Es muy mala las llamadas de las personas tratan mal a otras personas creo que le falta más tolerancia y experiencia al hablar soy muy inexperto en español en inglés te tratan mejor por culpa de alguien de ellos me quedé sin seguro y ahora tendré que colocar a otra aseguradora por su falta de experiencia 👍

Nag messages for app reviews are a terrible customer experience. Also, I really don’t like the way Progressive is worming their way into everything. My calendar, email, texts, accident alerts!!!!! Stay out of my life!!!! You have only one job!
Forced updates now forcing entire OS update
As a senior software engineer, I feel everyone should know just how dishonest and underhanded and lazy this practice is. This app amounts to nothing more than a database and documentation lookup, and yet in order to access MY DOCUMENTS and MY COVERAGE on MY PHONE, they are forcing an app update which also DEMANDS a version of iOS that would destroy my ENTIRE phone. Just so the devs can be a little lazy

They need to fix their auto pay. It doesn’t come out of my account until almost 5 days AFTER it’s due

Worst insurance ever they charge me for a month first day of the month sold my car refuses to refund my full price they refund 200 off of 499 ability. It’s disgusting.

Tracks bicycle rides, airplane trips, very inaccurate
Several times this app has recorded a run as a drive and dinged me saying that I used my cell while running/driving. Also will record bicycle rides as driving and dings for stopping to fast(?). If your copilot answers or looks for directions on your cell you will be dinged. This app is for driving only , do not do anything else while carrying your cell.

The app works and hasn’t given me cancer, but it seems kind of pointless since it wants to direct me to the website.

Great for spousal abusers
So here is a problem. If my spouse won’t share the login information, I can’t access any details about our policy even if I am an insured and I have policy number and other details. I understand the need for security from outside threats, but why make it easier for threats from inside the home to be so controlling? Your choice to limit the app’s use to only the primary insured seems misplaced. I only hope this was an unintentional consequence.
