Update Broken
I have tried to update the app for the new character and levels in the last couple of days but it’s broken. The update button goes back to saying “update” instead of “open” when I try to download the update. This is very frustrating because I would like to play to play the new levels but can’t. Please fix this problem with the update.
Their greed knows no bounds
Every update takes what were once fun aspects of the game and turns them into an even bigger money grab. At what point will it be enough for these developers? Can we just play the damn game without spending SO much money? It’s gotten out of hand. Players need to boycott and stop giving these greedy developers their hard earned money until this game starts to resemble the fun it once was again.

I am deleting this app because it is not updating on iPad. Very disappointing that after playing over 1000 level you cannot open the app or update it.

Game won’t update on Facebook. It supposedly updated on my IPhone, after trying over a dozen times. Still, there’s no new makeover to complete. Getting so tired of this game anyway. I put in a refund for the journey package I purchased. I didn’t even get half of the journey package I purchase. I will inform my credit union of the refund request, if I don’t see the refund by tomorrow. I’m not going to continue spending hundreds of dollars on this games. The levels keep getting more difficult, so players have to spend more money to complete them. I shouldn’t have to update the app on my phone, then on Facebook. FIX your UPDATE. It DOESN’T work.
Why can’t I update?
This usually is an entertaining game, but whenever there are updates, it will not allow me to do so. Most of my clique members are already so far ahead in the new updated section while I am still waiting to update. Why does this happen each time? It takes the fun out of competition.

Too much going on
I used to really love this game but it’s gotten to a point where it genuinely feels unplayable because every time I want to get on I have to spend 5 minutes clicking through a million pop ups and ads and I can never just go on and play the game. It’s so unbelievably annoying and frustrating I end up just closing the game before I even get the chance to play. I miss the way it used to be without all the new additions and annoying pop ups that want me to spend money to buy things for the game.

Not like the add. The games in the ads are only a part of the game. There is another game which you have to pass to move on. Somewhat disappointing.

App refuses to update
I’ve tried offloading the app and reinstalling the app completely. Whenever I click to update on the App Store it will act like it is updating but when it ends the update button reappears.
