Guaranteed worst drops
The drop rates are horrid. If you have a “chance” to get legendary, that chance is .00001%. This is a predatory p2w game. Greed at its finest

Everything about this game is programmed to reel you in in order to ensure you spend money to pay to play and pay to progress. Apple users are beyond screwed due to all the hackers. The PVP aspect of this game is beyond unbalanced.

Hard work don’t pay off
After countless hours of working hard getting 60 Ancient,4 epic, 3 primal and 2 scared shards all I got was one weak legendary. The rest where epic champions. This game has a way of giving back for your hard working hours and countless grinding. What makes me mad is seeing people lower level than me getting all these mythical champions and I yet to get one. Don’t download it’s a very waste of time and money which I put in $40 already never again lol . Never wrote a bad review in my life till now.
Hundreds of $ Lost
Had spent hundreds on my account, a couple years later I come back to find my account was “deleted due to inactivity” what’s the point of having me sign in all my emails to protect my account if you’re gonna wind up deleting it?

This app was a great game. But a few updates ago iOS couldn’t handle it and it crashes all the time both on my iPad and iPhone so it’s not just me. But they refuse to fix it, which means im missing out on events and special content because they won’t fix it. I used to sing their praises but this is garbage.
OP Champions pay to win
I’ve put in a considerable amount of time in the game as a “pay to support a game” type player.
I paid for a season and got a pretty considerable champion for my payment with the ability to bring players back. I now run to characters who have that ability got all four of my characters up against one champion against a lvl 42 characters for maxed out level 60 with pretty good loot for self healing as well as something for offense as well. A lvl 42 vs 2 lvl 60s and 2 50s, and this pay-to-win character was able to wipe the floor with my entire team.
This removed any sense of respect for the game, programmers, or game mechanics when all of my champions being better than one champion can absolutely get wiped for what reason? They paid more money. I would like my money back, please and thank you. ✌️

Game is good but I’ve been playing for years now and haven’t gotten much. It’s hard to get good champs unless you pay for them. New players get OP legendary for free all the time just to quit 2 weeks later. Do better plarium and care about the people that actually play your game.
Stay away
I have collected over 60 blue gems and I have never summoned a legendary hero. This game is a scam, sure content creator have praise this game and offered hero if you redeem their code. But if you downloaded the game before their offer, then you are out of luck. Stay clear from this game, you are better off playing watcher of realm. Their character graphics are way better than Raid. Trust me when I say it is like comparing PS5 graphics to Super Nintendo graphics.
BAD
Not on some troll shi or whatever but I can’t even load into the 4th battle of the game. It’s crazy how bad some mobile games have gotten. Especially when it doesn’t even get you through the tutorial before you lag out.

Fun game, but…
Game is fun but VERY pay to win, with extremely overpriced low success rate options. You are forced to compete with people spending thousands of dollars to boost their accounts in group ranked competitions for prizes.
Most toxic gotcha game ever
By far the most toxic game in App Store. With the additions of mythical champs, blessings and relics… the game went from f2p can compete to catering to heavy spenders. Krakens and content creators have helped ruin this game.
TERRIBLE I have not figured out anyway to access the promo codes. I can’t even get the champions.
I don’t know how to get into the promo code area, but I have not been able to get champions I’ve heard so much about so you better tell new players how to do that or make it easier because this was not worth it.
Beaware Returning players
After a few years I decided to play Raid again, so I updated the app and noticed that I was logged out and couldn’t retrieve my account. I contacted customer service and after a bit of back and forth they told me since it been over 3 years since I logged in my account was deleted as stated in their terms of service. So I lost my progress and most importantly I lost all my purchases.

Red shadow legend you can only use the QR code for heroes once and that is just terrible. The game for that part is obsolete whoever’s just thought about that is a moron, and the game is also super expensive
Account deleted
My old account from 2019/2020 was supposedly deleted. Even after providing receipts of purchase made, no refund was given. Lost my 2 favorite heroes, Wurlim Frostking and Harvest Jack. Support is unable to do anything, supposedly.

Great visuals horrible mechanics
I played this when it first came out and was amazed by the visuals. 7 years later it is still stunning, but the game mechanics and balancing is horrible. Levels and powers mean nothing. You can have over double the power level and get absolutely demolished. I wish they placed even half the effort into the mechanics as they have the art. It would be unrivaled.

I’m trying
I’m really trying to like this game. I’ve been playing it since it came out. However the content for the people in the middle. What I mean by that is there are tons of new promo codes for new people to get legendary heroes to help them progress in the game. There are events that veteran players are able to just destroy and reap all the rewards meanwhile all I can really do is complete my dailies I can’t participate in any of the events you guys do. None of my heroes are strong enough and with this current event, I can’t claim any of their rewards cause I can’t get enough points to do so and it’s BS

I spent hundreds on this game. Trying to get support to recover my account and they tell me tough luck it’s unrecoverable. I’d have to start back at square one and that’s unacceptable.
Four year player review - Very punishing game
If you’re thinking of playing this game free, know you will grind hard, waste hours, and lose your soul and get nothing. Just expect every crystal will only ever yield the lowest rank of the lowest tier. Every dungeon will yield the least you could possibly get. But if you throw money at it, maybe a slight amount of forward progression. Let’s be real. We play these games for the dopamine hit and the feeling of progression. You’re not going to get that here for free. You’re just not. You’ll pour endless hours in with absolutely nothing to show for it. I would sink time and money into a game that proved itself worth it. This game is like that worthless room mate that makes a lot of promises about one day carrying its wait, but never does.
BAD ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
All I’m trying to do is play on steam and it won’t let me link it because apparently I have like three accounts link to my email. Guess I’m uninstalling all of this and forgetting I even wanted to play this game!
Disgusting
This game is disgusting. They lie to you from the beginning to the end. They say you have gifts, but they take them back some way, and more. Shards are a joke; you never get what you wait from them and they give you the same champions (the most useless ones) again and again. You loose thousands of silver coins just trying to upgrade an artifact from 11 to 12. Events favor the same people they give the better champions, not you. You loose the best charms trying to apply them to your best artifacts. They say it's chances, but it's a lie and you learn that when you open more than one account, same results always.

I usually do the nettles in groups of 5, if you go all the way it will automatically put in a 1 and it’s challenging to get the number you want.

Scammersssssss
So I was watching something on YouTube and saw raid talking about how to get Cheshire Cat and how to get it so I put in the code and my player id and it said I’d invalid so I tried again and again but it always said invalid player id so do not AND I WREPETE DO NOT FALL FOR THIS THIS IS A SCAM

Fun game but more bad than good
Raid is fun and I’ve been playing for a bit quite a while. Unfortunately, your efforts and money go to waste as you collect champions only for them to get power crept. Customer support is the worst I’ve ever experienced. Get sucked in to your own despair.
Gameplay is fun but holy micro transactions predatory
The gameplay is very nice and simple, love the automatic battle system and the champions seem cool but for the love of god can I stop seeing micro transactions for 1 sec. This game is so predatory it’s disgusting. Yes I have a choice to ignore it and just not buy anything but my god is bad that makes me just not want to play it. Overall the game is okay but free to play is very difficult.
Is it over yet?
I played this game for about five years f2p. Yeah, I know it’s a gâcha game, but I’m just tired of the genre. I just want to play games that aren’t designed to make me spend more and more money. It’s not good for my psychology, and it’s just predatory design. So while there are many good qualities to this game, it’s overshadowed by its genre.
Waste of time
I’ve spent probably a thousand dollars on this game in about 8 months. It was fun at first but now it’s just repetitive. I wish there was a way to skip battles altogether or give us a 3x speed. It’s so annoying leaving my phone on and waiting for the battles to end. If you leave the game, it’ll pause the battle or kick you out so the only way is to leave your phone on while it drains your battery. It’s very hard to get good characters and even harder to level up the equipment. It costs a lot of silver and the chances of success to upgrade your equipment gets lower and lower as the level goes higher. Save yourself time and money. I wish I didn’t invest so much into this game.

The game is enjoyable and fun with cool characters and graphics but to get one epic out of paying over 25$ is just a scam for a game that makes hundreds of millions in revenue per year! play the game but DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING ITS NOT WORTH IT UNLESS U LIKE WASTING MONEY… LOL!
