ABSOLUTE SCAM OF AN APP
I made an order through here during my unfortunate stay in Bogota and paid for food that was stuck at “preparing your order” for 2 HOURS!!! After waiting for such an extended time and making MULTIPLE attempts to cancel my order I was constantly reminded that “I am unable to cancel as the restaurant is preparing your order” ABSOLUTE BS!!!! After 2 wonderful hours of waiting for nothing I was then sent a “Your order has been delivered” notification…. HOW!?!?!?!? I never received anything and when I’m trying to receive my refund because I never received anything this app has the AUDACITY to say that they’re not able to give me a refund for a service that was never fulfilled!!!!
Update: The Customer Support is absolutely LAUGHABLE!!! They claim that they’re trying to help resolve my case but I keep getting told that “they found no issues with my order”?????????!!!!!!! DONT USE THIS POS SCAM APP!!!!! They’ll steal your money, waste your time, and laugh all the way to the bank!!!

Pedi unas flores. Llegó el repartidor y pidió un código. La app estaba caída. El repartidor esperó 20 minutos de su tiempo y la app nunca se conectó. Tuvo que arrebatarle las flores a quien se las pedí y luego Rappi me cobró el precio completo. Y simplemente no hay canales de atención con humanos al frente. Sencillamente, son rateros.
Too many ads and unwanted notifications.
This app does not stop bothering you. It’s non stop. The service is actually useful, but I regret installing it every time.
Cambian las horas de llegada
Siempre me encuentro con que me cambian las horas de llegada de los alimentos y últimamente me van cambiando las horas de entrega hasta llegar a tardar 2 horas casi tres en llegar mi comida. Horrible

Acabo de instalar la app y no me deja hacer pedidos aunque le pongo mis datos la cual que me los solicita , mandé mensaje a soporte y claro que no responden

Slow and Delayed Deliveries
I used this app twice during my trip to Cartagena. First time I ordered McDonalds and my food was delayed an additional 30 mins after already waiting an hour. I had to cancel the order and only received a refund for the delivery fee. The following day I ordered KFC on the app. I waited 1 hour and 30mins for the food, then it continued to be delayed for an additional hour. My food was cold and this app doesn’t not provide you with a place to give this feedback directly. Overall I would avoid using this app.

They don’t tell you that a code is necessary for delivery, and if you aren’t there to pickup at the time with the code, they try to keep your groceries and your money. Total scam. We had to fight just to get a refund for products we never received.

Poor customer service
I order alot from Rappi. I really want to love it and dont have really any other options in Medellin. But there is Really no customer service. If you have a problem it feels like you get just an auto response. Almost impossible to get anyone to respond or cancel an order even if its 90 minutes or more late. You are pretty much stuck with whatever you ordered. I ordered a pizza at 7:30 PM. They said it would be delivered by 8 PM. It was made at 7:45 PM and then the guy came to pick it up at the restaurant at 9 PM to deliver it to me at 9:30 PM after its been sitting at the restaurant for over an hour and 15 minutes getting cold.
No customer support
They don’t have customer support anymore. They’ve been rescheduling your orders without your approval and leaving your order for days, refunds take forever!!!
Systematically steals your money
Several times the app has misinterpreted receipts and charged too much. Customer service refuses to understand the problem, rules against you, and cuts off communication. I’m currently disputing a $68 overcharge with my credit card company.
Additionally, the method of disputing charges in the app is broken. The buttons for your choices don’t seem to work. When I went back to start the dispute over again, I had dozens of screens to back out of because my button-presses did work, but the response was buried.

Your system shut off the support button for me. Put effort into fixing your system instead of replying to bad reviews. Your team can review credit card disputes for details if they want to help your system function. I’m not doing your work for you. You already stole my money.

Awful service
They do nothing when restaurant is missing orders. They will not resend it, or refund it if it is “included” in the meal. And the order is wrong 70% of the time. Salad came without dressing , meal came only with the side dishes. And Rappi says they can’t resend , and I only got refunded partially because I got the sides ?

Why does a courier have multiple orders and I’m not informed? Uber is way better at this. It’s not that hard to program. The app says that the Rappi is on the way but when you ask the driver they say that they are picking up another order. Why is it not displayed in the app?
Worst app to use while traveling
This app 100% sucks….. lets you order one meal then tells you then need to verify your info…. You do that then nothing happens. Feels like it’s a bs app that wants your info… don’t use this app
Delivery will not arrive
Paid extra for my delivery to be delivered faster only to get a notification that it is delayed to the same time it would have taken without paying extra, and then getting another notification that it will take at least another 30 minutes because they can’t find a driver. Waited over an hour and a half just to have to cancel my order.

Avoid it if you can
Rappi is not worthwhile all around. The app is very glitchy and slow. It often crashes and doesn’t update properly. The search function is very often inaccurate, and the new AI features consistently freeze the app.
There are consistent issues with Rappi cancelling orders for no reason, and they make it impossible to contact customer service to resolve any issues. If you can find a different delivery app, avoid this one

Worst delivery app
I have never experienced a delivery app so annoying and dis functional. Not only did it take over 4 hours for me to figure out the issue with my order, when the delivery finally came the food was rotten, completely wrong from what I ordered and was missing multiple items I ordered. Be careful with this app.

Tiempos de entrega de mentira
Los domiciliarios tienen al menos 3 pedidos simultaneos, por lo que el tiempo minimo de entrega es de una hora (con suerte). Los tiempos estimados indicados por la aplicacion no son nada precisos (siempre indican 30 minutos que terminan siendo 60-90). La comida llega fria.

Everyone else in the world has figured out how to do food delivery. Rappi has not. Terrible service, and when they mess up, which is nearly every time, they refuse to address it. You pay them, your order doesn’t arrive, and they just keep your money. They’re just thieves.

They’ve changed
They used to be fast. Now they take 3 hours to deliver, customer service is a BOT, and the food is cold by the time one gets it (if one ever gets it). Then you ask for a refund, and they leave you kn stand by.

3/10 last orders the delivery driver stole my food. Your delivery driver system vetting sucks.

Nunca solucionan nada
Siempre que pido en Rappi tengo un problema. Nunca hay forma de hablar con soporte. Cancelo la suscripción y borro la aplicación. PedidosYa anda perfecto y siempre resuelven el problema al toque.
