The app is so confusing to use. Not user friendly at all.

It’s one of those apps where as soon as you put all your info in you need to pay a subscription. No free version!

I have been a member and paid the membership fee for six months, but after one month, the app asked me to upgrade again. The app has several issues, such as incorrectly calculating ovulation dates. During the first cycle, the data matched another app, but from the second cycle onward, it started showing early ovulation dates, prompting me to use test strips-a situation that feels like a scam. The other app provides correct peak time data that aligns with actual timings. Additionally, the app exhibits inconsistent ovulation dates; sometimes it shows date X, and other times, it displays date Y for the same cycle which is confusing.

Premom charged me for a 6 month premium subscription when I originally signed up for just a trial period. I’m unable to get my refund and feel duped by this app. Will not be using this app in the future.

App is stuck in it won’t let me upload test tests. Already restarted my phone.

Terrible app, barely works. It kicked me out and won’t let me sign in nor explore as a guest. I use this mainly to understand the strips but this app is getting worse and I can’t see it being helpful anymore. I’m done trying.

App is not loading for me. It is updated as well as the software on my phone. Really not great when I’m trying to log stuff as I’m trying to conceive.

Some days I’ve had Ovulation strips darker than others and it reads as 0.1. So, I close the app and try it again 2-3 times until it reads it. It is a bit frustrating because at that point I am not sure if it is reading it right! I am almost done with the strips, so I am not sure if I am going to repurchase them.
