Application Offline
Performed my second session of the day and when I woke up in the morning, I never received credit for the session. It looks like I need to start over at day one instead of day fourteen. Obviously the cloud servers were running some kind of maintenance. Not sure why they do not allow me to fix my session count in the app.

There is absolutely nothing about this product that should require an app. It’s a tens unit. It should have an auto-timer and two buttons: power and intensity. Having the app be a part of it, and locking functionality behind a paywall makes this one of the worst, most overpriced cash grabs I have seen in a while. Avoid.

No respect
This app literally has 100 different ways it asks you to spend money, after buying the product. Look I get it, making more money is what companies do, I have a business and apps myself, but CONSTANT, pop up, every button and section leads to asking for more money… its not just annoying its disrespectful. The device is decent, but size is a little wonky even with the pad. I dont have a small or large neck. Im average size. I just hate marketing that absolutely zero self awareness or respect for the people buying it. Have some class. Its just heinous

This is not a user friendly app and becomes wearisome with the constant push to connect your device on every screen. No… I do not wish to hand over my biological data to Pulsetto.

Cannot sign up
I have repeatedly tried to create a new account but have not received an email which is necessary to activate it. Please help or I will be forced to return the device.

Great app…when it works
It’s a good app but hasn’t worked for over 24 hours. Renders the device completely useless. Very frustrating. Makes me regret buying it and subscribing to the app.

I can't believe this app is rated so highly. They must have paid a large number of viewers to achieve that rating. There's no way it's accurate.

App worked fine for a month, now I can’t get in. It just spins. So my 300 dollar device is basically an ugly necklace that does nothing.
Overdesigned
About as consumer-friendly as an HP printer. Nothing more annoying than applying conduction gel, powering on the device, and settling in for a session, only to find the app doesn't load for whatever reason.
I should be allowed to set a timer instead of having to choose from a set of stimulation types which all do the exact same thing but for different durations.
The thought of paying a subscription for guided breathing exercise exercises is pretty egregious.

Brand new, can’t use
Straight out of the box, device is good. Signed up and connected. Went to actually use the app, and it won’t log in. Perpetual loading screen followed by network error. Not the network. Deleted and redownloaded twice, and no luck.
Great when the app works. Awful when it doesn’t
You pay for the premium service and you still get an app that doesn’t work occasionally. It’s very frustrating. You’d think the device could be programmed for a default use so you could still use it even when the app is acting up.
It keeps crashing on load
I’ve been using it since February, pretty consistently. The last two days it just loads onto a white page with a spinning wheel. Super frustrated.

Can’t login to app
I have been using my Pulsetto for a week. Today the app doesn’t work. Apparently Pulsetto has known server issues. They charge $500 for the device they should have plenty of money to fix their servers so people can login to the app. Or make a device that doesn’t need a stupid app to run.

I spent tons of money on this device, and now the app won’t load so it’s useless. Forcing a medical device to rely on an app being in perfect condition and then not maintaining the app is messed up.
Scammers
So I paid for a yearly premium membership and then I couldn’t get access to any of the content. Then when I contacted customer service they claim the order # I gave them for my device doesn’t match up with the email on file. When I sent them an email confirmation of the order which clearly showed my email, they just ignored me. I’d stay away from them unless you want to deal with an incompetent company.

Ever since the last update, I cannot access the services I've paid to use. The app keeps giving me "cannot access network" error. I've tried the app on different devices, reinstalled, used different WiFi and cell networks with the same result.

App is completely broken, will not start
Stuck on a loading screen. Was working fine yesterday but does not work at all today on iOS or ipados. For a device that's supposed to help my nervous system, the stress is spiking it. When the app works it's a good device but it's useless when the servers are down. I can't even go into the offline mode they boast about bc you can't get past the loading screen
Login issue is unacceptable- very disappointed in this as the functionality depends on the app.

So the device cannot be used without the app, and the app is down more frequently that we want to admit. About to return the device due to this issue, on top of the unwanted subscription charge the company went ahead and started anyway. Without the app, the device is an expensive paperweight.

Ad-bomination
This is probably the most subscription ad-bloated app I’ve seen. Almost every tap leads to a “purchase subscription” screen. Closing the subscription offer screen opens another subscription offer screen. I don’t know how Apple even approved this into the store.
Beware of subscription charges
I bought this device to see if it works and learned after that I had to have the app to make it work. That should’ve been a red flag. Regardless, I signed up for a 14 day trial. Unfortunately, after using the device for a week it was evident that it does absolutely nothing. So I returned the device and when I tried to cancel the app. I’d already been charged for three months! And they make it virtually impossible for you to contact anyone. Not a reputable way of doing business.
Scam
The product is phenomenal but the business is sketchy as hell. They upsell you on everything and charge you premium services without your consent. This is straight up the definition of FRAUD. And yes they 100% are ABSOLUTELY activated without consent. I’ve lived it. Stop lying and stop being sketchy. You have a good product but you’ve completely ruined it.
Is this a hoax
I bought a Pulsetto device and waited 4-5 weeks for it to be delivered. At this point I have only used it 4-5 times. Not sure if I am wearing it right and nothing that confirms position. Salt in the wound is that I have to now purchase a subscription to use it with meditation with the app. A bait and switch. Also, out of nowhere I get an email that I upgraded and apparently paid for a premium subscription which I never did. Seems like fraud. Reached out to customer service and still have not heard back. The promise was high but overall experience has been horrible. Surprised the ratings are so high. Skeptical.
Not working
I am going to return the device and I must have missed the 7 day free by a couple hours. Anyway to get a refund? It’s a $300 device plus $99 a year; that’s crazy! It did nothing to me though I followed directions and used everyday.
Auto charged without sign up
While the device is useful, they sign you up for a free trial without you knowing. Then after 14 days they charge you $45. I am still trying to figure out how to cancel because it's not an option on the app or their website? Shady af.

Suddenly after 4 months they silently decided to charge me 45 bucks for premium subscription, which I never ordered or asked for. That is stereotypical scummy behavior. I discovered and reversed it by complete accident.
Scam company
I ordered this product and it came. I never signed up for an ongoing subscription. They keep taking money from my bank account and I can’t get them to quit. Be extremely careful if you ever order anything from this company. There’s no way to contact anybody.
Battery does not stay charged to use
I have used this quite a bit.. I don’t know if it helped. But, I charge and I can’t turn it off. So it is going when I am not using it. So, I can only use it after I juice it for an hour. It’s a pain. And now I’m being charged $34 every 3 mos to use the app. No one told me that. I am not impressed. This is a scam.

Good device, bad company. They try extract money from you at every turn instead of figuring out a business model that works. The whole subscription model makes little sense for what they offer.
Snake Oil
The hardware requires you to first lube up before pressing the on button. Sometimes the device syncs, sometimes it doesn’t. Either way you still have to get that lube off of your neck. Have fun!
Unusable
When their server goes down unexpectedly (or your internet goes offline, or you put your phone in airplane mode), it bricks your device and makes it unusable.
So far lots of trouble, no benefit
Was really excited to try this device to see if it could help increase my HRV. So far, I ordered the device, took over 6 weeks to get. Then I downloaded the app and it has been a joke. It has me signing in every time I open the app and then it gotten to the point that I can’t even get the app to open, it’s just stuck in a sign in loop. I have a Whoop band and it supposed to interface with it, it doesn’t. The interface, when it is working (which so far has been 2 of 10 attempts), is cluttered and not intuitive. I’m regretting buying this piece of garbage.
