Don’t get for offline use
I downloaded this app for a 25 day long trip in the Grand Canyon, during which I would have no internet. I got it set up with a free trial knowing it would charge me for the annual subscription when I was on my trip, and planning to decide whether or not to keep it after then. Lo and behold, the app won’t work without internet! Even though I had created the account, logged in, and hadn’t changed or cancelled anything since, all it would show me was a screen asking me to create an account, which I had already done in advance of the trip, and no way to use the subscription I had already agreed to prior to this trip, but which I also couldn’t cancel without internet! In the end, there was no way to use it without internet! I’m going to try for a refund since I paid for the subscription but could not use it!

Ужасный подход, выставлять приложение якобы бесплатным, чтобы его могли все скачать, а по факту если зайдя в приложение ты не заплатишь, это приложение абсолютно бесполезно. Желаю разработчикам и их семьям долгой жизни, крепкого здоровья и процветания

Doesn’t work to stop your iPhone from switching lenses
I got this app to try and stop my iPhone from switching lenses when I use them through my binoculars, and I did not see anywhere on there how to make that happen. And they force you to subscribe before you can even use the app

Calling this a free app is a lie. It’s subscription only. You can’t even look around before being stuck on a “subscribe now” screen. Yeah, there’s a “free trial” but that’s incredibly predatory and they’re banking on people forgetting. Maybe it has good tools and control, but I wouldn’t be able to figure that out just by downloading it.

Perspective Correct is a Joke
I ordered this for the supposed “perspective correct” feature. It’s a complete fail. No difference at all when taking photos of buildings after signing up for the premium plan. Fortunately it was a trial and I cancelled.

Downloaded and opened to check out the interface, instantly hit with subscription screen. Can’t bypass. No thanks. If I cannot even take a look around and check out the controls available without subscribing, you can stick this one back in your App Store. Lightning fast deletion of app.

Do not forget about subscription
I wanted to try this app, so I got the free trial. I forgot that I got the free trial. The app was not what I was looking for, when I tried to get a refund I was told that I was not eligible for a refund even though I don’t use the app nor want the app. Bad customer service.
Doesn’t open on iPhone 13pro
Purchased the bundle with reeheld and reeflex. Reeflex gives an error message and doesn’t open. Reinstall, same. Still waiting for developer to respond to my email

It pretends to be free and immediately gives you an annoying pop-up with no way to close it and all that it provides is a basic amenity that could be a vibe coded. Far from worth a subscription price. And on top of that it pretends to be free. App made by losers for losers.

I hate it when app developers claim an app is free, make you download it, only to find that there are NO functions that can be used without a subscription. A real bait and switch.

Plan familiar
Se supone que se compra un plan familiar, pero en la aplicación no hay una opción en el menú que se diga que se puede compartir con otro teléfono en otra aplicación entonces no sirve de nada comprar la aplicación, sabiendo que no es un plan familiar. Qué decepción?
Monthly paywall for existing features???
I purchased this app back when it was new and now years later things that were included have been locked behind a monthly paywall and I cannot express how upset I am that you have decided to do this. This used to be my go to camera app but now it's going in the trash.

Kills your battery
I signed up for a month but canceled while traveling in New Orleans because my phone battery was being sucked dry by this app even when not using it. Love the idea of camera controls but killing the phone battery is not acceptable.

I tried to just take a video and this thing popped up saying I have to pay 30 freaking bucks for the “full access” version and I know they are trying to scam me.

Unfortunately, it looks like the exposure bracketing feature has been removed from the Up version
Less features less controls less everything just seams to be shrinking.
iOS glass redesign and removal of screen control customizations has made this no longer my go to camera app. :(
I think they are doing it to push the grip add-on they want you to buy. Can’t customize what’s shown with the iP16pro shutter app. Can’t swap out the EV compensation controls for zoom controls. Everything is hidden and it’s no longer easy to use. 😞
