Since when did this app cost $$$
I loved this app when I had access to it
I had a bunch of important stuff saved in this app a long time ago. And I deleted the app thinking I could come back to it later by downloading. But my stuff was gone forever I wish there was a way to get it back it was very meaningful to me
Stopped working
Can no longer add anything to any albums. Gives an error message now. Sad to see a good thing go bad.
Can’t retrieve photos
An update or something rendered all of my photos dead. Just little black boxes without a way to retrieve them. Have emailed support multiple times with no response
Beware: Ransomware
It’s free to start but once you add photos they will force you to pay. There’re no options to exit the subscription screen. Very definition of ransomware.
Broken email and support app !!! Even for premium subscriber !!!
Paid $40 for Premium. App broke after update. Main screen empty. Files stuck on Syncing. Support email bounces. In-app support form is broken and won't load. I am locked out of my encrypted files. This is unacceptable for a paid app. Fix it or refund my money back !!!
