If I could give it no stars I would! I think it’s disgusting that in order to search for people who are living with the same condition you are you have or message someone you match with you have to pay for a premium membership the purpose of the app is to make it easier to connect with someone sharing your condition the price for a premium membership is also excessive out of all the features that come with the premium membership this feature should be included with the free membership

When reporting the app support gives no actual support. You’ll spend $35 a month to send messages to people who are no longer apart of the app or are scammers. The devs need to remove the anon chat as the only free option to chat as it is the most toxic.

I warned you that you cannot message anyone on here if you do not pay for the $30 sub if you hint or write anything to do with your usernames or phone number or Snapchat name anything that could direct communication to another platform they automatically delete it and will not let the person you’re messaging or commenting see it. unless you're going to subscribe to their monthly plan this app is pretty much pointless They need to update how they let people communicate freely.
Charge for everything
I’ve been on and off this app since 2018. Now it seems like every few months some free feature is being taken away. I can’t believe now even if a premium person message you first. I can’t message back for free? That crazy!

The app is cool except the women on there are obsolete. No interaction, and if you’re lucky to get them to talk. They don’t have whole conversations. They disappear and won’t speak again. I had no luck

You quite literally can't do anything because you have to pay 70$ for the real features. HELL no!
No Worth It
This app wants to charge for people to be able to have a conversation and it’s not cheap. I tried putting my instagram in my bio and they kept removing it. Making it impossible to communicate with people unless you pay for the app. Limiting an already limited dating pool. Nothing but a money grab.
Waste of Time and Money
This may work if you want to match with people that live very far from you. People don’t message because most of them won’t pay, they just look at your profile. So you don’t get to actually get to know people on here. When you do pay to see ‘likes’, many of them don’t even match your preferences. It’s a total waste of time and money.
Can’t message others if you’ve matched and cost is too expensive
I had the premium subscription go several years but rarely made any connections that actually ended up with meeting in person. However the fact that you have to pay to even message another member especially if you matched is absolutely ludicrous. We already deal with enough stigma and insecurity and the developer is capitalizing on this . My advice uninstall this app, upgrade your lifestyle , practice cold approach everywhere and numb yourself to rejection.

No matter how many times I try to sign in or how many times I change my password the app instead of just using a web browser, it refuses to let me sign in. I would much rather use the app than a web browser.

Resubscribe Didn’t Show
Resubscriptian automatically after I requested only one month. Sent a request for adjustment. They told me it just won’t happen again.
Way overpriced
Just the fact you have to pay that much money to even reply to someone is outrageous I remember why I deleted the stupid app

A few weeks after this took place, the same user made a new profile and purchased a premium subscription so that he could message me on my profile to assault me verbally, issue, threats, and harass me. This user wished death on me, as well as other ill things I will not disclose here.
I reported the message and blocked the user. I then made Support aware of the incident and explained that his message violated the community guidelines. They proceeded to leave his account untouched and active. This led me to discontinue my use of the app.
As a woman, you have a right to feel safe and you have a right to feel protected. And you are also entitled to your concerns being taken into consideration. These developers cared more about his measly $30 a month than they did about my safety and comfort.
Aside from the lack of quality, matches, and the subscriptions being a scam (considering how many people have been on there for years paying monthly), this app is NOT made with women in mind. Even Bumble & Tinder take these incidents more seriously. Your money is best spent elsewhere. As a woman, avoid this app AT ALL COST.

This is seriously a joke
All you can do Is like and look at 1 public pic. The looking at pics aside just TO CHAT you have to pay not like, oh you liked to many profiles or you can only send X amount of messages a day. I don’t feel I should have to pay for membership just to set my preferences for people with the same condition as me or see who likes me. Even without a membership I feel once I start following a certain group of people then I should only see people that would be in that group of people not have to sift through all these people with other conditions outside of mine.
Save your money
This app has no function unless you pay. Literally useless. Best bet is to tap in for a month every year or so to see who’s on but this app is practically useless. Especially if you’re a man.

People can message you without matching with you first - and often you will get inappropriate messages or pictures.
I was getting over a dozen messages an hour mostly from people in other states and countries. I added to my profile that I’m only looking for people local to me, and didn’t want pen pals. This didn’t stop people from trying to sext.
They should really change things so only people you swipe on can contact you, like other apps. They also shouldn’t allow people to immediately send you pictures either.

Pay to message needs to go!. Ok we send a wink, then that’s it. Can’t see who likes you. Drift bottles are completely random and what if we DON’T want to use it? Then what?

Paid for nothing
I had some success with this app in the (distant) past but now it’s just more of a money grab than anything. Can’t communicate with anyone without paying, can’t filter members without paying, and even when you do pay the experience leaves a lot to be desired. I’ve paid for membership several times over the last few years only to discover there are very few active members nearby (even in SoCal), near-zero response rates, etc… You’re better off joining a local, in-person group or just using Facebook dating instead of wasting your time and money with this app, now, unfortunately. It’s sad that these people are taking advantage of vulnerable individuals that are already having a tough enough time in the dating world as it is, but I guess that’s the norm these days, right…? What’s else is new.

Very few members
If I had to guess, there can’t be more than a few dozen people on this app. Instead of making it cheaper / more accessible in order to drive usage, they chose to make it expensive. I can afford it, but the availability is so low that I regret paying for it. My biggest complaint is that you can’t restrict your profile to your own state or to specific ages (because adoption is so low), so you get a ton of noise from people you have no interest in talking to.
Privacy Concerns
I had my account verified a year ago only to be asked to reverify it. The video verification doesn’t work on their website for me and I already had to submit my photo through email the first time that they “verified” me. So I’m already worried about who is seeing my photos in their email. Now they’re asking me to send a video of myself through email since I can’t do it through the app. It’s like a humiliation process. Meanwhile, there are tons of profiles of men who either have photos of cartoons or are unverified that can message women at anytime they’d like. So if you’re a man, have fun. Otherwise women be aware. I find it odd they’re making me “reverify” my account via video when the same thread has my photo in it that they verified the first time. Make it make sense.

Deserves a Zero
Says it’s a dating app, but you can’t date if you don’t pay. If you don’t pay and see someone who also doesn’t pay, you will not be allowed to message them. One of the two has to be a paying member. Soooo basically, it is not a dating app when two people can’t even say hi to each other unless one of them pays.

This app needs a lot of work. Matches are far away and very few to pick from. It matches you with Genders that you did not specify. Finally it cost too much and gives tooooo little.
Playing Hardball
Perhaps this is the state of all dating apps but having to pay to message at all is pretty shrewd. If you are in this community you already have a few things to overcome to meet and date people. PS seems perfectly happy to throw one more milestone on your back. Brilliant strategy to make sure you make revenue from a vulnerable group. Leaves a bad taste, otherwise. Wish they offered 1 - 3 messages a day so that you could see if half the people on here are legit before dropping $35 for 1 month. Good luck, y’all.

If you hold out on a subscription, periodically, they will have bot accounts match with you, and then when you finally decide to get a subscription, these accounts become “unavailable“. The majority of the time this app is dead, there is no way it is worth the 30+ dollars.

This is quite possibly the worst dating app. Extremely low engagement from “users,” I think a lot of the profiles are fake, no one responds to messages even if it’s a mutual

Allows harassment towards users
This app allows other users to harass and insult people unprovoked with no consequences. The harassment was reported- clear and vicious insults coming for no reason other than assumptions based off photos. The user was reported and this App sent an email saying it was a misunderstanding on the harassers end and no one else has reported this persons profile so no actions will be taken. They don’t care about safety in their community. Especially women’s safety. This same exact situation would get a user banned immediately on another app. Absolutely unacceptable of PS the company/app. I do not recommend this app for any reason. Harassment was so clear and direct with no resolution that here I am writing my first ever review for an app if that tells you anything about this company and what they value.
For Women the messaging system is a Vultures Roost
The messaging system desperately needs a rework. It should be easier for women to block users who send harassing or inappropriate messages. Safety and user control should be prioritized, and right now, the system falls short in protecting people from this kind of behavior.

$33 a month is not worth it , if you already read the bad reviews about this app then it’s true. I also had my account for over a year and I did pay the price and it’s really not worth it not one bit, I also put my Snapchat and other social media usernames and they’ll delete it right away so we can’t message else where but in the PS only if you subscribed

TOO EXPENSIVE BASIC APP
The app is a great idea and very helpful for those that are testing positive for anything, but it is way too expensive for a basic website and honestly it’s not that many people to go through on the platform once you get on there..
More options is also needed for the people that want to give it a try before paying for an app. It’s a good idea. Just not worth $34 a month or 106$ for only 6months

Shame
This app would be a lot more helpful if you didn’t have to pay $30 a month to send a single message to anyone new. And they make sure there’s no way else you can leave contact information. It’s a shame this app is so money hungry towards a community like this.
