No customer service
I spent 2 hours at the front desk of my hotel that I booked with Pricetravel.com without being able to check in my hotel/room. The front desk mentioned the this normally happens with price travel.
After front desk spent 30 min looking for my reservation. They recommended for me to call the customer service of price travel. I called multiple numbers for customer service but no one ever picked up.
When I called, the record message kept telling me to go on the website for chat services but there was no chat services when viewing the website through my phone.
I force to book direct with another hotel because i was embarrassed to stay the original hotel.

They don’t honor their refund policy
We tried booking a hotel trough their service. The system glitched and first said our reservation didn’t go through, the following day we got an email saying it did go through but had the wrong dates.
When we called ti cancelled they said they could give us a 100% credit or if we wanted a refund directly to the card we used it would take 150 days to process and they would charge a 15% processing fee.
This feel very much like a scam, don’t fall for it.

The company won't come committed if there is a problem with your flight
Whenever exists a weather problem, the company could or not, send you a new plane ticket, but this will happen with no communication from them, so you won't know if your travel/vacation is ruined or not. Then costumes service is practically non-existing, you will wait hours before taking with someone, and if you are lucky. Do not use this service to organize your travel.
