No paguen extra por menor tiempo
No se molesten en malgastar su dinero en pagar por que le entreguen en menos tiempo ya que es una gran mentira, el restaurante me confirmó que la comida ya estaba lista hace más de media hora y el motorizado nunca fue asignado, cuando pedí la devolución solo te cancelan sin devolución. Un robo!

Scam drivers
Some of the drivers are running a scam lying about the location… I stood outside for over an hour. The app says the driver was at my location. I was literally walking up and down the street. The driver never showed up.. it has been over eight hours and it still says the drivers app at my location… There is no way to contact this company to get the issue resolved , the help option only force you back to the driver, which makes no sense. I will never use this application ever again beware.!!!

They kept you waiting - at some point, it was 9.30, no delivery was assigned, yet help service told me I would receive the order by 9.21 and would be charged completely if I cancelled. They added this bad AI help service that resolves nothing. If you use this app chances are you’ll never get your delivery and yet be charged for it anyway. Avoid. There are better competitors in every market

This app sucks in Bogota
Takes forever! Drivers constantly pick up and then cancel orders. They offer the option to pay more for faster delivery. Don’t! Your food will still take forever and they will not give you your money back. Also wait until after your food is delivered to tip because chances are your order will be passed around to several drivers. Took over and hour and a half to get food that was a 13min car ride away. Customer service is not helpful. I’ve used Rappi in other countries but in Bogota specifically-Terrible!
The absolute worst
This is the absolute worst app I’ve ever used for food delivery. The worst. Firstly navigating the menus is an absolute nightmare, constantly kicking you back out to the store main page when you wanna view more items. The technical glitches in this app are like astronomical. I can’t believe they shipped something like this. In addition, it sends me notifications that my orders are being canceled and then the order shows up anyway. To the technical team, you have done an absolutely embarrassing job. This is an absolute mess. Don’t waste your time with this. There’s better apps. I’m literally deleting this now.

Delivery’s are never on time
Yes this app can be handy but I have found out that the orders on this app are never on time and always outside of the window of time I selected. The support is none. Sometimes couriers are responsive sometimes not. Save yourself sometime and frustration and use a different app for delivery.

Rappi keeps charging you after you cancel subscription
I cancelled my Pro subscription via the app more than a year ago and they keep charging me. Based on Google searches , this seems to be a common problem. I tried getting help via the app the rep just cut me off. Good luck even being able to talk to support if you are not in Latin America anymore.
Follow-up attempts get completely ignored. Meanwhile Rappi sends me ads via notifications multiple times a day. I had to file a fraud claim with my credit card company to block charges which was tricky because of the way Rappi sets up the billing.

Can’t interact with items on App on iPhone SE
I’m able to open the app and browse restaurants with no problem but when I tap on items nothing happens beyond a slight vibration. Turbo looks empty and nothing shows up. The item page does not open, the cart does not update, and the app doesn’t work.

App doesn’t work anymore
Tried placing an order EIGHT TIMES. Used all of the troubleshooting methods that rappi provides and still did not work. Deleted the app and redownloaded it. Cleared my cart and added it again. Verified my payment method. And still nothing. What is worse is that there is no way to contact customer support. Uber Eats and Pedidos Ya are much more reliable from my experience. Very unfortunate because I loved rappi before and was even a premium member. Deleted.

Órdenes que te cambian la hora de entrega 5 veces y luego cuanto te ofrecen un refund te lo quitan por cancelar cuando te cambian la hora una 6 vez. Y luego no te tejan calificar al restaurante.

Why is this even in the US store
Rappi has absolutely no business being in the US App Store. The app lets you sign up, browse, add items, and waste your time for 20 minutes before declining every transaction from international cards and even blocking payments through their own “partner” AstroPay. If you only want customers from certain countries or banking systems, then restrict the app to those regions instead of misleading everyone else into thinking the service actually works.
Nothing is more frustrating than a platform pretending to operate internationally while silently rejecting legitimate payment methods with zero transparency. Terrible user experience, terrible payment integration, and a complete waste of time.

Be careful with using this app. Especially if you are from another country. Best to pay when your food arrives and not with card. My money was taken and no food delivered. I’m deleting this app.
ABSOLUTE SCAM OF AN APP
I made an order through here during my unfortunate stay in Bogota and paid for food that was stuck at “preparing your order” for 2 HOURS!!! After waiting for such an extended time and making MULTIPLE attempts to cancel my order I was constantly reminded that “I am unable to cancel as the restaurant is preparing your order” ABSOLUTE BS!!!! After 2 wonderful hours of waiting for nothing I was then sent a “Your order has been delivered” notification…. HOW!?!?!?!? I never received anything and when I’m trying to receive my refund because I never received anything this app has the AUDACITY to say that they’re not able to give me a refund for a service that was never fulfilled!!!!
Update: The Customer Support is absolutely LAUGHABLE!!! They claim that they’re trying to help resolve my case but I keep getting told that “they found no issues with my order”?????????!!!!!!! DONT USE THIS POS SCAM APP!!!!! They’ll steal your money, waste your time, and laugh all the way to the bank!!!

Ladrones
Pedi unas flores. Llegó el repartidor y pidió un código. La app estaba caída. El repartidor esperó 20 minutos de su tiempo y la app nunca se conectó. Tuvo que arrebatarle las flores a quien se las pedí y luego Rappi me cobró el precio completo. Y simplemente no hay canales de atención con humanos al frente. Sencillamente, son rateros.

Cambian las horas de llegada
Siempre me encuentro con que me cambian las horas de llegada de los alimentos y últimamente me van cambiando las horas de entrega hasta llegar a tardar 2 horas casi tres en llegar mi comida. Horrible

Slow and Delayed Deliveries
I used this app twice during my trip to Cartagena. First time I ordered McDonalds and my food was delayed an additional 30 mins after already waiting an hour. I had to cancel the order and only received a refund for the delivery fee. The following day I ordered KFC on the app. I waited 1 hour and 30mins for the food, then it continued to be delayed for an additional hour. My food was cold and this app doesn’t not provide you with a place to give this feedback directly. Overall I would avoid using this app.
