They have a one time $4.99 purchase for an ad-free experience but will continue to give you ads at the end of the quick play matches. They also show you ads when you play a mission scenario match.
Finally they will also randomly take away your ad-free purchase but won’t refund you and ask you to pay it again. Apple should go ahead and remove them from App Store for breaking so many rules

App Update Undid All My Purchases
I had tour mode and international tournaments purchased for $$ and the game had some maintenance on 2 Dec 2025 that wiped out all my purchases and level. Restore it ASAP

It’s such a worst game I ever played bcz the batsman didn’t match the bowler identity and the main thing is timing on short so I beg to the game developer plz work on the this game blowing pointer in multiplayer

What’s the sense?
Not sure where you get your business sense from makers! I deleted the app after I waited so long for the township game advert in btwn. If you want to promote other games then you loose your game from users like me. The cut scenes though good are way too long. The next button for fat thumbs is too small. You have enough real estate. In fact the loft, direction and other buttons as well. If quick match is what you are giving free then I do not see any bait for me to get hooked on more.
Someone in your BA team should look into these few I mentioned. I’m sure these are good user stories.

A Game in Decline Due to Negligence
It’s been over 7-8 months since the last season update, even though the game promises updates every 3 months. Once you reach a certain level, you’re locked out of ranked mode until a new season - and with no updates, the game becomes unplayable.
For players who have invested money, this lack of responsibility from the developers is shocking. The only option left is Challenger Mode (esports), but it’s full of bugs and you’re expected to play only during scheduled tournaments - such a ridiculous restriction. Easily one of the worst applications out there.
No proper updates, no game enhancements, no season refresh - nothing. Just negligence. A game with so much potential is being ruined by poor management. When can we actually expect the next season update?

Multiplayer loses you
When selecting auto field, opposition have better fielder and catches every ball but when i field they missed 7 catches in a single match which made me uninstall this game. I would rate it 0
Coins deducted
My 5000 coin got deducted but I didn’t played. I had just bought 10000 yesterday. I played 1 match in rcpl auction then I made the team and exit from game today I check my 5000 coins already deducted for that match which I haven’t even played. It’s really awful. Now in the game it is asking shop more coins.

Prices to buy any thing in this game is too heavy compared to the ps5 or pc games. rcpl auction is 17$ altogether which is the average price of ps5 game and if we want to buy every mode its almost 100$
