This app won’t let me cancel my subscription it tells me I have to log in to a pc to cancel the subscription but when I do that there’s still no where to cancel.

Way too many ads like way to much even for the users who dont have premium not everyone can please consider using less ads.

I try to read the notes and put in the answers but not only is it giving me the wrong answers it misses some questions given and it keeps messing me over it’s not helpful when the app is stupid I thought ai was smart but I’m wrong because I failed an assignment trying to use the same notes this is not helping me on my online course

I had this app for awhile and oh my god the amount of advertisements there’s is on here is crazy. You could be in the middle of scanning something and a random advertisement would pop up and you’ll have to wait 60-2 minutes just for it to disappear and rescan the item again.

I literally canceled it through apple, deleted my account and even called customer service and the lady hung up on me and NEVER called back even though i gave her my call back number… don’t get this app seriously.

This app has helped me from 5th grade to now (end of 8th grade) but lately i’ve noticed too many ads.. legit every question has an ad and it’s so annoying. i just wanna get my homework done sonion

whenever I have a hard time with math, I ask how to find the answer and it always gives me the wrong answer and literally every time I take a picture there’s so many ads its not even funny
because like it doesn’t read to us and I want it to read to us

App isn’t working anymore
it was a very good app, but now it won’t work at all. i have reinstalled it, and have been trying to log into my account for the past 3 days and it continuously says unsuccessful. i cannot take any pictures nor can i even chat because “it is still loading your answer.” i waited 5 minutes for it to load something just for it to say that it couldn’t do it, i retried it multiple times, to no avail. i’m officially saying this app does not work at ALL anymore
