This app keeps crashing! I can’t even use it after paying for the membership 🫤

After paying for full years, less then one month in the app keeps crashing. Yes I did the update, it still crashes.
Not Working
This app hasn’t worked for at least a week. I’m regretting my membership!

Don’t understand why you would pay 7.99 a week or the expensive yearly rate for a service you can do yourself on many AI platforms.
Weak database and constant errors
I really wanted to like this. Started out ok. But now it can never find foods, barcode reader is hit and miss, constant errors when finding foods or, more often, when I’m trying to send pictures to upload food data because the database is weak. Free alternative Yuka is more reliable. If you guys fix the app and update it, maybe I’ll re-subscribe but for now I’m out. Better alternatives out there that work.

The app does not provide cleaner alternatives for foods that are “not clean.”
Deceitful advertising
Sounds like a great app, I was so excited to finally download an app that could help identify harmful ingredients in the food I buy. Long story short, the app is pretty much unusable UNLESS you buy their subscription. The reason the advertising was misleading is because it mentions all the good gimmicks without even mentioning the paywall to even USE the app effectively. If you don’t buy the subscription the app will basically be taking up storage space on your phone, you literally CANNOT use the app.
Disappointed
Doesn’t scan well. Only has a limited number of products it evaluates. It should be able to identify INGREDIENTS not products. Wish I could get my money back. Very unsatisfied.

Every item I scanned was not in the database
Expected More
Great concept yet the execution is lacking. No ability to type in and search. Too many Missing items in database. No kickback perks for those of us willing to take pictures to populate the database. Wrong foreign food items appear regularly. I scanned Simms beef jerky and got some kind of Swedish or Dutch candy.
Would love to have it but, yearly price is way too high.
Yuka offers a much better price for the same purpose, sorry.
