Refusing to Delete Child’s Photos
Major Privacy Violation - Refusing to Delete Child's DataUnacceptable. I have requested multiple times for this app to permanently delete my account, my daughter's name, and ALL of her photos. They only deleted some and are keeping the rest on their servers against my explicit consent. I have formally emailed their privacy desk. This is a severe breach of data privacy. Do not trust this app with your baby's photos. I am demanding immediate, total data erasure.

Don't do it
I regret purchasing the yearly subscription. The AI photo studio doesn't work and customer service have completly ignored several of my messages. Paying customer deserved better communication and functionality.

3-day subscription from the start
This app should give you the option to try it out first instead of charging for a subscription from the start especially with AI being widely available for free. I didn’t like that at all! I saw in previous comments that ppl get charged from the start even with the 3-day trial option, thankfully I came to the comments as soon as I saw the option.
Charged for a Trial - AVOID
This app charged me $39.99 for a trial. I had the app for less than 24hrs and now I’m having to fight with them to refund my money.
Picture quality was not good, app layout is confusing, editing ability is very limited…all around a bad app!!

I subscribed to the app for 4.99, when trying to proceed with the app it keeps giving me an error message. But sure did take the payment.

Not Free & Uses AI
Couldn’t get very far into trying this out because it wanted me to start a 3 day free trial, so the app isn’t free to use at all. And then it tried having me pick 3 photos out for their AI, in which I felt very uncomfortable doing. Wish I would’ve known this info before I downloaded. Thankfully, I’m able to cancel the free trial.
Don’t even try to contact their customer service! NO ONE WILL REPLY!
I messaged the company MONTHS AGO! 3 emails later, still nothing! My best advice is only edit pictures on this app. If you try editing videos on a iPhone, you will lose the sound!!!!! No one from this company will get back to you to help you trouble shoot why this happened. I paid for the year subscription but will no longer be a paying their services.
Purchase required
The app asks you to rate it before you’re fully into it and THEN it asks you to pay to use it. Yes, you can sign up for a free trial however I prefer to use an app and form an opinion on if I like it or not before I put my card info into it
Waste of money
Paid for the year because I wanted to use it for all of my sons monthly photos but there is no way to charge the phot ratio on a ‘new project’ so all of my photos are cut off rendering the whole thing useless. It looks like there is a button to change it but it doesn’t do anything.

The app glitches a lot and it's very frustrating to see how much time it takes to load a picture to get nothing
No Free Trial-charges you immediately
Please note that there is no free trial, you are billed immediately upon signing up for the “free trial” Also, the app boots me out every time I try to create Easter bunny pic with my grandson.
