I booked 1.5 hours of service for 8:30 am today after my first experience with Pronto was good. After waiting for 1 hour, when I called, they put me on wait for 10 min and promised that someone will be there shortly. But nobody turned up and after waiting for 1 more hour when I called and waited to speak with someone I was again given a false assurance of maid arriving in 20 min. But that never happened and so finally when I called at 11:30 am, team accepted that they can’t commit the exact time and so they cancelled my booking.
They really need to look at their process model and revamp it else they will be soon out of market with the emergence of other apps like Snabit and UC Insta Help.

Service which doesnt exist
Ordered their services a few times, even after multiple follow up no one shows up. Not going to try again
Pathetic customer service and service provider
We booked a maid for zharoo pocha and dusting 3:30pm and paid in advance and the maid came at 3:54pm and said she will only do 30 minutes work, Why?? When I paid for 1 hour and in advance, this is a loot. Plus extreme bugs in their app, she asked for OTP when no OTP came in the registered mobile number. There customer service is pathetic, for 15-20 minutes you haw to keep on hold before anyone answers your calls. Not recommended at all

The cleaner didn’t turn up on time, asked to cancel the booking - but cancel was done without refund. Horrible. Avoid at all cost. Eventually booked through snabbit, and got cleaner within minutes

Pronto is hands down one of the worst service apps I have ever used.
I booked a maid yesterday for 10:30 AM. Nobody showed up till 11:00 AM. I called customer care and they casually said “she’ll come at 11.” Called again at 11, then they said 11:30. After that, they had the audacity to say “we will reschedule for tomorrow.”
Only after arguing and fighting with them for 2 HOURS, they finally arranged a maid. Completely unprofessional and irresponsible.
Today, the exact same thing happened again. This time they straight up said “we don’t have a maid available, we’ll give you one tomorrow.” Then why take my money? Why accept bookings if you clearly do not have people or the capability to deliver the service?
If you cannot fulfill bookings, DO NOT TAKE MONEY and waste customers’ time. This app is full of false promises, delays, and pathetic customer support.
Zero accountability. Zero reliability. Zero respect for customers.
If you’re incapable of running a service business, shut the app down instead of scamming people. Never using Pronto ever again.

Worst experience not recommended
Very disappointing experience with Pronto.
I booked a service yesterday for 5 PM and no one showed up. I called customer care and they said the professional would come by 6 PM - again, no one came. Then they promised 7 PM, then 8 AM next morning, then 11 AM. Till now, no one has arrived.
Customer care was also extremely rude, telling me “if you don’t want to wait, cancel the booking.”
This is honestly the most unprofessional service I’ve ever experienced. Complete waste of time - definitely not recommending Pronto to anyone.
