Limited Play, Bad Design, Update required or can’t play all the time
You can only play one game each a day and you can’t finish puzzles from the day before or even look at them. Some puzzles are basically just clicking until it’s over because of how poorly they are designed so to get the credit for finishing all games you are forced into boredom. Everything is behind a ridiculous paywall. I hate this app
Charging coins for hints.
The update functionally changes what was a casual game into stressful grinding even with a subscription. I had an annual sub bit now I wish I’d gotten the monthly.
Removed puzzles
The updated app removed at least one of the daily puzzles unless you pay for a “premium” version
Keep decrypt it premium
Stop changing the premium game. Keep it like it was and stop putting the normal dailies on it. No longer fun
Constantly asking to log in
Unable to play games. App is constantly requiring a log in stating I have an incomplete account but goes no where after sending info or states there's an error. Very frustrating and there's no response when I've emailed regarding these issues.
