No Support
I upgraded my phone and now can’t use Quiz AI, no support to help me get it back. I am paid up until January 2027.
I pay $6.99/week
I pay $6.99 per week just for every time I try to use the app it logs me out and won’t let me back in. I constant have to delete the app and redownload it just to get help. I have never paid so much to use an app, you would think it would work. When it does help it is very helpful in breaking down the problem so I am able to understand it but at this point I wish I could just get my money back and figure it out myself.

Sometimes need to take pictures twice
Great app! Shows you how it gets to the answer other than just giving you the answer. Sometimes need to retake the picture to get the correct answer

Signed up for a free 3 day trial yesterday. Tried to cancel today (ONE DAY LATER) and the app will not let me cancel! Repeated attempts to email developers only to be ignored! No customer support number. They will purposely not let you cancel BEFORE the trial ends so they can charge you. Working with Apple Pay now to stop them! BEWARE! Do not give these people your Apple Pay or credit card info!!!
Steaks your money
I was trying to help my son with his homework and downloaded the app. It did not help us so I deleted the app and it started to take $7 dollars out of my bank account every week. Do not recommend there are way better sights out there. I hope this app enjoys robbing people of their money they got $50 from me until I figured it out had to cancel my card it came out of my Apple account.
Won’t allow you to Cancel
There is no way to cancel your subscription. There is no option or website. It tells me to cancel through my iPhone subscriptions but I did not sign up that way and there is no listing of this app on my subscriptions. I tried emailing them and still no answer. Scam.

I did not like how the app worked and wanted to cancel my subscription. In the app it says the only way to cancel is to go into your Apple subscriptions and cancel it there. I did not subscribe through Apple, and so am unable to cancel it. I sent an email two days ago and never got a response. I have been charged $7 to my card. Do not use.

There is no way to cancel this subscription and it continues to charge me weekly, it says to go to your subscription list to cancel but it is not there and there is no website version to cancel either. It will not let you select your account because of the subscription, I’ve sent an email and have not heard a response back from ANYONE

To even try the app you have to do the trial and still say you will subscribe. However when you go To cancel your subscription it isn’t listed in your subscription list to cancel it. You can’t cancel through the app either. When you email them you get no response. So, buyer beware!

This app is a catfish it didn’t get any of my questions right for geometry and you have to correct it and after you dod that it says “Sorry”. So you keep trying and it does the same thing. Beware as this app doesn’t know how to solve problems or help you.

This is literally an entire re-skin of Question AI the difference is everything you do on there is free you? You put a useless limit on everything. Do better get rid of this. It will remain in one star until this is gone.

False Advertising
The app says it can do the homework for you by taking a picture and that is what I paid $7 for just now but in fact at least at the level my math is at (calculus) it hasn’t gotten one question right and is a total flop. It does it for you in some formula and you can watch it live but then it gives you a answer that is somewhat accurate but it is ALWAYS wrong by a few numbers. Therefore this app is useless and cannot complete even one problem. This app is a entire waste of money and a scam that gives you wrong answers every single time. I retried taking the picture and did the same question multiple times as well as different ones and it was wrong every single time. Terrible app please don’t waste your money like I did.

If you don’t buy the package you can’t even use the app… I would just use the app questions.ai and it doesn’t have u pay anything and you get up to 40 snaps everyday but after yeah u pay but it’s actually good

I am honestly deeply disappointed in the development of this so called “problem solver ai.” I have tried out many apps for math in my life, many have been wrong but this one was definitely the worst by far. Unless you wanna end up homeless with no money because you failed all your classes and got held back because of this app then DEFINITELY DONT EVER USE THIS APP!
