The new update is hard to navigate and is hard on the eyes using a mobile device. The last version was way easier to change your time sheets if needed. Please fix. Everyone at my company agrees

Horrible schedule reporting
Let me tell you the number one reason why this application sucks. It does not account for a little thing called time zones. It only reflects the time zone you are currently in and not the time zone your corporate office is. It really screws an employee who’s in California looks and says he has to be at work at 8 AM then comes back to the East Coast and wakes up to be at work at 8 AM only to find out it was really 11 AM. As a person who travels for my job and has to use this app developers can you like I don’t know considered time zones exist?

Nothing loads, the app shuts down all the time and there isn’t any alternative

Horribly Made
This is by far the worst app I’ve ever had to use on my phone, it was already horrible and then I log in today to see that theres a new update that managed to make the app even worse. For starters you need almost perfect service to be able to even get into the app then on top of that every button you click also has a loading time now, and once you deal with all that and think your ready close the app, everything resets and you have to do it all again. All my coworkers feel the same and I have no idea why my boss spends money on it.

New design
The new design is not it. It isn’t as user friendly. I don’t like that you have a drop down menu for how many hour I worked that day. It also is more confusing to sign in.

Doesn’t work
Every time they update the app it gets worse and doesn’t allow anyone to clock in on their phones. It’s ridiculous, use any other app if you can because every week the app breaks in a new way and doesn’t allow you to use it. I don’t understand how every update it can somehow get worse than the previous one.

The app frequently doesn’t work and says the message “unable to load your paychecks”. 6/10 times I try to use it, I can’t get any information from the app.

Hardly works workforce says to “reset app” that doesn’t work app is garbage and nobody can fix it. Do not use if you can avoid. Literally any other application would be better.
Terrible
Please switch it back. Since the new update I and my coworkers are always having issues with our time, it loads longer or gives you and error when you reopen it, clocks you out or again shows refresh when you switch locations, goes back to the old look, then next day back to the new look. The list goes on and on. Just switch it back, or better yet, enhance it. This is for daily use, thus my rating is terrible for having issues every single work day.

Can’t speak with a representative robot is no help at all whatsoever so if you have problems with the app you can hang it up
Slow and buggy
Slowest and buggiest clock in app I’ve ever used at a job. Literally takes minutes to open and sometimes is just frozen and you have to close and reopen just to wait 2-3 mins for it to work. Not sure how you guys have anything above 1 star.
Poor quality
Makes my phone get really hot when clocking in and out glitches most of the time sometimes delete my timesheet. And the overlapping timesheets kind of sucks whenever my time won’t save.
Incredibly buggy interface. Most frustrating app I’ve ever used.
The developers obviously do not use iPhones, and are completely incompetent. The work order and activity input boxes are buggy and actively switch while trying to in input data. Often causing you to overwrite stuff you’ve already put in to one of the boxes. Please fix.

This app has been rather glitchy for me. It takes a while to load things and at other times is just plain buggy. An app update would be great

We constantly struggle with getting employees onboarded due to the difficult to figure out Ui. App is not seamless and is more difficult than it should be to use.
Terrible
This used to work very well up until a few months ago. Now it won’t let me clock out. I have to bother my boss to input my hours. When I try to clock out I get a message “Your info didn’t load “. When it hit the “Refresh” button nothing happens. Very aggravating.
Zero Stars
I wish there was a negative rating option. Employer here, can not log into from my part. Keeps saying “there was an issue loading your company”. My employee can log into the app but can not clock in or out. The most useless app I’ve ever had the displeasure of downloading.
Predatory
Never have I ever used a clock in app that requires location to be turned on at all times, and will clock you out if you select “only share location while using the app”. I work an office job in a cube made out of cement, I’m not going anywhere. Insanely predatory of an app.

Ads in App
Have had about 95% uptime with app. It does what I expect it to, generally works great! Writing this review because they have started to add ads inside the application that you cannot get rid of.
Why do we need multiple apps?
On the desktop browser everything is in one place and it's easy to find. These apps offer no value. Still

Says up to $800 but never allows me to… my paycheck can most certainly cover it too I don’t get this or Homebase borrowing it’s all a scam
No Overlapping Time Feature
there is no overlapping feature in the timesheets. it would take too long to explain why - but at my job i sometimes have to do two different things at once that both would normally require their own time punches but the app doesn’t let you have overlapping time sheets. I’ll change my rating if they fix this.
Timesheet submission option gone
The ability for me to submit my time to my employer for approval is gone and the support staff haven’t been helpful. They keep changing the app and making it worse.
HORRIBLY FUNCTIONING APPLICATION
This app FORCES you to try and buy a subscription. It's FAULTY and needs to be fixed! I cannot login without getting a subscription screen and there's no "cancel" or "exit" button to take me to my regular account!
Update Completely Ruined It
This app used to work just fine. After the recent update, however? Absolute garbage. Won’t show my pay history, won’t show my pay stubs, and won’t perform any function it is supposed to. Unless you have absolutely no option whatsoever, don’t bother with this glorified Home Screen decoration.
So slow
My primary use case is loading it up to snap receipts for tax reasons quickly and easily while I’m out and operating the business. This software takes minutes to load each time. I try to boot it up to just snap a picture of a receipt and send it to the server for processing. Now I see they’ve sunk dev cycles into stupid AI features while still failing to fix this basic core functionality. I’m getting ready to build my own app to handle this basic function because it clearly cannot handle it. For context I’ve been using this app for a few years now.
Trash App
This app is trash. I’ve been using this for a month and even though I clock out, it doesn’t register or registers a different timing. Eg. When I clocked out, it showed 9 hours on the clock but when I opened it in the morning next day, it shows 8am, and it didn’t register that I clocked out under the company’s books. Other times when I clocked out the previous day, it showed me still clocked in the next day. Piece of trash
Widget sucks
Widget shows like 5000 hours and is always counting up. Does not represent the current clocked in time period or job. Fix it. This is clearly an internal error handling issue in the software
Broken App
I’ve been using this app for about 2.5 years at my current employer. After this most recent update the app is incredibly slow and harder to navigate. The time clock never works. I hate the new version. They “fixed” what wasn’t broken.
Very Glitchy
Any time I add a new worker they go through a period of time when the app just shows what clients they want when they want, instead of the actual list given. It’s infuriating to trust this will work and really only be able to rely on it a third of the time

I have to say after 2 years of using this app I think it literally killed my phone. It constantly is using data, checking GPS position and updating new jobs. I have never had an issue with my phone until I started using this app. My phone would regularly overheat while using this app in south Florida. Obviously I know it’s hot in Florida but no joke this application destroyed the battery in my phone.

Slow and buggy
Does what it needs to do but you have to be very slow and patient when inputting what you need to clock into/switch. I’ve had too many times where I clocked out for the day, close the app, then check next morning to clock in and realize I was never clocked out.
Paycheck view
Never can see my paystub. Try again and refresh never works. Useless app. Have to go to the quick book website to see anything useful.
