Please fix the one time code
I had a really frustrating experience with this app after the latest update. I wasn’t able to access my account because the verification code that’s supposed to be sent to my phone number never arrived.
I’ve been living in Florida for years, but my phone number is from Puerto Rico, and it seems like the system no longer properly supports or recognizes it after the update released a few days ago. If the app can’t reliably send codes to certain numbers, there should at least be an option to receive the verification code via email.
I tried multiple times and still didn’t receive anything, which left me completely locked out of my account with no clear solution. This is a serious issue, especially for users who depend on secure and consistent access.

Didn’t bring food .
Don’t offer curbside if your stores don’t want to take it curbside. Offer mobile order for drive thru.
Not well designed
Has multiple flaws that don’t let the app actually make sure it’s your account. It sits frozen for minutes or hours if it’s that bad. Also no customer support in any way, so don’t expect your money or friendlyness to help
Poor User Experience
This app is horrible to use. Never remembers my login so I have to waste my time logging in every time. Also they need to fix the location problems. It will prompt you to pick a store. Then if you pick a favorite order or previous order it will order to that previous store or another store. Also I don’t know if it’s just location but all the stores near me never have drive thru pickup and most of the time never have curb-side. Lastly no rewards which is crazy in present times.

This is the first food app I’ve seen that does not auto enroll you in rewards.
Horrible customer service

By the time we got our food and made it back to the car, everything was wet, including parts of our order. The whole point of curbside pickup is convenience, especially during bad weather. If a restaurant offers curbside service, they should honor it or at least let customers know it isn’t available.
Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this location based on the poor customer service.

Try to log in and says blocked
I tried to log in and says blocked, then I try to make an account and wont send a damn verification code at all.

17way authentication
What is the point of creating a password if i have to stand on 1 foot and bark my ss# like a dog to login? Is somebody going to hack the system and order 6,000 chicken fingers on my account? Are you going to make them without asking questions? I understand, you wont have to ask the criminal if you ask the (now former) customer every 30seconds…
Misleading options
So I ordered the combo and it only lets you choose one option. Sauce or fries etc. thinking that it already comes with fries I chose the sauce option. Ended up only getting sauce and no fries

Incorrect order
Missing our Caniac combo order. We didn’t realize until we got home and we drove 40 minutes to get to this place.
Pointless.
Honestly don’t see the point of downloading this app. There’s barely any rewards, no exclusive deals worth caring about, and nothing really makes the app feel useful compared to just ordering normally. Most fast food apps at least give free items, points that add up fast, or good promos, but this one feels super basic and disappointing.

Always freezes. Have to ASK to be a part of their Caniac Club. Who does that? Why aren’t people automatically enrolled once they create an account? Why do they have to request from a team member to join? App is slow and super frustrating to navigate as it becomes frozen all the time.
Worst food app ever!
This app will log you out so you’ll have to enter your email and password every time you want to use it. That is stressful and inconvenient for people on the go. Also, there are zero rewards so it’s kinda pointless to even sign up in the 1st place.

I love Canes but ordering in the app is a nightmare. Takes forever to load and I usually have to close out and restart multiples times. This time I wouldn’t even let me choose a location to start an order.
Not Functional for Customers
I have tried ordering online multiple times through the app but it does not allow me and I get this message “unable to add membership to loyalty scheme”. So why have a rewards system that does not work? I even tried scanning my QR code for the rewards physically at a raising cane’s and they told me “it doesn’t work” and I need the “physical rewards card”. It is very frustrating dealing with this inefficient app. I can’t order online or I can’t scan it in person because of my rewards card. This needs to be updated asap.

This is a fast food application. You are out of your mind to require people to have such a strong password. There’s nothing important in your app. I promise you.
Don’t Mobil Order
Mobile order is impossible to do through drive thru and takes longer, but you have to you for the club. Counter productive.
Need biometric login
I hate that I have to use my password to login every week. Do you have options for facial login? Or at least given the option to save password with my phone

Fake promotion for baiting app users
Mother’s Day this year it advertises to have BOGO for users who download and verify in app before 05/09. I did all of that and there’s still nothing on the app shows where I can find discount codes to apply for my purchase. I’m shocked a bigger brand would do this to raise in-app traffic. Putting those asides, the app is straightforward, which is a good point, but surprisingly boring for an 2026 fast food app compared to McDonalds, Burger King, and KFC’s one is even better organized, decorated and more visually appealing than this app.Not recommended if you don’t love the brand already in real life because you won’t find yourself love the brand from the app itself.

App is pretty simple to navigate, make sure you sign in canica card for rewards. Food is always on point.
Inefficient Format
Tried to use app at multiple BR/ LP/ AP area locations, all which have not allowed me to pick up a mobile order through the drive thru, but require me to do mobile curbside pickup. Multiple times now I’ve watched the drive thru line clear out while I am still waiting for my order in the mobile pick up spot. Don’t make it an option to pick up to beat the drive thru if we are going to end up getting our food even later. Only reason I’m giving 2 stars and not 1 is because the food is good.

No Rewards Program
I suppose it’s convenient for ordering and picking up. It’s a shame that Cane’s did away with their rewards program though. This honestly pushes us to get Zaxby’s or Slim Chickens instead. Cane’s loss.
My legal last name is considered profanity?
Took me weeks to figure out why I couldn’t place orders through the app, only to discover it was flagging my completely legal last name as “profanity.” I’ve never had this issue with any other app, website, or service. Honestly a pretty irritating, and slightly insulting, problem to run into for something as basic as entering your name.
Track points
The app works well, but I’m upset that it does not track my points for rewards. I should have plenty of free meals by now, but I’ve realized it’s not been tracking any of my purchases or points.
Login process is every time and lengthy
I hate being logged out if I don’t order more than once in a week span. It wouldn’t even be that bad if the login process wasn’t so miserable, and the app wasn’t so slow. Why I have to wait until you guys send me a verification email to order a chicken tender when you’re the only company who requires this is definitely a deterrent from ordering here more often.
App crashes often
App freezes a lot and with no ordering only available it takes me back to the app. At times I just say nah I’ll go somewhere else.
