Overblown Management Reactions and Lack of Accountability
I’m sharing my experience to warn other advisors about the unprofessional environment at Purple Ocean. After reporting another advisor for harassment, I was met with a confusing and defensive tone from the first staff member I spoke with. I pushed back and set a firm boundary-and while I was direct because of the stress of the situation, the management response was completely disproportionate.
Instead of de-escalating, a manager impulsively suspended my account and labeled me 'unprofessional.' I was forced to use strategy and 'put on an act' just to get my account back and protect my finances.
The most frustrating part? When I recently brought this to the owners, they admitted that I hadn't actually broken any guidelines. They essentially acknowledged I was wrongly suspended, yet to this day, I have never received an official apology for the mistake or the financial jeopardy they put me in. The staff even tried to pivot to casual chat about birth charts afterward, showing a total lack of professional boundaries. There is a clear culture of favoritism and a lack of integrity when it comes to admitting staff errors.
Also, they finally just recently (not when the incident with the other advisor who kept coming to me) added the ability for advisors to be able to block and each time you can put the reasoning but yet will still pester you about your reasoning for wanting to protect yourself and business…and I believe they mess with your visibility.

I had remaining money left over for more readings or video calls and when I went to go use the app currently it’s frozen or not active anymore. I’m furious to be honest with you because I did spend a lot of money and I at least had $10-$15 in credits left.
REMOVES REVIEWS/Protects Scammers
There no doubt are some genuinely gifted readers on this platform. However, it’s had begun to become overrun by the Indian readers & other scammers. And worst, if you leave a negative review on an experience or reading you’ve had, Purple Ocean WILL remove it for no reason at all (at times quoting made up policy) & taking your money while boosting scammers presence. I’ve had this happen 4 times and demanded a refund.

I do NOT leave reviews. I’m a flight attendant and I don’t even leave reviews for hotels so PLEASE hear me. I worked with a few psychics over a year and a half. They ALL told me the same thing. Exactly wha I wanted and needed to where. Nothing. Nothing has come

I got a reading from “Beyond the Veil” the absolute worst experience of my life . I’ve had a lot of readings but hands down . This app has let me down / they overcharge , and the customer service is not fair . Specially customer service helping - and did zero to help me , i will never spend money here again; the most insincere - bad vibes I’ve experienced in a long time . Don’t download this app and waste valuable money on people who prey on your emotions.

As a professional intuitive, l've always taken pride in delivering thoughtful, ethical readings to clients who trust me with their most vulnerable moments. For a while, this app gave me a space to do that - and for that, I'm grateful. But unfortunately, l've made the decision to step away.
The constant technical glitches - missed notifications, frozen dashboards, and poor connectivity - make it hard to offer the level of service my clients deserve. What's more, 40%-70% of every reading is taken by the platform, and despite that steep cut, support is limited and often met with cold, canned responses. I'm not alone - many talented advisors l've befriended here are heartbroken by how unsupported and undervalued we feel.
I still believe in the power of this work. But I also believe in being treated fairly. Until this platform chooses to prioritize the well-being of its readers as much as its bottom line, I'll be practicing elsewhere. They will keep your info forever. There is not deleting your account. It’s pure greed, and there is nothing love and light about it.

Purple ocean
I really do not like this platform as much as I love your purple tides app. Unfortunately there is a bug with iOS phones where you go to pay it kicks you out back to the app interface I use to love the advisors and just asking simple questions for a more reasonable cost. Purple ocean is to expensive to use as much as I use to.
Don’t use
If you wind up paying for a service you don’t get refunded even if the advisor (Jessica, Raven star) was wrong. Even her sister gave me a reading that went against what she said. Repeatedly saying that legal matter would pan out in my favor. They still don’t refund. That is beyond ridiculous when I have videos and chats to prove where and what was said.
Buggiest App
Won’t download any of the video readings to my device, even though it says all files have been downloaded. My friends have the same experience with their iPhones too. Won’t be using it, as they won’t really save to the device.
