Сбросы авторизации, чтобы войти обратно - нужно пройти 10 кругов Ада и потратить несколько часов, а без входа вы не можете полностью пользоваться наушниками. Просто мусор, а не приложение.

So Many Issues
First, when I installed the app, I tried to change the app language to English. My phone is set to Japanese for study purposes, but some apps I need in English because the interface is too complicated for my knowledge. This doesn’t work. It didn’t matter if I uninstalled and reinstalled, I restarted the phone, anything. This is specifically a realme issue, none of my other apps have ever done this.
Second, I struggled to make an account because of some error that was incredibly vague. I finally forced it, so that I could use the app and adjust my earbud settings. Why I need a whole account to do this is beyond me, but okay. Without this restriction, it wouldn’t have taken me hours to set up my device between this and consulting Google Translate for the app language issue.
Now, my earbuds keep believing they aren’t in my ear. I don’t know why. But I can’t just turn off the sensor and use noise cancelling without the ear detection. Because my earbuds are having issues, you would assume the software would allow me to turn off this feature and just use noise cancelling without all of the detection nonsense. Nope.
If these die, I’m never buying realme brand again. I was so happy that this earbud got great reviews for a decent price, and while the earbuds work enough, the application is infuriating every step of the way.

App doesn't open
When I navigate to the Location screen the page fails to load. The screen displays a Network error with a blue "Reload" button in the center. At the same time a toast notification pops up at the bottom of the screen that simply says "bad URL". Tapping the reload button does not resolve the issue.

SSL Issue
I bought a realme neckband mainly to use ANC and transparency controls from the Realme Link app, but the app has a serious login problem. It keeps showing a secure connection (SSL) error, so I cannot log in or control my device features. I tried different networks, reinstalling the app, fixing date and time, and restarting the phone, but the issue remains. Basic Bluetooth works, but without app access many important features are unusable. Please fix the login and server connection problem as soon as possible.

This is ridiculous, I have to open another account for another piece of tech. I know you people think you are the only company that exists, but give me a break. I have to create an account to control my earbuds.

This app discontinued service in my location like why would they do that. Now I have to charge my location but it won’t let because there’s “no internet connection” it’s not allowing me to so now I can’t use the app. Hoped this helps you not get the app.

Horrible software
SMS support rarely works! There’s no reliability of any process mentioned there. Chance that it would work is 10/100! Discontinue this in modern world software!
Can’t log back in
Cant log back in after being logged out of app. Use SmartLife app to get the robot vacuum to work again.
