Dopo aver scansionato il mio passaporto Italiano, e il mio selfie con il passaporto (che richiede molti tentativi!) e la carta fiscale, e aver scelto i passaggi successivi, si verifica sempre un errore senza spiegazione. Ho provato due volte, è troppo complicato riprovare. Mi trovo negli USA, forse è questo il problema?
Mancato accesso per mancato invio di SMS
L'applicazione ha improvvisamente smesso di inviare SMS e quindi, pur avendo il mio utente e la mia password, non posso accedere perché richiede un codice presumibilmente inviato via SMS che non arriva mai. La compagnia telefonica conferma che non c'è nessun blocco, così come il telefono stesso.
Dopo quattro mesi e oltre mille comunicazioni, Poste non ha ancora fornito una soluzione.

Troppe app non si capisce nulla
Inutile cercare di aiutare una persona anziana a raccapezzarsi tra le settemila app che avete creato. Non si è mai vista un'azienda che ha ben 4 app diverse. App Poste, App Poste ID, app PostePay, app Bancoposta. Tutto il servizio è da ripensare.

Ho bisogno di accedere a servizi urgentemente ma non si avvia nemmeno dice di controllare aggiornamenti sullo store, e non ci sono aggiornamenti.

Total waste of time, failed
After wasting half an hour trying to get the perfect shot ‘document under your chin’ I entered email / password and got the email confirmation, but then at the next step never got the sms so all of that was for nothing as they did not remember any of the previous steps taken.
Video, multiple doc scans, face+doc that is so finicky, passport chip.
At least give some feedback, keep the data entered up to this point, give another option.

Horrible
Horrible useless app. Badly developed where nothing works for such important functions. Making everyone else’s life so much more difficult because they couldn’t bother to do something correctly.
Whole system needs a complete overhaul
It’s extremely hard to signup for SPID. Once I did my login credentials were blocked (for no apparent reason), and I sent the best part of two days trying to unlock them with no success. The phone number is absolutely useless as every call center employee seems to tell a different story, many of them simply hanging up on me. I wish I didn’t need it.

Vivo negli USA e per la mia SPID ho scelto le Poste perché supportavano italiani residenti all’estero. Da più di qualche mese però non ricevo più gli SMS sul mio numero americano, che fino ad allora aveva funzionato perfettamente, e non posso cambiarlo perché non posso entrare nel mio profilo. Quando ho chiesto supporto sulla pagina poste.it, è obbligatorio mettere un numero di telefono italiano, ed anche se scrivo sul messaggio di contattarmi via email e non per telefono, ricevo una mail da un indirizzo “noreply” che mi hanno cercato di contattare per telefono senza potermi raggiungere.

Lettura carta ID difficile
Impossibile leggere la carta di identità CIE per richiesta dello SPID. Andrebbe potenziata la capacità di lettura del CIE e compararla ad altre app.

Molto dificile di utilizare. Forse lo fanno a posta per mandarti in Posta a pagare… ma non solo questo. Dopo aver pagato lo SPID non lo posso usare devo tornare ancora ma ieri mi hanno pure avvertito se c’é qualche inconvenient chiama Numero Verde

Worst app ever. It didn’t recognize cellphone numbers in Brazil to send the code we need to register. Fortunately I have an American number to use, but when you try to use the app it always says your info is incorrect. You have to create a new password every time you need to use the app. And it didn’t let you pay using international credit cards. I tried 10 different visa and Mastercard cards and it didn’t work. It will be a nightmare have to use it!!!!

Funzionalità QR Code rotta
Da diversi mesi ormai quando tento di usare la funzionalità QR Code la app dice che si è verificato un errore. Tocca sempre usare credenziali e PIN (almeno quello funziona).

I guess the developers never bothered to even test it. I was expecting rubbish since it was developed for Poste and that’s exactly what it is. Spent over an hour trying to get decent shots and made sure everything was in focus and readable but got a message back they could even see the document in the picture? Perfectly in line with the standard Poste quality.

Registrarmi è impossibile. Inserisco il PIN, avvicino il mio iPhone alla carta d’identità elettronica ed immediatamente mi esce un errore. Non c’è nessuna informazione su dell’errore. Tutte le altre app funzionano senza problemi con la mia CIE … meglio cancellare questa.

Ma come stiamo messi male...App buggata è dire poco. Impossibile arrivare a fine processo. Per parafrasare una citazione da una famosa commedia italiana "degli studenti di informatica alla triennale la farebbero meglio".
