My family and I checked out two days early from a planned five-day stay due to continuous maintenance failures and a complete lack of management accountability.
Room Security Issues: Our first room on the second floor would not lock, posing a major safety concern. After moving across the hall, our key cards failed repeatedly.
Trapped in Our Room: At one point, both our keys and the front desk staff's master key failed. We were essentially locked out and unable to secure our belongings until a technician replaced the door lock battery. Our keys still failed to work properly after battery was replaced.
Zero Housekeeping: Our room was never serviced. Beds were left unmade, trash was overflowing, and we had to go to the lobby to fetch our own towels and toilet paper. Additionally, the main light fixture blinked constantly and was never fixed. This was relayed to Mercedes and nothing was done to resolve the issue.
Deceptive Management: We requested to speak with a manager multiple times and were told only the General Manager could help. Upon checkout, we discovered that the staff member who previously failed to open our door with the master key was the manager on duty and never escalated our concerns.
The maintenance technician and Julie at checkout were the only helpful staff members. Priceline cannot issue our refund for the unused nights because the General Manager has not answered their calls or emails. Priceline has yet to make this right!!! Needless to say, I will no longer use Priceline to book a hotel room ever again!

Monitor your credit card

I even tried to submit my review of a hotel I stayed in that was zero stars. Mind you 3 out of the 5 hotels I liked. The both hotels I hated are because I didn’t do my DUE DILIGENCE and check reviews from ppl in different forums as to the real deal. Once I checked I am kicking myself. It was all there in people’s words to avoid them. This App no doubt gets monies from said hotels to make them worthy but DO NOT TRUST IT.

My stay was so horrible, I booked through Priceline 25-28 2026. Priceline is advertising pictures from 7 years ago , walked in the hotel old couches and chairs, ok maybe the rooms in”is nice walking to the room and getting in the elevator the whole time smell marijuana. Get to the room nasty and dark in the room lights switch didn’t work, the front door didn’t shut it had a big crack in the door .Roaches coming out of the wall circuit , me and my daughter ran out of the room to the front desk and she said it’s nothing she can do because my trip is non refundable so I had to pay 650.00 for that hotel and we stayed at the Holiday Inn express for another 535.00 for 3 days . Priceline didn’t even care to help or listen they were giving me the runaround never ever again will I book through Priceline!!!!!!!
Horrible
We booked a stay express deal at a 2.5 star hotel .. we check in at 11:30 pm and our room at no working lights.. the hotel said it was the only room they had and Priceline said we could leave and possibly get refunded but there was no way we would get a room and we were out of state. On top of that our sheets were dirty we had to get new bedding and the shower had no shower head there was a dead bug on the bathroom floor and the continental breakfast was yogurt or cereal . The next day they switched us rooms and we got an old tv and an air conditioner that does not work it was horrible and never got a dime discount for the trouble so do not use Priceline !

Money because he said I had no guaranteed flight home. I was traveling with two teens and this was very uncomfortable. And honestly a little scary. Priceline never found me a car. Left me stranded at the airport. I finally found a car and had to pay 5 x the promised amount when I booked the trip. I will never use Priceline again. I would not suggest trusting your travels with them. Very disappointed.

Why do you allow them on your platform!? Pickup is not available at the airport. The car I reserved was unavailable. They gave me a nasty, maintenance needed Corolla. Cussed in the car in front of my son regarding another customer they were waiting on at the airport to pick up. Customer service is horrible. They provided no ride back to the airport. Had to get a Lyft. Provided no explanation of additional charges - said he couldn’t provide a receipt. Why, why, why do you allow this?? Please contact me.
cancellations for car rentals do not use Priceline. It'll be a month before you get your money back.

Booked a vacation through the website. When I got the email, I was prompted to download the app, however the app never accepted any login information no matter how I “signed up” or “reset password” the app wouldn’t work.
Then the airline cancelled my flight and I was left high and dry for my rental car because I didn’t pay additional money to “protect” the vacation.
The app doesn’t work and the company doesn’t communicate with the other companies once you’ve money is in their pocket. I’m sure they have lawyers to paid so they can say they are not thieves, but they sure act like thieves.
Then the airline cancelled my flight and I was left high and dry for my rental car because I didn’t pay additional money to “protect” the vacation.

I would not book through them ever again
I booked a room through the app about a month ago and they booked a room for me that did not exist. If it weren’t for me calling two days before check-in, I would have been showing up with no where to stay in a big city I am unfamiliar with. No one did a thing to rectify the situation, even the Managers were all terrible and were so stuck on proving themselves to be right. Not customer oriented at all and I will never use this app again. Scam App!! Beware!!!

If you book a hotel on your PC, it will not show up in your reservations on the app. I think they hide them from you so you accidentally book 2

Dishonest
I booked a package that included a car rental. When I picked up the car, I had to pay for it again. The rental company said Priceline only paid them $22 for the entire rental. I called Priceline, and they wouldn’t give me an itemized statement for the package. They said all the charges were paid, and that’s it. No integrity. No accountability. No help. I’ll not be using this company again.
Turned into lies and poor eating system
I’ve used Priceline for several years and never had any issues. I booked a 3.5 star “casino” hotel on express deals that was in no way a casino hotel. In fact, it was 2 stars on its best day. I spoke with Priceline’s customer service and asked about this false advertising and was told no refunds. Beware of what you book and look for companies that stand behind there listings.
Never again
Will I use Priceline. I rented a car and showed up to the Houston Thrify Desk only to find the line 60 deep with two employees. My son and I had an appointment in because the line wasn’t moving we left and rented a car via Alamo. I called Priceline, waited on hold for 20 minutes only to learn they will not refund us. I informed them that I’ve been a customer for 20 years and would never be using the service again. They responded with there’s nothing they can do.

I went ahead and bought us assigned seats to sit together but come to find out Priceline didn’t tell our airline we bought assigned seats because I checked in with our airline and they said Priceline never informed them about the assigned seats we payed for so Priceline never told them about it and just want to keep my money! I already talk to Priceline they lied and said I would get a refund and I will get an email confirming the refund but I haven’t heard one word from them. So they are basically stealing my money! Priceline hook up by low price and transfer the victim to a partner company. The victim is handed over to a partner company; once on-site, unable to resolve the issue and has no choice but to pay. Last three nights as soon as in go to choose a room I get a notification that the price has just increased… why is this happening??
Bait & Switch
Everytime I go to book a room, my price gets conveniently increased as soon as I book my room. Or it will always be sold out once I select a room, but a more expensive room will be available.
