Unusable since last update
When it works it’s great, but unfortunately the app isn’t working FULL OF BUGS. I can’t make an appointment anymore, I can’t sign in to my appointment at the hospital anymore and it gives loads of errors. Whoever is in charge of updating this app really should be fired. It was just updated 2 days ago and it’s worse than ever.

Reports disappear
Reports come and go. The idea of this app is great but half the time it freezes plus information for your old reports or the doctors you have seen
No puedo añadir mi esposa al portal
Es muy difícil añadir un familiar adulto al misterio portal.

La app me pide que lo actualice, la actualizo, luego intento sacar una cita y no funciona. SE QUEDA BLOQUEADO y no permite avanzar mas allá de seleccionar si tienes seguro o no.

Como mínimo antes de actualizar la app tenéis que validar que sea funcional.

Quiero denunciar públicamente esta app que está violando nuestra privacidad al recoger datos personales de usuarios sin consentimiento claro. Esta app está poniendo en riesgo nuestra seguridad y privacidad al recopilar información confidencial sin nuestra autorización. Exijo una investigación exhaustiva y medidas inmediatas para proteger nuestros datos y sancionar a la empresa responsable.
Can’t book appointment
It doesn’t give you option to select insurance provider and thus does allow you to book an appointment. Useless. The latest update ruined the app

Que desastre de aplicación, se demora en cargar, tocas la pantalla y te manda a donde un menú que no quieres, la parte de sacar citas es lenta y siempre saca errores de que no existen citas , terrible
Va lenta y no funciona
Es un poco estresante esta aplicación, tarda años en cargar y carga la información incompleta, no se pueden sacar citas. Es igual de tardado que tratar de sacar la cita por teléfono. Espero que la mejoren pronto!

Mi hospital no aparece en su listado (Hospital Quiron del Valles).
