The PostNL app is very handy, right up until is isn’t. Yesterday I received a notice that my package would be delivered between 9 and 12. Ok I rearranged my day to accommodate this. At 8:37 today I received a message that it would come between 12:15 and 14:15. Grrr. Ok I moved another thing. It’s 12:56 and I just got notification that it’s at a pick up point. I have been home all day to receive this heavy package. This is infuriating.

How are we (English speaking people) supposed to understand or communicate when it is all in Dutch! I’m trying to track a package and I don’t know who can help me when I don’t understand your language! Dissatisfied!!!!
Useless
Totally useless app. Notification in the morning that there will be new mail, but when you check the app it cannot show you what mail because ‘it’s too busy’. Also, when it does work, hours later, it may tell you that it will be delivered today, but that the package has not been received yet. In that case: do not stay home because it will take at least another day.
Post NL is terrible
Postman never tries to deliver parcels, just leaves a card. So lazy. Cards are often illegible or don’t include a name or address. Disgraceful
Enormous Delay
I have ordered an item from bol.com on May 27th. Today, it is June 16th and I still have not received it. I keep getting false information from post.nl
United States no longer an option?
I used to be able to track my package on this app and select verenigde staten (United States), then yesterday it was no longer to select the united states as a country along with many other countries. Contacted customer support and they just said to check again today because something is probably just wrong with the app and after checking today, i’m still faced with the same issue.
NO ENGLISH AND NO USA COUNTRY CODE
THE UNITED STATES IS A REAL COUNTRY BUT YOU KNOW THIS BECAUSE INKARI WHO USES YOUR APP HAD NO PROBLEM TAKING MY MONEY FROM MY USA BANK THE MINUTE I PLACED MY ORDER. I DOWNLOADED THE POSTNL APP. I ALSO REPLIED TO EMAIL TELLING ME MY PACKAGE WAS SHIPPED AND GAVE ME AN ORDER CODE AND TOLD ME TO CONTACT INKARI (AN ALPACA TOY COMPANY) I TRIED TO USE THIS AND TRIED TO USE MESSENGER. I TRIED CALLING THEM, I TRIED THE APP, I TRIED THE CONTACT FOR ENGLISH CORPORATE CONTACT THAT WAS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO UNDERSTAND. WHAT DO I HAVE? A SAD LITTLE GIRL WHO DID NOT GET THE PRESENT SHE HOPED FOR ON CHRISTMAS. I HOPE YOU CAN FIX ALL OF THIS. INKARI DOES HAVE BEAUTIFUL PRODUCTS BUT SO FAR I CAN ONLY ENJOY THEM ON THE ORDER WEBSITE :((((((((((

All though your app is ok. It is still missing more language options, but the reason I give you one star is your exceptionaly BAD international delivery’s and constant loss of packages that I have sent. I hope you will take a long hard look at how you are running your business and if you have half a braincell you will try to do better. Your reviews online are the worst I’ve ever seen for such a big company,

Kleine verbetering, je hoeft geen land meer te kiezen. Nog wel steeds de onzin dat je naast de track code nog steeds de postcode moet intoetsen. Die heb je natuurlijk niet in je hoofd en moet je opzoeken.
De app beweert dat ze “de postcode nodig hebben”. Onzin, de track code is genoeg zoals overal elders.
Zeer gebruikers onvriendelijke app.
De apps die ik gebruik laten me simpelweg het tracking nummer intoetsen en klaar is Kees.
Hier moet ik eerst in een lange lijst het land opzoeken waar de zending vandaan komt en dan ook nog eens de post code van (ik neem aan) de geadresseerde ingeven en die heb ik natuurlijk niet bij de hand.
Deze app verwijder ik weer onmiddellijk en ga weer gewoon mijn USPS en ParcelTrack appjes gebruiken.

Much like the title. Aesthetically it is very nice however having to sit with a translator in front is not fun. Bring an english feature please.
