VERY buggy app
Constantly loses volume in the middle of a lesson
ABSOLUTELY TRASH!!!
It signed me out and is playing dumb songs now! DON’T GET IT!!!

This happened on our iPhone and iPad both. I reached out to the developer, with no response. We have now canceled the subscription. Would love to have it again if they get the bugs worked out or could at least respond to issues.

You guys app is not telling the truth the app says that I did no spelling but I did and it was the same for grammar so one star and you guys have no anime book this is not a good reading app so yeah 0
Reading Eggs
All we did was look at the program. We immediately realized the program was not for our children and got out of the setting. At this point we had NO Idea that we had been charged. After getting out of the program I reviewed our credit card account and realized we had been charged $83.99 for the program. Additionally, this is an annual renewing charge. I immediately called Apple Support and explained what I have written in this objection to the charges. The representative was very good with us and said it would take approximately 8 days to be credited back to our account. The credit never posted so I reviewed the comments in the Apple app and notice the refund had been declined. I once again contacted apple support. Thank you for your time.

It said it was free, but when I downloaded it I have to pay for it? I mean I don’t think I should pay an app just to teach my kids the basic.

Don’t trust them. Trying to un-subscribe and it’s impossible.
I’m really upset because I haven’t used the App in four years, my children are in middle school, yet I can’t cancel the subscription. It asks me to go to the platform where the subscription was processed. And there there is no evidence of the subscription. I loved the product when my children used but it smells like a scam. Four years of subscription fees for them that I cancelled four years ago.
Horrible
This app is horrible?? It lags, doesn’t have volume half the time, and looks like something I’d have used in the 90s. Cancelling my subscription. $15 a month for this is robbery.
Buggy
App is buggy. Sound goes out making it unplayable. Restarting doesn’t fix the problem.
Very bad user experience.
The app freezes all the time, the sound stops working randomly. Constantly installing and uninstalling is required. At times the app dosent work for hours. My child just wait and wait for the screen to unfreeze and poor baby finally gives up and lose interest.
It’s a trap lol
This app is generally great, however, we have needed to go back to basics on our budget and so I need this app to go, but they have made it impossible to cancel. It needs to be less complicated, plain and simple. I wouldn’t recommend this app for that reason. I deleted my credit card information from the account in hopes that they will get the hint.

How do I erase my subscription

Work too easy & won’t allow skipping lessons
The work is entirely too easy & won’t allow skipping lessons. It’s going to take days or weeks going through basic letter pronunciation, and my child has already begun reading.
Sound issues
My kids will use this app and the sound will just quit working at random. It is extremely frustrating!
Please fix the goose level
Hello,
My son loves this app so much. My only issue is when we get to the goose level. For some reason, that level freezes or is slow to respond to tapping the screen. This causes the level to take much longer than other levels to complete.
Other than that issue, this has been a great game changer for our growing reader!!
