It’s not free at all
You have to pay to send invitations. There is no free option. That was not clear at all. It’s a paid app and they should charge up front since there is nothing you can do for free.

Not as advertised
Joined the preferred section 3.00 a month with all these benefits. Until you sign up and then you want a bunch of money upfront

Totally sucks that I signed up for the most costly option and then find out they want another $60 for no advertising to be included in my cards.
Why do I pay a membership for a system that can’t add guests without crashing???
So I pay the membership to use this app for all my cards. My holiday cards and my first invitation I sent out were easy peasy. But for my Halloween and Christmas party this year I noticed the SAME issue both times. If I try to add more than one person at a time to the guest list, it gives me a message saying something went wrong. EVEN if I’ve already invited them to a previous event of mine. Seriously contemplating cancelling my membership with this app and trying a different one. It’s so FRUSTRATING!!!
Buggy but eventually worked
Often the buttons on pages don’t work, got a spinning wheel of loading when trying to sign up with google. Formatting the design has too few options, for example I could not easily move the invite text to keep it from blending into the background. Had to fix it by making empty text boxes under the text. Also in the app there are no names on the fonts, and it’s a bigger problem than you think it would be. There are dozens of fonts and they are not grouped by type. But there is no way to make sure you’re using the same font on different text boxes unless you COUNT through the line of fonts to match them.

I’ve purchased a plan yet they keep asking me to remove ads
I purchased a plan, yet every time I go to make an invite, it forgets and it asks to skip ads.

Not use a friendly
It took me hours to just figure out how to add RSVP, which would not pop up on my original invitation that I already sent to my guess. Which led me to have to create another one, hoping that this one works. It was a waste of my time very inconvenient and showed a breakdown in my planning.
Great cards but gives incorrect informations of
I cancelled on a previous account and was told by Punchbowl that I could have a free account. Send 50 cards a month but would be limited to cards. It worked great in month one but here in month two I had to purchase a subscription again to send a few cards. I sm looking for another way because I don't like being lied to.
Don’t like how it charges you for a year
I think paying for one month if I’m gonna do invitations makes more sense for for me to try it out with one invitation and get charged for a full year is bait and switch. Don’t like it.
