Bad App
There is no 0 stare so it gets 1. The app does not work. Freezes and crashes. For 6 months now you can’t open the app without the boot log coming on and freezing the game. Have not been able to play since December. The developers don’t care and say they fix when they fix it and they have no idea when they fix it. They blow you off and couldn’t care less when you reach out to support to get help. I am sure they won’t even comment on this because they don’t have an update and never will. Don’t download and don’t get subscriptions unless you want to be treated horribly.
Will not load all bonus offers after latest update
After updating to latest version, my game has lost all the earned bonus/help offers except for around 30. Prior to the update, I had hundreds of these bonus/help offers from completing the wheel. All of the 15 minute free helpers are gone. How can I get these back. New cloud save is not enabled.
Was great until…
I’ve played this app daily for years. I have over 10000 game tokens so I don’t want to subscribe until I have used them. After a recent update, pop up ads come so frequently during game play that the games are unplayable. They come about every 10 seconds.
Sad, this used to be my favorite game app. I’ll check back to see if it’s fixed.

Still won’t load
Last few updates still have not let the game load. I finally cancelled my subscription due to not being able to play for several weeks.
Too many ads.
The ads are overwhelming and difficult to get through.

Pet Peeve… Please Redesign
1. On puzzles where numbers are entered (Sudoku, Kakuro, Futoshiki, Killer Sudoku) revamp how numbers are entered please. The incessant tape a square, tap a number, tap a square, tap a number, tap a square, tap a number, tape a square, tap a number, tap a square, tap a number, tap a square, tap a number, tape a square, tap a number, tap a square, tap a number, tap a square, tap a number… has got to redesigned. Give the option to toggle a number ON and that number is entered on any square you tap. The ANNOYING tape a square, tap a number, tap a square, tap a number, tap a square, tap a number, tape a square, tap a number, tap a square, tap a number, tap a square, tap a number… renders those games unplayable. I avoid them altogether. 2. The way you can hold the touchpad pencil and drag to connect or fill on some puzzles but you can’t on Picture Sweep - also annoying. Please fix/redesign.
Used to be great
Very buggy, daily tokens are rarely awarded anymore. Their backup system doesn’t work and progress is lost frequently.
Puzzle page won’t open
My puzzle page app won’t open. I have been using this app for many years with no problems except for the annoying adds. Now for the last opulent of days it will not open. I have shut down my ipad, deleted the app and downloaded again and still an not open. Is there a problem with it? Please let me know. Thank you. I did the update and now it starts to load and freezes up at “Waiting for services screen to finish loading” and doesn’t finish. Getting very frustrated. Need a fix or I am going to delete and get another app. Please fix. Thank you Haven’t been able to use Puzzle page for about a week because of the previous problem. Need another update to fix. Is there one coming. This is the third time I add to this review. Please help. Thank you

Still having a problem loading game. Freezes up at “waiting for services screen to finish loading”. Been doing this for weeks now. What is going on. Didn’t have a problem before that. Did the update and still doing it.

I miss this app
I loved used to LOVE this app. It was my absolute favorite. I had to quit playing it 9 months to a year ago because it stopped loading. Suddenly it started working again but then stopped loading again after about 2 weeks. What the heck?!
