Are you still functional
They have no support, when you click to get help it take you to a page that doesn’t exist anymore. I think they might be out of business.

Do you (the app creators/company) use the app? I bet you don’t. Go use tidal and check out how easy it is to make/edit playlists no matter where the user is on the journey in the app. PLEASE!

Ups and downs
Unfortunately this app is very unstable. Cannot use it anymore
Terrible app
Awful and totally unreliable. Glitches out while downloading and teaching-destroyed the momentum of class-my first and last time using in a class prior to screening.
For those teaching step/kick box or classes requiring the seamless transition from song to song keeping the 32 count, energetic beat AND BPM, then don’t waste your time on this. Directions say if you make a “playlist” it will not overlap songs BUT it says, if you make a click mix it will....UMMM not the case...it fades out and there’s a tiny break between songs AND the BPM starts slow and then speeds up after the intro.
Boot camp type classes are probably okay with this music...those are probably the positive reviews you’ve read. Choreographed classes?....forget about it!!!

Since update, not worked, look so professional not having working music for my classes, nice job!
Used to be great.... the new update keeps crashing
This app used to be great, love the new look app, but it’s so unreliable. It has left me with no playlist on several occasions now and I’ve wasted a lot of time recreating clixmixes that then crash! So frustrating
FRUSTRATING
App keeps showing “unknown error”. Removed app and re installed and STILL nothing. Tried creating new acct... nope. Still “unknown error”. This WAS a great tool in 2017... as an instructor, you need reliable tools to motivate and move your teams. Hopefully this app will get fixed and it will become all that Power Music is touting.
DOESNT WORK
They updated the app to power music now instead of power music 1 and now it erased everything I had in my account and it keeps having errors when trying to log in. The app won’t even play music within the app to sample it. Nothing about it works. They need to fix this ASAP
Do not buy! Unable to cancel the membership.
I did the free trial, I tried to cancel the membership several times and month after month my credit card is still being charged.
There is no easy way to cancel and no one responds to your emails.

Use to be great!
I used to love this app, used it everyday for my classes but it's gotten so in consistent I can't count on it and it takes hours on the website to download a new playlist
Major problems with this app!
One star only because zero is not an option. This app worked well in the past, but after the last update it's TERRIBLE. I can only download one mix at a time, and most of the time I try to use it, it crashes and won't play at all. Or if it does play, it will jump from one song to another. So frustrating!!
I used to love this app until the latest update (July 2017)
Don't get this app. This app was fantastic until the July 2017 update. Now it crashes every time I try to play any of my playlists. It even randomly crashes when I try anything in the app. Super frustrating! Please fix this bug!!!
Will the music play for 20, 30 or 40 minutes?
That's the question I ask the class before we begin. This app has become a joke. It will skip a song, skip beats between songs, and stop. There have been good things added but if the basics don't work, it doesn't matter.
Major App Issues!!!!
Every time there is an update with this app there are issues. These issues ALWAYS force me to un install the app, losing ALL of my music and having to load music back on. This latest update is the worst of all...it simply does not work even after the fixes, the app originally was stopping mid song in the middle of class. Now after reinstalling 3 times over the last month it still does not work....I hit the music loaded and yet again stops mid song with 20+ clients just standing there!! FIX IT PLEASE!!!
This app WAS awesome...
...until the latest couple of updates...now this app is completely useless. Unfortunately I spent the huge sum of money for creating my own clickmixes at PowerMusic only to find that I cannot load any of my previous clickmixes. This is frustrating and absolutely unacceptable! Also...would you please fix the songs stopping randomly and not playing all the songs in the playlist and skipping songs too. Yep...this is what your app is doing lately. Please fix it!
Stuck in "sign in" page (New User)
This app just assumes that I already have an account. There's no return arrow or new user registration option. It's just asking for an email and password. I have to delete the app and reinstall just to return to the main menu. Poor app design. If this doesn't get fixed I'll just delete for good and find workout music elsewhere!

This was one of my favorite apps and most used, for my classes, until the new update! It's too complicated and pretty much unusable. Luckily I still have the old version on my old phone. Please, go back to the old version.
Please fix!!
I loved this app until just recently - this update renders it useless. I can see the music but it won't play. It says it's playing but it's not. BPMs are all off and there's no music. So sad - please fix the problem!!
Latest update ruined the app
Since the last update I have to set the BPM for every song every time I add a playlist to the player. The app no longer remembers the BPM so every time I switch playlists I have to set the BPM for every song all over again. So frustrating and a huge waste of time. Makes the app basically unusable if you need to change playlists quickly.
Terrible
Oh my gosh! Just signed up and it won't even make it though one song without crashing. Very glad first month is free as I am hoping they work this out before it ends or I will cancel. Very disappointed but hopeful they are working on resolution

The app worked great until the update, now it is a total mess. The bpm for every song reverts to 0 every time I open the app. I have to go in and manually fix every song every time. Please, please fix!!!!

After the update you can't access your iTunes music. The screen is just blank. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, nothing. So basically it can't be used! This needs to be fixed.

Not as user friendly as iTunes or Zumba’s music app. You can’t just click on an album to play it - you have to download if first (expect to get many download error messages) and then create a playlist. One of their ‘how-to’ video links doesn’t work so you just have to figure it out for yourself. The only good thing is that you can access all of the Power Music albums (if you can figure out how to access them to play the songs - too many steps involved to play the music.i would rather like to play the albums on a different app.
The app works fine but big issues with subscription process
I tried to cancel my subscription this month, thinking I would still be able to access the music through the end of the month. (Apple states that this is the policy under the subscription info in my phone). This is actually not true, and you lose access as soon as you cancel. So there is some discrepancy between the app developers and Apple. After trying to restart my subscription, I was unable to get any access to the music. Each time I tried to play music, the app would inform me that I needed to subscribe. When I would click “subscribe”, it would tell me I was already subscribed. I tried this several times and it didn’t work. So I contacted customer service and they directed me to the website, through which I unsubscribed with the old account and set up a new account. That one worked fine. However a few days ago I was billed for the old account anyway. I contacted customer service again and they told me they couldn’t refund me and I had to go through Apple. I attempted to get a refund through Apple. As soon as I submitted my refund request with a description of why I was asking for one, my request was immediately denied. So it seems like there are issues with either the app itself, or Apple, or both, and no one will take responsibility for this. I’d really like a refund but it doesn’t seem possible. I would not recommend this app for that reason. Unfortunate because the app itself was pretty nice.

Then there’s a skip and the song that should follow comes in. It really ruins the momentum in class. This is not the first time this issue has happened. Before, I had to add a different mix to the player, close the app, restart my iPad, reopen the app, and reload the clickmix I wanted to play in order for the transition to blend in the correct song. Well, that “fix” doesn’t even work this time. Please please pleeeease make this app consistently reliable. I’ve been using this app for years and have experienced several issues, it’s very frustrating and time is overdue to explore other options.

Not reliable
Too many problems. Sometimes it just won’t download anything at all. New music is not updated frequently.
Power Music APP
Every time this app updates it drops all of the playlists that I have created. ;( Many of my fellow instructors have stopped using this app as it is too much trouble to re enter in all of their playlists everytime the app upadates. Since you now have to "tap" to enter every track bpm it takes forever to reenter as well. Why not allow for a bpm for all tracks feature. So frustrated! Even in my frustration I started to enter in a few playlists again and they are not showing up in the "my playlist" tab. Looking for another app.
BPMS totally screwed up
I've been using this app for teaching classes for 2 years, and would give it 5 stars till the latest update. The combination of iOS10 and the latest update seem to have totally broken the app. I can get it to start now, but the BPMs are completely wrong. Really hoping you all can fix this!
Bring back previous version
This update ruined everything, thank goodness I have an older device that can't upgrade to this newest one! Please hurry and fix this newest version!
