Still won’t load
Last few updates still have not let the game load. I finally cancelled my subscription due to not being able to play for several weeks.

No Longer Loads
I cannot get this to load in the last update. It crashes when I try to load and says contact customer support.

Small Font
Why have you made the font smaller? It was fine the way it was. Not everybody has 20/20 vision. And please don't tell me to contact you via the app help. I just need a simple answer for this unnecessary change.
Latest update is horrible!
The 4/10/26 update to the Picture Cross game made the color buttons at the bottom of the page and the helper buttons at the top of the page huge! To accommodate this change, they made the puzzle grid itself so small that it’s tough to visually differentiate the blocks, and my fingers can barely select a single cell.

WHY!!! make everything smaller. The next change will be to pack more ads into the current blank space. This sucks.

After updating to latest version, game scrolls thru boot processes and then fails.
App is broken
The latest update completely broke the app on iPad Gen 5 running iOS 16.7.15 - starts to load, then crashes after 1 or 2 seconds. Force close, iPad restart have not helped.
Horrible Data Management
Notifications marked as read will come back unread, sometimes even if deleted. Game state is not associated in any way with your subscription. Game progress across devices requires a multi step process that can easily be overlooked and the developer offers no method of reconciling progress.
Used to be enjoyable
I played this game for many years and now they’ve introduced ads. I can’t remember the last time a new puzzle type was even introduced. So I don’t plan on watching ads or paying a subscription when there have been so few content updates.

Ads that you can’t close, even if you waste your time and watch them. Good entertainment in the games but childish design with the ads. Grow up and respect users time.
New ads are wrecking game
I love this app, and have had it on my phone for over two years. However, I am at a point where I am giving up. Recently, the game has introduced a significant more amount of advertisements. They pop up constantly and even in the middle of the game that you were currently. It is very distracting and annoying. This morning I was doing a crossword puzzle and it displayed an add (in front of my game) for Indeed every 15-30 seconds.

This has been my go-to app for different games for years & years-the sudoku interface is better than any others I’ve tried-but as of yesterday, the puzzle I’m working on is covered by a pop-up ad literally every 15 seconds. (I timed it.)
It’s easy to dismiss the ads, but the interruption is SO ANNOYING that it’s enough to make me stop using the app entirely if it persists.

ADD ARE AWFUL!!!!
The game was decent. I would do one or two games each day. Then the adds started. Need to watch an add to play certain puzzles. Then an add would play when you completed a puzzle, every puzzle. Then random adds would popup during game play, then it would popup every 15 seconds or less 🤬. Most infuriating thing ever. Immediately deleted! Would rate zero start and 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
Bad changes
I’ve been playing for years and enjoy the puzzles. But, your change to requiring tokens to play instead of coins is just wrong! If you don’t change back, I’ll be deleting this game permanently.

New Ad Pop Ups Make Games Unplayable
I have enjoyed this app for years, until today. The new unrelenting ads popping up literally every few seconds interrupting game play make it impossible to enjoy the puzzles. You just list a subscriber.

This is nearly impossible to use now due to constant pop up ads, some as frequent as every 5 seconds. What’s going on? Please fix this.
This update is garbage
I have loved and adored Puzzle Page for years now. But the newest update, at least as of 2/14/2026, requires that I now must watch ads just to play a game. I cannot even use tokens. They have made it so the user must watch ads just to play. This is a terrible change to devoted users that warrants immediate removal of the app from my phone.
Ongoing tech issues
For the past few months every time I try to open this app it stays frozen on the loading page and never loads. The only way I can get it to work is if I shut my phone off then back on. But then if I close out of the app I won’t be able to get back in. I tried to go to the support page to email someone about this yet there is no way to actually contact anyone. I pay for the yearly subscription and the app is updated.

I miss this app

Updated now dead
Updated the app due to frequent crashes. Now it no longer loads.
Font smaller?
Love this app. Have had the paid version for years. Am I crazy or did the font get smaller? My crossword letter choices are smaller as well as other games looking smaller. Not good for old eyes like mine!
Wow! A new level of frustration
The ad policies of one of my favorite activity pages is pushing me dangerously close to deleting it. Now, on at least one of the puzzles, ads are popping up every few seconds and need to be dismissed before proceeding. This constitutes annoyance to an entirely new level. Previous complaints have met with the response that a third party administers the ads. But certainly the developers have control over which third party does the administration. Please stop driving your loyal fans away.
Good game, terrible ad policy
The base game app itself is fun, but recently there have been a lot more pop up ads which takes it from a relaxing wind-down puzzle app to distracting and upsetting. I was happy to earn more tokens by watching ads, because I was controlling the timing of when I saw the ads, but having them pop up on my screen and blocking the puzzle itself while I’m solving is INCREDIBLE distracting and predatory. Presumably it’s after accidental clicks, which could be potentially dangerous depending on how well the ads are vetted. I’m not sure if they’re vetted at all if these mid-game popups are being allowed-I’ve had this app for years but I’m going to delete it if the pop-up ads aren’t removed. I don’t demand ALL ads be removed, just that the intrusive ones.
The bigger issue is of course the ad companies themselves who are fine with these kind of underhanded and predatory tactics, but the app itself could still vet their sponsor partners better. Please consider this, as I enjoy the puzzles themselves.

Love the Games; Hate the Bugs
I really enjoy the puzzles but I have decided not to pay for the subscription because there is a glitch or bug in the free version that concerns me enough that I don’t want to waste money for the ad free version.
For the free version you get awarded a number of tokens for each consecutive day you log in with a maximum of 20 tokens. There is always one free puzzle you can do each day by watching an ad to get the free puzzle. I had done this several days and had banked over 160 tokens from my daily log in. Sometimes I’d play a couple extra puzzles-each for 10 tokens.
The other day I logged in to play the free puzzle, watched the ad, it was charged 20 tokens to play the “free” puzzle.
A few days later I logged in and all my tokens were gone.

Great but now unusable
I have a paid subscription and have been loving the challenging puzzles. However haven’t been able to use for the last 2 weeks because of a tech issue and have had no support or response to my inquiry. Will find another app if not resolved soon.
Would by 5 stars if only…
I’ve used this app as a subscriber for years. The only gripe I have - and it’s a big one - is that you’re supposed to have access to special issues. But this is outright deceitful, because:(1) they refuse to allow you to access the next special issue until you’ve finished every puzzle in the current one - and 80% of the puzzles are a waste of time as they are so easy a toddler could do them. And (2) they still only allow you to do 5 or so a day in the issue before it requires tokens that you have to earn or buy - without any clue how you’ll earn them and when they’ll awardcthem. So it forces you to pay on top of subscribing to access the special edition puzzles. It’s extremely greedy and dishonest.
