Problem with GIFs and temporary files - support is terrible
I have been waiting for a resolution a Problem with GIFs and temporary files for more than a month. Each time I am told to wait a little longer, and then the support chat is immediately closed without giving me the chance to ask any clarifying questions. I provided a very detailed description of the problem, but I have not even received a reply regarding the status of my request. I am being ignored. Often I only receive the same template message over and over again! The issue requires more investigation. We will get back to you as soon as possible via e-mail. Support is terrible !
I am always advised to reinstall Viber whenever there is a problem. But if I reinstall it on my secondary device (iPad), all my messages disappear. Viber cannot clear its cache and does not automatically save images to the cloud to avoid using up all the device’s memory! Sometimes messages arrive on my iPhone but do not appear on my iPad. When I accidentally send a wrong message to a colleague and then delete it, sometimes it is deleted, but other times it remains visible in her chat! This is just awful! Terrible support! Horrible application!

How are you supposed to use this??
When I tried to make an account it required my phone number. Once I entered my phone number, it said it would send me a call or text. Unsurprisingly it did absolutely nothing. I am deeply unsatisfied of my experience using this app. I just wanted to connect with family 😞

Every time a call comes in, it lags, then after a short time it turns off and won’t turn back on, and because of that people lose the pleasure of talking, and it really annoys me.

Медиа хранится 30 дней!!!! Карл! То есть если вам надо найти старую переписку с фото, то до свидания. Так еще и переписки удаляются... Вообщем используют в основном белорусы так как перевели сообщения от магазинов на вибер

Terrible activation
The activation process is terrible
Unreliable
Have been using Viber for 1.5 years since Skype unfortunately shut down. Was good for 6 months but now is unreliable and won’t ring cell phones and land lines I use to call. I’ll be looking for another substitute that I can count on. It’s a shame….

سلام كل وقت ادخل رقمي يقول فشل نشيط حاولت اللف مره ما تغيرت شيء هذا منذ اسبوع انا احاول اتمنى أن تعالج المشكله لانه دخلت رقمي من مبايل تاني مثل هذا ما صار شيء تاني،بعد تحديث البرنامج دخلت بس لا يأتي رسالة نصية او اتصال ،and have a great day ✨
I think viber hates me
Viber, why can’t u let me log in???? I’ve looked up all the reasons why u can’t send a sms or why does the service fail or why activation failed but I’ve tried them all but it still doesn’t work. Can u do smt about it? My friends all have viber and im missing out all the things that are happening that I want to hear. Please help me?
