The worst part of this app not working is that they spam you with promotional emails without answering the numerous tickets you have open. What a joke.
This app doesn’t work. You down load a game and it doesn’t track that you downloaded it. Customer service doesn’t reply back. This is a fraudulent app.

Your ads are way too long and when I try to use your gaming for points it won’t even track right. Other apps work fine. Spend more time on your app rather than annoyingly long ads

I have been trying for over a month now to request a payout for over $230 but continue to get errors in reference to my selfie not matching my photo ID. I’ve done it numerous times and at one point, I was able to get the facial verification, but then received another error that it failed to process payment.
I have sent in numerous support requests and have heard nothing back! Not an email no messages in the app… Nothing!
Has anyone had this problem or is it just me? I have done screen recordings, but I’m unable to send them because they’re too large.

Was messaged via my TikTok by “Nate” at recosocial that they would pay me $50 just to sign up and that my content was a great fit. Been two months, of course the money that was promised was not sent. Multiple messages, after the initial signup, nothing responding after I signed up. They are of course receiving any revenue from tagged products that are in my videos. As I figured, it is near impossible to cancel my account and get them from using my videos on their page. Ask yourself, “why don’t they have any analytics for the user to see how many views they are getting and figure actual data driven numbers for how their videos are performing?” The answer is they are taking the commissions from watchers product purchases and affiliate links and paying you average of 7 cents per video. Waiting to see if I have to get my lawyer involved to remove my content from the site or not. If you’re an actual content creator, be very wary of this app, it’s too shady.
Customer support need work
I hate leaving bad reviews but I have submitted 2 or 3 requests an along wait a direct email to customer support and have gotten no response. I downloaded 2 games and not showing any progress. If support can reach out to me hate would be greatly appreciated.

I downloaded this app out of curiosity , I played it for a little while , I cashed out 104 dollars more then 3 weeks ago and I still haven’t received my money. I’ve tried sending a message to support haven’t been contacted by anyone no emails or anything. Where is my money!!!
Fantastic Ads
I joined Reco Social because of their wonderful ads. They annoyed me so much that I just had to sign up and give them a bad review. Their ads are linger and harder to get past than almost every other platform. I sometimes choose what apps to download based on how annoying their ads are. Reco Social is the first one that I have downloaded in order to give them a bad review.

Can’t change email so annoying
I chose to sign up to Recosocial using Sign in with Apple, hide my email feature. But I am unable to receive any answers to my support tickets because of this. I can’t change it to google login or disable the hide my email feature of apple login without deleting my account. It’s been a frustrating experience.

I was OK with this app at first until I made a 25 deposit into their game and I was supposed to get $60 back and I had to wait 48 hours but I still have not got it so this app is just a no no for me

Every time I see an ad for an app that’s more than 30 seconds, I’m giving them 1 star.

You have to do a minimum of $50 before you cash, which will take you like 2-3 weeks of intensive play (4-5h/day) and when you try to cash out they suspend your account because you violated the terms of use (I don’t see how you violated them by playing games), without any other explanation. So is a SCAM! I can’t log in the account anymore and they don’t answer to emails!

Failed to process payment.
I been playing for about a month and have over the min cashout which is $50. I have yet to receive the payment even when verifying over and over I still get the same error after every verification went through but at the end it says failed to process even though it said it processed. Anyways don’t waste my time and energy if you a holes aren’t gonna give me the money I earned.

I thought it was fun at first and had a lot of potential but every single app I download just takes up space on my phone and this app doesn’t even credit me for them. It literally says NoT INSTALLED if I go to the page even after I’ve been playing it on my phone. Maybe a scam to keep you using their app and letting them track you but I see no point if they won’t at least credit us for it.
