Stopped Working
It worked fairly well, gave accurate answers and explanations. I paid for premium year subscription. It now doesn’t work at all. Says so is thinking and gives no answer. If it does give an answer after 30 minutes the answer is wrong. There is no way to contact any support for the app, the bad reviews are not posted. This is a SCAM. I would like a refund.

Easy Math Only
Can only work on problems at a 9th grade level and below- anything more is too difficult and it will get it wrong. Would not recommend this app for anything but middle schoolers

WORST APP EVER
I hate this app. I will never use this again. First it explained everything wrong. I almost got in trouble by my teacher second it only let me use two questions to ask third I did not like how they explained it to me. I would rather use anything else I did not expect that I’m not trying to be rude. I just would like something better.
Way Overrated.
Literally only did about 3 questions on here and they were all wrong, Constantly shoving ads and subscriptions in your face and won't let me even use the app.

Charged me for a free trial
If I could give zero stars I would. App is a complete scam. I signed up for a free trial and the moment I did it charged me $29. I didn’t even get a chance to use the app and it’s charging me for a “free trial” and gives no way to request a refund. They only recommend you go some apple agency for someone to help you which makes no sense. Awful app

They offered a free 3 day trial to my daughter and as soon as she accepted the trial they changed a whole year on my debit card $39.99+ tax they’re tiffs don’t risk getting charged for a fake trial.

you only have a limited amount of questions each day the answer takes FOREVER to pop up and it’s so confusing to use
Worst AI I have used
If I could give this 0 stars I would. This AI can’t simplify simple answers I would rather use my brain than use this app. If I have to use my brain to tell this stupid AI to solve the question why would I want it. AI is supposed to be the problem solver and it ends up getting every answer wrong. If you are reading this review don’t even use this AI because it is the worst AI that makes you help it solve it instead of it solving it for you. If you don’t double check this AI you will get every answer wrong. 0/10 AI I would rather have my dog do my homework for me instead of using this AI.

Bought a subscription and it didn’t let me access the perks
Unable to contact anyone/no way to get it on windows
I am unable to find any contact information to ask anyone for help. The AI bot has zero information on an actual website or email address to contact anyone for any reason at all. On the website it states this works on a windows platform- however it does not. I cannot sign in on a windows computer, only through the app. I can though I paid for a years subscription!

Socratic was SO much better and FREEEEEE! Bring it back! i’m already spending thousands to go to school now you expect me to pay for help when there was already a free app for it? especially in this economy this seems tone deaf.

My opinion……
This one’s not so good. it didn’t help me that much. Although it helped me a little, I’m glad. every app I use, helps me a little by little, step by step. So, I can’t say this app is bad. Actually, very helpful !!
Good- but need to pay for a subscription
as much as this app is really helpful you have to pay for it 😭 you can only get 2 free solves and then it is restricted and asks you to pay for a subscription
Not what I expected
This is a good tool for kids but not for adults. I wish I could get my money back. I should have paid for the week and not the year.
