I used the free version to study for exams and review class material and it would hardly return correct responses. I heard good things about the app so i decided to purchase the pro plan ($10 week plan) and it would hardly get any questions correct. I personally wouldn’t recommend this app even if you pay for the plan.

Hard to contact & it is so hard to cancel the subscription
I have been getting charged for months because I have been unable to contact anyone to cancel my subscription. I have called multiple times and sent two emails but have not heard back from anyone. It’s been months. I have no recall of starting this subscription and even when I attempt to log into “said account”, it still prompts me to create an account. This to me screams that I indeed don’t have an account. I am fed up with getting charged $20 a month for something I don’t even use. I just need the subscription to stop.

Exam Score
Took a picture of every question on a 40 question exam and got a 24/40. Worst ai helper app i’ve used. The answers weren’t making any sense and the explanations were rushed. Going back to my snap chat ai that doesn’t let me down

It's all TikTok and Instagram people getting paid to say it's good. They offer a three day trial and charge no matter what they are scum low life's I would rate 0/5 if I could

Doesn’t even work
Tried using it doesn’t even pick up the entire question. Takes 5 pictures back to back just for it to read everything and still gets it wrong half the time.

Don’t waste your time or money. Could’ve at least had it free until the kinks/glitches were fixed. Drop $70 for something that works less than 20% of the time .

I don’t know where I signed up for this but I cancelled all memberships I have just so I can cancel this but they charge me $19.99 monthly and I tried reaching out to customer service via email to get them to stop it but they won’t respond and keep charging. I literally have no choice but to shut down my debit card and get another one because I can’t even login and access their website/app. This is ridiculous. Please save yourself and don’t download the app or ever use their service

This app was great, but then I realized you needed to pay after I finished taking photos of my work for it to solve it, after a few questions. It said I had no tokens left. I really hope you guys fix this issue. At least add more tokens or smth, and make the price you have to pay lower, so I can at least afford it.

This app is horrible and you have to spend bands to even get a couple note uploads and when I take pictures it can’t even read the question because it is so stupid this ai had gotta be the worst ai I have used
Can’t do math
It literally cannot solve my math problem it gives answers that are not even close to being right.
Paid $119 for nothing
Offered me the deal for $119 a year for unlimited, took the money out of my account, then proceeded to not give me any features, I then was unable to get in contact with their customer support and have still had to reply for their help.
It’s not doesn’t grasp any questions outside single answers
So, I was using it for my anatomy homework, it was annoying how it wouldn’t solve questions with figures without pro, but it’s whatever, but on top of that it takes 100 years for it to process a problem, then on top of that, it doesn’t understand multiple choice questions, THEN on top of that, you can have the clearest picture and it will say “couldn’t detect problem” and finally to wrap it all up, you find out that each other those questions that it can’t solve or register, still counts as a token so you basically wait 30 seconds for it to say “we can’t solve this, btw that’s a token”. Finally, you don’t get that many tokens anyways.
Keep in mind, you get FREE 20 questions, figures, multiple choice, mathematics WITH clear instructions, using Question.AI, without paying any extra, and it operates faster with very very high efficiency…

Says 7 day free trial but actually and then 70 dollars yearly, but actually takes the money instantly and when you try to cancel it, it expires the same day.

I took a photo of an operation with functions question and not once did it read it right the photo showed it clearly but every time it would choose the completely wrong thing to put and I have to figure out how to solve this problem because my teacher ain’t even teach it the worst part is it didn’t work a single time and I RAN OUT OF TOKENS??!!??!! Like are we serious right now I heard so much hype but it couldn’t even solve a ALGEBRA 2 QUESTION 🤦🏻♂️
HORRIBLE APP
The answers are more than often wrong, and it’s hard to cancel your account. They keep trying to charge me repeatedly after I cancelled.

Horrible App DO NOT USE
First of all, this app is not even as reliable as Gauth Math - it gives wrong answers even more often. Second, with Quizard Pro, it is nearly impossible to cancel the subscription. It doesn’t appear under my Apple account settings, and when I tried to cancel through the Chrome extension, it continued charging me. I reached out via email, only to receive an unhelpful automated response that didn’t confirm my subscription was cancelled. Just another scam.
