done anything to help other then tell me it’s still coming.

I ordered two ornaments to give as Christmas presents. The app clearly stated that they would arrive by Christmas if I ordered before the cut off date, which I did. They also would not refund me any amount of my order. Very unprofessional.
Disappointing Order Experience!!
I ordered 2 ornaments on December 8 that were printed and dispatched on December 11. I have yet to see the product because I have not received the ornaments and it’s CHRISTMAS EVE!! I contacted customer support and they can not track my order!!
Poor transparency in promotions
Applied a “gift box” voucher, checkout accepted it, delivery arrived with no gift box. Support said: “this is how it works.”

I was very disappointed that I could not get the black Friday price or the free shipping and I did send an iMessage to support several times. Since there was no reply and no help I ordered the photo booklet.
Happy 70th Birthday
Most of the pictures were cut in half, horrible layout. This was not what I expected or requested!
