App has great features but it's impossible to meet anyone on it. Guys pay thru the nose and are not seen at all. It's a waste of time and money.

I understand I am not an attractive human, but to have no one looking to chat with me is not a good thing for any dating app I actually am paying to use. I am in a big city and to be ignored is amazingly bad for an app that seems to be crowded with people. It is easy to use once you get access and yet no one seems to acknowledge me. So I am canceling, and the very minute I do, someone matches with me in my area. The time was 7am, so already I am skeptical. After a few pleasantries, they ask to call. I wrote not yet, they left. Can you say FAKE. Be careful of someone who is a Pure Guru, instead of having the amount of days by their profile. Probably an employee. I miss Yahoo chat rooms. I say skip this app and watch porn.

I was on the app for a day and I got banned for no reason .. then I kept getting the same email back once I reviewed it .. really enjoyed the app but this isn’t open minded at all

This app is horrible. Very discriminatory against women. Lots of negative experiences and the support is non existent. Avoid and go elsewhere.
Waiting for everything
On paper it's an amazing idea and the app look very good but the biggest problems I have with the app and most guys have too is the amount of waiting for a woman to text back sometimes I'll say something and they would just ignore me and the chat would just expire or they see it and say nothing or I'll match and they would leave the chat instantly I have talk to a couple of women and they say they get a lot of matches and the guys always talk and the women always get what they want

Не знаю как за бугром а в России как минимум 50 % мошенников сидят в этом приложении. Будте аккуратнее, почитайте схемы развода в интернете. Очень советую!

First I bought the subscription. Still couldn’t swipe cause you have to buy another subscription. The first was 60 then the one to swipe 99 for the year. Then I put some photos up that were all taken down for nudity I didn’t even have shorts or a short sleeve. This is the most buggy app I’ve ever seen. Then I requested a refund when I had this app/subscription for 10 min . They can’t refund a dime and still never even used the subscription. Worst app in every way.

In all honesty it’s a cool concept of posting an ad about yourself but other than that it’s kinda dumb. You have to pay to even post your profile so others can see and can only like people if you pay too. Compared to other hu apps is different with the profile ads but that’s about it. Not really worth it if you have to pay for people to see you and for you to like. Also idk if I’m chopped or if people aren’t real but I feel like no one is on it and everyone is fake. So 🤷🏻♂️ download it if you wanna try something new and don’t mind dropping like $10 or so other than that it’s not worth it.

The concept seems fine but you can’t do anything unless you pay. Like you can’t even like profiles. There’s literally nothing to do other than browse. I understand the philosophy behind it but you should at least offer a free trial because I have no clue if it’ll work for me. Don’t really wanna pay money just to find out if it’s even worth it

Или сами мужики репортят акк за то, что девушка не отвечает, А потом они же сами жалуются на отсутствие женщин в приложении. Очень советую пересмотреть правила, быть на стороне женщин, а то приложение превратится в хорнет.
Paid for nothing
I paid 25$ for a month subscription- and yet nothing was different. There was no refresh option so every time I logged on it was the same 10 profiles I had seen before. And then when I actually made a match that I was talking to, I was actively messaging them, a timer was set? And then suddenly we weren’t matched anymore, they disappeared, I had no way of reconnecting… I didn’t read anywhere of this feature, I don’t see the point? Deleted after just a few days of use. Didn’t even last my whole subscription.
SCAM ALERTS
I am writing this to warn every user. This app is a textbook example of fraudulent business practices. After I joined, the app gave me a free weekly VIP status. However, within 24 hours, my account was banned for "suspicious activity" despite me following every rule.
The logic is non-existent: the app artificially boosts your profile with VIP status, then punishes you for the resulting activity. When I contacted support, I was met with groundless accusations of "material gain" simply because my bio included a joke about luxury brands-an obvious sign of my personal status, not a request for gifts.
The support team is abusive and unprofessional. After I explained the irony and requested a manual review of my chats (where NO rules were broken, NO personal data shared, and NO money requested), they responded with condescending phrases like "if you don't play by the rules, you lose." This is not moderation; it’s an ego trip for low-level employees who refuse to admit their automated system failed.
Pure lures users with bonuses only to ban them and keep their data/engagement without providing the service. It’s a scam, a trap for successful women, and a disgrace to the App Store. I’ve reported this app to Apple for fraud. Stay away if you value your time and dignity.
