BEWARE HUGE SCAM!
I signed up for the 7 day free trial and was charged $89.99 and on the same day tried to cancel and was told it is not eligible for cancelation. The app is full of ads asking for more money. It was unusable. Apple is no help either and I no longer trust the apps on the Apple Store.

If you’re advanced at any language - don’t get this
I swear from the add I thought for the advance option it would be better, but even in advance mode it’s barely focusing on the basics
Very low-quality language learning app
Overpriced and false advertising, the Facebook ad that took me to the app showed something completely different. Low quality and wayyy overpriced for what it offers.
Scam charging
When I canceled subscription and deleted the app confirm with support member.
But few month later, they charged again and it says still your subscription is active.
That’s terrible.
No explanation.
They still have my info and trying to charge forever once you make subscription.
Can’t never cancelled.

Vocabulary, not mirroring.
Not what was advertised. I looked forward to reading along with subtext. I’m days in and the only thing I’ve done is vocabulary review, which can’t be navigated around. Also the accent is Spanish, not Latin American Spanish, which is the language I’m trying to study. Pretty disappointed with this purchase.

Useless APP DOESN’T Work
THESE AI CHATS ALWAYS FREEZE AND I CANT COMPLETE THE LESSONS OR SECTION COMPLETELY. I want a refund. Your app doesn’t work as advertised.

I signed up after seeing an ad that showed a book being read aloud in Spanish with the words highlighted as it was read and the English translation below.
However, when I signed up, I could not find that feature anywhere. I messaged support back and forth 3 times with screenshots but they were unable to assist me in locating that feature (how hard is it?!)
So I asked for a refund but they require I do 10 lessons before issuing a refund…I never wanted the lessons to begin with! I wanted the book reading g feature.
I’m hoping to find this book reading feature through another platform.

Bad
Personally didn’t think it was that good for learning languages. I wanted to cancel after the free trial but there’s no obvious way to cancel on the app. I emailed customer support who said they would cancel it on my behalf but ended up getting charged anyways. When I reached back out they said I had to go through Apple to request a refund. A huge headache and not worth it.

I'm tired of studying only holidays. I need to pay extra for something useful. This is extortion, not a premium account.

I didn’t teach me Korean
It automatically made me read Hangul and asked me to identify what it was without a picture… I wouldn’t recomwnd if u can’t read Hangul
Could have been better
At first glance the app seems very well put together, I like the idea of roleplaying between AI characters. I was very excited to try this app until I found out there was no Russian included. I have a Russian background so therefore I unfortunately cannot use this app to help my practice.
Nice for practicing
The only thing I have to say is that all the good stuff they showed us on the Ads are not actually on the plan so you have to pay additional money for those … like learning with video of your favorite series.
Annoyingly limited content
I signed up for Portuguese, and paid $60 for six months to get ready for my trip to Portugal. It took me less than a week to finish all the lessons that were available at 10 minutes or so a day. There are only four units, and there seems to be no way to progress from beginner to any other level. This was a waste of money. I want my $60 back.

I’ve been using Duolingo, and I find this your app offers few opportunities for interactive, dynamic conversations. I’m not sure that I’ll stay with this app!
Free, ads are a must to get lesson
I understand this model I would much rather they request an ad per unit rather than give you one lesson and then force you to a paywall if you want to learn more on this app. But I also find it kind of inconvenient to always need to watch an ad to continue. It’s already kind of tough to find the time while in college to take the time to go onto a learning app. When already needing to study elsewhere for the 7 some classes. That’s why I find it a two out of five star.
Teaching should not business
For best service in teaching is not to take just money, it’s about make things to understandable. I saw many individuals courses have different packages. I knew that the hard work behind this but I don’t see anything better than free application provides. But here it’s more expensive than others.
Make it good deal with affordable budget, and more features is needed. Here it’s look like I am in school again.

Misleading IG ad
Downloaded after seeing an IG advertisement and feel that it is extremely misleading in what it does and the learning curriculum. And I am even more confused about the app icon and overall design - why the heck is there a photo of a guy snarling for the app icon?? Indicative of the overall low quality of the UX.
French language … from a Russian?
I had hoped it would involve native speakers, but apparently not.
Too much repetition
The best thing about this app is that the premium version includes conversation practice with a bot. The other activities are silly and repetitive. Repetition can be good, but they just drill down too much on a handful of phrases over and over. True/False drills and matching drills and so forth do not build communication skills, IMO.
Not ready for new phrases
The lesson jumped way ahead of known vocabulary and I had to resort to an auxiliary language translator app to understand the topic of conversation
